I wasnt there very long due to some unforeseen issues. Nevertheless the two park managers that I got to know where great. Bill was very pleasant and did his best. Im the end during our eviction misty shows the utmost professionalism, kindness, and care that had is grateful to have met her. Thank you girl do appreciate everything you did for us.

Horrible place. Roads are horrible, mobile homes run down, trash everywhere. For a Realtor company to owns thisplace and the rent they charge is a shame. They will not keep this place up. I would NEVER live here

Dirty and full of roaches. My daughter had to pay a deposit to move in and the ceiling fans are filthy. Shes been cleaning non stop. So why even charge a deposit.

.i have lived in the same trailer for 4 yrs never been late with the rent and have not had cold water in my kitchen since I moved in . There is a pile of trash that would fill two dump trucks at the back of the property . My electric box gets so hot it will almost burn you to touch it . I cant use one bathroom it backs up and backs the kitchen sink when I use it. You have to wiggle about six plug sockets to get them to work. I have a hole in my roof in my closet which I have had to tarp 3 different times and now the wall is molded and the floor is rotted. When I use my bathroom toilet the sewage flows right out on the ground on the backside of my house I cant use one bathroom because you cant get anyone out here so since the shower cant be used in it because the tub is so unlevel it wont drain the water out plus it smells like sewage in there I had to take the toilet from one bathroom we cant use and put it in another myself or we wouldnt even be able to use it .Ive had a water leak for a month called at least 5 different times and nobody has been here to fix it either. But last straw is Im over run with rats and have tried trap poisoning and everything.they have even jumped on my 16 yr old back while sleeping. Then within the last month since there are so many holes in the walls and floors I have found a baby chicken snake in my kitchen and then a 6 ft chicken snake in my closet . AND THEY TELL ME ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GET RID OF BOTH. I have a 7 year old and a 12 yr old they dont pay attention they are kids they could get bit or have something crawl in bed with them this company will not send people out to fix a problem just to look at it.

Mom lives here. They need to update a little.

The park manager is a Dope Fiend! He helped someone rob a house because he was paid off. Bill is the worst manager Ever! The owners should have him arrested. He half-ass finishes work orders, works for sex with females & Drugs! Bill also allows homeless people to break into houses to squat, when they should be trespassed! If I could find the owners info, I would call them myself...with proof!

Potholes in streets large enough to damage your vehicle. Property is not maintained.

Potholes galore on the roads. Been that way for several years and management doesnt seem to care.

I agree with all the reviews this place is horrible I have called Waco office several times just simply because the neighborhood is completely trashed some of the houses here do not even look live able I can’t believe they even charge rent for some of the places this place is discussing
