The whole experience was great except the air in my room wasnt working. When I told them about it, they said there was a fan in the closet and thats about it. The next morning when they asked how everything was, I let them know again that it was really hot with no AC. They offered to change my room then, but I didnt bother since it was going to be cooler anyway. Bummer about the one night though. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Bar options to choose from, but didn’t get a chance to use the unique pool due to our own precautions.

It was nice to finally be in a theater again! We missed the Cajun tots and were happy to have them again. We were spaced in appropriate seating following Covid guidelines. Ticket prices are a little more than pre-Covid, but seating capacity is less.We were able to enjoy food with masks off, just have them in place while moving around. The service and food were at high quality usually experienced at McMenamins.

Amazing and unique. Everything was clean, staff was incredibly friendly and there was something so see at every turn of the property. Walking distance to shop and food.

What a great place to stay! Great hotel with a history. Comfortable beds, new and clean bathrooms, very interesting design, we stayed with a dog and a small kid. Nice and delicious cafe.

We were nervous to stay at any hotel during pandemic. We felt very comfortable with the staff’s attention to cleanliness. Our room was so attractive and location within walking distance of downtown shops perfect. A great place to lower our stress levels.

First time staying at one of these, very different, but fun! Love the hidden room/bare and cigar bar! Having coffee on our floor in the morning was a nice addition!

Interesting because it used to be a school. They did a good job converting it to a nice, artistic hotel.

We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the interesting decor and outstanding beer and food.

The stay was okay, but not worth the price. There were no ice machines so you were forced to walk down to a restaurant or bar, and they close at 10:00. There was no refrigerator in the room.Room service was not advertised which I thought was odd being a McMenamins.The AC didn’t work very well either. It would go on and off and failed to cool the room to the set temperature.The bed was comfy enough, but not amazing.They are pet friendly, so that was a plus.

Stay was great! The person working the front desk in the mornings could have been a little more pleasant! Seemed like I was bothering her when I asked for coffee (which is complimentary). Loved the location and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel and very unique! Incredible staff service and as always good food and beers! Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Really enjoy all the McMenamins.Only suggestion for mgt is to limit number of users in soaking pool. can get a bit too many given social distancing needs...
