Its an average movie theater that offers movie food, adult beverages, soft drinks. The employees are adequately helpful. Go early for your movie or purchase tickets on line is even a better idea! Lines for movie treats move along, but usually a bit of a wait. Restrooms are moderately clean. All in all its a good experience.

Took my 8 year old son to the Sonic movie and we both really enjoyed it! It is a good family movie and I just love Jim Carey as the bad guy! Dax tried the new Cheetos popcorn and it was a huge hit! Since it was a Sunday early showing we didnt have to deal with any lines and theatre was clean with great concessions! Overall a great experience!

We always have pretty good experiences here. Today we saw Avengers: infinity wars, and the theater wasnt even packed. Maybe about 5 or 6 familys. Food prices are high of course, I would say thats the down side.

Im here on vacation from time to time, and over the years Ive consistently had good experiences with this theater. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is nice, and the available times for showings are well placed. Regular, IMAX and IMAX 3D movies are all available here!

Great theater! I just watched star wars with my family the other morning and the customer service rocked. A nice young blonde girl working in the concession stand made my family and I feel so welcomed. I forgot her name but she rocked!

Go early, parking lots at the Old Mill mall is inadequate.A good place to see a film. My impression was that some of their Cast members (employees) really dont like serving the public.That didnt detract from my experience.

Definitely avoid the popcorn, got sick from it the first time and gave it a second chance which was unfortunate, made me sick again and I only ate half a small bag. There is something wrong with that stuff. I generally eat a lot of popcorn and have never had a problem. Other than that this place is enjoyable.

Frozen 2Movie was great. Other movie goers were pleasant other than those that chew with there mouths open.Customer service at this location is awful. They all seemed young but this does not give you a pass to be rude and unknowlagable. The first 2 employees we had to interact with gave us a not so welcome feeling. Not everyone goes to the movies weekly. Being in the customer service industry they should be friendly and helpful.

Aiden, Michael and Hannah all helped us get the Regal Unlimited app functioning and into the movies. Their help with this mysterious Regal app [which in my opinion is difficult to navigate] was above the call of helpful. We cannot thank them enough since we really like movies. Bravo!

The chairs were comfortable and theater was clean. But 25 minutes of previews and commercials was outrageous. Movie start time was 7:40 and the actual movie didnt start until 8:05. Way too long.

First cinema I went to in the US... not as good as the European ones I usually go to... but pretty good nonetheless...

Took family to see Ford v Ferrari on Dec 29.Worst experience ever had.While watching movie you could hear the movie star wars next door.doesnt anybody do quality checks of these theaters.Popcorn was the lousiest I have ever had.popcorn dry and the butter tasted like olive oil, went back twice formore butter.Ive been to lower quality shows & have had a better experience.

Im not really a big fan of movie theaters these days as I prefer the superior experience I have at home, but Regal Old Mill is a good theater and I love that they serve beer/cider. Its not their fault most movies arent worth seeing these days!

Its a great cinema. Highly recommend joining Regal Unlimited, free movies as many times as you want, have seen a lot of great movies I probably never would have if I wasnt a Regal Unlimited member.

Our theater smelled like a decaying body. It was difficult to walk into and took extreme will to sit through. Went in to see Dark Waters, which is quiet and thought-provoking. Or would have been had Star Wars not been clearly audible through the walls. I guess the upside is that you can listen to two movies for the price of one? It was very frustrating. The screen cut out for several minutes, delaying the movie start time even more. It was supposed to start at 5:45, but opening credits didn’t roll until 6:25. It seems rather simple to put the quieter movies near each other, but maybe Regal is still working out the kinks as they’re rather new to the business? I prefer small cinemas with more intimate seating and local flavor, so maybe I’m not the best judge of this place, but it doesn’t seem like too much to ask for an on-time showing in a room that doesn’t smell like death and maybe the volume of the adjacent theater being adjusted so Darth Vader’s isn’t doing voiceovers for Mark Ruffalo.

Good movies but always so packed and always get there 10-15 minutes early because the line to get in is huge depending on the movie.

Paid extra for i max. Screen is small for imax. Seats are dirty. People are nice

Love this place. Good seating, can pick where to sit on your phone and order your tickets. Then when you arrive you can cut all the lines. Finally, a movie theater thats modernizing. Hopefully, they have the regal pass now.

Movie worked. Seat was comfortable enough, but the armrest doesnt move so you cant cuddle.

Watched Star Wars in the Imax theater. The chairs were comfy and the view was unobstructed. Like most theaters everything was overpriced.

If you have somewhere to be that requires your movie starting on time, this is probably not the theatre for you. Also if you dont love watching 15 commercials plus the ones about buying their drinks and popcorn this is probably not the theatre for you. Otherwise, its a pretty nice theatre with decent seats but seems overpriced. About $60 for two tickets, one popcorn and one drink.

Only theater in town, so you dont have much choice. Not happy that they moved to assigned seating. Makes it hard to sit with your friends if you but tickets separately. They keep having AV problems too with speakers dropping out or similar. Having beer for sale is nice though.

Its a good theater. We lost our phone there and the staff was very helpful. Its in a great location, close to lots of restaurants.

As always I have had a great experience. The jack and coke freeze machine was down but they had something Ive never heard of before. Mixed drinks in a can! The rum and coke was actualy great. The employees at the snack counter were amazing as well. Clean and fast. Great movie. Will continue to go like I always have.

They have an IMAX screen and the screen x experience which projects 270 degrees. Nice theater including alcohol beverages .

Pretty nice place. I hate to complain but the sound was so loud in there. At times it was deafening. Otherwise clean facilities. Movie started on time and there were enough ticket sales people to clear the line out front quickly.

Better start dropping the prices or folks will stream at home and yall wont have jobs.

The best theater and only IMAX screen in Central Oregon. Very clean, fairly quick moving lines. Only thing stopping me from giving that 5th star would be that they charge modern ticket prices, but still only offer seats that are at best 10yrs old.

A little pricy, but its still a great place to enjoy motion pictures! With Dolby Surround Sound installed in each room, their sound quality is through the roof! Though, they should inspect the bathrooms a bit better...

Great theater, however, there were too many trailers, I saw a movie thats beem out for almost a month. There shouldnt be so many trailers for that.

Really nice theater, my only complaint is the box office is outside. In the summer thats probably great, but not in a chilly wind and only one person in the box office. We waited for probably close to 10 minutes.Next time Id get my tickets online.

Its always fun to go to the movies on Christmas day.

The movies and staff are great but the place needs a good cleaning. It smelled so bad at the movie last night that it was distracting from the show. The seats were putrid... smelled like old sweat, stinky feet, and stale popcorn.

Im impressed with how clean the restrooms are. The entire theater was great. Love the new seats.

3.5 stars really! The concession stand is hit and miss. Ive missed previews the last couple of movies weve seen because the concession lines took over 28 minutes. They have reserved seating now which is pretty convenient, but still no recliners:( Decent place to watch a movie on the big screen...but still leaves a little to be desired.

Despite checking with the ticket taker multiple times, we still ended up with the wrong 3D glasses. They were really busy, so I get it - but at $20 a person it was really annoying to have to leave the theater to find out what was going on. And we werent the only ones...

Lots of theatres to choose from. Never crowded. One time I accidentally bought tickets online for the wrong location and the manager let me in anyway. That was awesom! They DO make you pick your seat before heading in and that can be a good thing. It just takes longer to buy your ticket and its a little hard to tell how big the room is until you get in there. I picked seats that were TOO close and luckily was able to move. Good selection of junk food if you are into that sort of thing.....

I used to enjoy coming here until they started assigned seating. Ruined our experience. The little boy behind my daughter kicked and pulled on her chair throughout the entire movie. The person in front of me wore an obnoxiously large hat. I won’t be coming back unless they do away with the assigned seating.

Star Wars was awesome..getting snacks was not. They cut off the line we were in after waiting 20 minutes only to have to consolidate into other longer lines..no snacks but the movie was amazing and seats are comfortable here

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place going into the theater was very clean. Bathroom were clean but they were out of tonite paper and toilet covers in several stalls. The movie room we were in was extreamly dirty and we were there an hour and a half early for the movie and there wasnt a movie in there during that time so plenty of time for them to clean. Other than that the seats were extreamly comfortable. Concessions are extreamly expensive as well as the movies so dont go hungry. Was $18 and some change for a large soda, large popcorn and a medium Skittles. Movie was $12.50 but it was a special showing of twilight for the 10 year anniversary

Really small screens, uncomfortable seating, priced like a big city built like an old style small town theater on the inside. Having a beer with your show is nice though!

I love the theater, but the box office needs to be improved. I have been there a few times and there is only one person in the box and there are at least 30 people in line and it is slow. Please add employees to the box so we can get in , get drinks and food and watch the movie on time.

Its really the only game in town but they continue to improve their offerings. Their subscription app is fantastic!

What can you say? Its a movie theater with several different movies playing. But the staff was pleasant and the floors were surprisingly clean. They have more than the usual candy and popcorn faire--mixed drinks (as in alcohol) are available for those 21+ and a selection of bar type foods to accompany your beverage. I thought the price of a ticket was still reasonable at $9.00 (at an 8:45 pm show). A ticket in California theaters 14 years ago went for that price. The theater itself was also clean and the seats and floor were not sticky.

Great theater to catch the latest flick. They have a limited bar inside, food and drink, as well as the plethora of goodies. Located in the Old Mill District, which has some great restaurants for the matinee hours if youre on a date.

Lots of options for movies and showtimes. Friendly service, lots of delicious concessions including for those age 21+ a beer garden! Definitely recommend this to anyone.

It has a lovely aesthetic and the seats are comfortable. Their snacks and drinks are overpriced though, even by movie theater standards. $5 for a bottle of water.

Comfortable stadium seating, but no recliners like many newer theaters. Located in an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Typical movie experience. It is usually pretty busy and the wait times seem to be increasing along with the prices. A few of the managers are rude and condescending to their own employees on the floor, but overall its not terrible place to go to escape heat or rain. The beer and cider selection isnt bad either.

Update: theyve been working on keep the concession lines moving and its definitely improved. Thumbs up! Also, you can get beer on tap and wine by the glass to sip or chug while you watch the latest flick. A welcomed addition. Nice theater, but the concession lines are slooow. Hence the four stars. Nice to have screen choices like Standard, 3-D, IMAX, etc., although the latter is not exactly mind-blowing since were still talking standard size screen.

The facilities are typical regal cinemas; not bad not fancy. However, if you want to enjoy a movie in Bend forget it. You will be fighting crowds the whole time. This is solely due to regal cinemas movie scheduling. All the movies stat at the same time and end at the same time, meaning the place is absolutely packed for the 20 minutes you are trying to navigate the theater/bathroom.... terrible scheduling and made for an unenjoyable experience.

The highlights of my visits to this theater include: comfortable seating, IMAX viewing, and convenient Box Office ordering. Like most theaters, the prices on small items, like a simple box of M&Ms are much more than they should be. Overall; a great experience for all.

This movie theater has really got very dirty. It stunk so bad during the bowing of my movie. The seats aren’t clean The floor was gross. Rest rooms disgusting with feces. Service is extremely slow also.

Love this Regal location. Born and raised in Bend and this theatre was built when I was a kid. So many memories here. Good location, great staff and always an awesome theatre to attend!

When last night to see Imax the theater was so cold I couldnt stay to watch the end of the movie.Spent over 30 bucks to get in 15 bucks on popcorn and 1 soda to not even see the end of movie .I come late to see movie when there is very little people to not disturb me or my wife.This bull just cost you a loyal customer.....

The IMAX screen is the best!! Usually a friendly staff as well. Hayley was of great help to me in finding and replacing an old card. And was very generous. Rewards program is awesome too.

Great place to watch movies. Has a bar that serves local brews. All the theaters have stadium seating with 7.1 surround sound. The IMAX is really nice with resererved seating. Get your tickets in advance and know where youll be sitting.

The commercials before the movie are out of control. We sat through over 30 minutes of commercials that included only 4 actual movie previews.

Always a good place for a movie, shocking right?! And a beer?! Yes you can get your popcorn, snacks and have a beer to! They have a good selection of beer to choose from. Good place to get out of thesummer heat to! Went in the afternoon for a movie and only had 4 others in the theater with us! All the staff was great and friendly.
