The park is really nice, spacious and well-maintained. It has tennis courts, baseball courts, space for soccer football and any grass/Turf activity/sport and basketball courts with a kids playground as well. All in all a Great Park.

This is a big park. There are very clean restrooms, water faucets and fountains, a baseball field, a basketball court, lots of green grass and trees, and it is huge (guessing six square blocks).(I took all the pictures from the Northeast corner.)

Baseball/Softball Fields. Plenty of room for Soccer, Football & other outdoor sports. Courts have rims, so you can actually shoot around or play some pick-up basketball. Kids parks are currently being reconstructed but plenty of room for other outdoor activities

Beautiful park, lots of space, with great softball fields and basketball courts. Clean bathrooms always a plus. Grateful to have stumbled across this gem!

Awesome park... great for the kids and dog friendly. Recreation center and a spot punching bags and weights for boxers ( or whoever) to practice!

Great place to Chill, especially these days!! A good Get out of the House place thats not too crowded and has great spread out room, if you crave it!!

Didnt like that homeless seems to be moving in with no resistance but I still recommend its nice during the day time but sunset its time to go home

Nice , clean & safe park.

This is a sweet park and community center. There is a great, free toddler play time and lots of other programming.The toddler playground is enclosed and really great except that its not as well shaded as I would like. Perfect for cool days.

The ambiance here is quite nice and there are baseball diamonds which also contribute a lot to said ambiance

Great place pre-covid, terrible now. Huge groups of people, rarely any masks or social distancing. This is why this part of Berkeley is having a spike in cases. Stay away for your health.

This park was very peaceful even though it had plenty of people, not like it was too crowded, but it was nice.

Beautiful park and community space. Playgrounds, tennis, basketball, softball, rec center, its all here! even has a great view of the sunset most nights, just watch out for the mosquitoes at night, they swarm.

Nice park. They have a big kids and a little kids playground. Nice basketball courts and plenty of grass.

Great neighborhood park! Theres BBQ pits there, tennis courts, two baseball diamonds and basketball courts. There are sometimes community events there or league games and Im not sure how to sign up for those, but there is a community center there where Im sure they have more info. Theres also an area for kids and a smaller one for real little kids.

Open Spaces for everyone everyday, every part of the park, and it is always clean by the people who use it!!! A truly exciting place to explore: Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts & Practice Wall, Soccer Fields, Softball and Baseball Fields, Open Greens for sitting, and space for Dogs to Fetch!!! San Pablo Park is nestled in Pleasant Neighborhoods with People from different Ethnic Backgrounds and plenty of parking around the park without fears of reprises from the locals!!! A Real Upbeat place where you pursuit your Atheletic Endeavours and refuse receptacles are everywhere and Drinking Fountains are clean and plentiful!!! I have seen Joe Morgan playing Tennis there...who will YOU see there!!!

Nice kick back park. Theres basketball courts, a baseball and softball field with a large grass area to use for other sporting activities. It also has a BBQ area and definitely a dog friendly park.

Attended the BHAC today at the park. Well attend with booths, food, drinks and music. Great play area for kids to play, clean bathrooms and cut grass. The parking is terrible but I was lucky enough to find one as I drove on Russell Street. Tennis courts were busy too. Great for a picnic or BBQ!

Super swampy field. Come prepared with extra change of socks!

Lots of doggos gather here in the morning and evening. Plenty of tennis courts with usually at least one available. Toddler only zone, older kid play area, and lots of space for parties and grilling (charcoal grills on site). Lots of direct sunlight throughout the park, so bring sunscreen.

Quiet greenspace in a busy corridor. A little respite in the day. Is there a finer place in the country than the Republic of Berkeley?

This is a large well-equipped park! It has tennis and basketball courts, as well as a sand pit with playground equipment for smaller children. Theres plenty of open grassy space to play frisbee, have a picnic, or just laze around and people-watch.

Nothing beats a good neighborhood park.This one is diverse, clean, and has pretty much everything in one spot. Plus, its big!

I grew up on these courts. Its good to see them in good condition and still bring used regularly.

Kennedy Grove at the foot of San Pablo Dam has a large lawn area with bbq-ready picnic areas, and has several relatively short hiking trails leading out into the hills, some of which take you quickly up several hundred feet in elevation. The reservoir, which is basically a small lake, has fishing and launches for light watercraft.

Its an amazing park with lots of good places to play and/or just relax in the sunshine

We love the energy of this place---its always a hive of neighborhood activity. Playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, picnic area, ball field, and paths on which kids can learn to bike or skate

My kids love this park.

Very large park, water fountains, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, protected fenced off childrens play yard. The tennis courts are extensive,and you can actually turn the massive lighting system on or off your self,,which means its one of the few parks you can visit at night. At one time they had restrooms there,I will have to get back with you on that though.

Great park with two baseball fields, tennis courts, large childrens playground, community center, and picnic tables/grills. The only issue is the park is dogs on leash only. Not that anyone actually listens to that though. Either way there is definitely room to put a designated dogs off leash area.

San Pablo park has about 6 basketball nets (3 courts), 6 tennis courts, 2 baseball diamonds, 2 playgrounds for kids, bbq grills, benches, and lots of open field. I’ve even seen a farmers market pop up every once in awhile over the weekendsI’m constantly walking my dog around the park and she loves it. There is always someone at the park being active, but it’s never too crowded. I’m also pleasantly surprised with how clean the park is too.Unfortunately they close the big grassy parts during the rainy months to protect the grass, but the rest of the park is open the whole year, and that just means that the grass is in great condition during the summer.

What an open friendly place. The grass field is kept in great shape, shut down when it rains enough to soften the sod top layer. There is a lit tennis court often used, a huge area with grills and tables for parties, and lots of parking around the park. Even has a baseball diamond at one corner and kids playground on the opposite corner.

Great or playing basketball until 10PM

This park is the center of our neighborhoods social life. Its a big green rectangle full of kids playing sports and hopping around the playground, adults jogging and boxing and playing soccer. The Berkeley Hills rise up in the distance. We love it.

A small park with fence and a bigger one with an unique seesaw. And safe!
