My parents moved into Crown August 1974. That was when Clyde Knowles was alive and made sure the place was kept fairly nice. I know he would be rolling in his grave if he was to see all the empty lots. I didnt always see eye to eye with Bob when he ran the place, but he was a pretty fair man. It feels like after he passed that there isnt any plans to make this the park Clyde envisioned.

I own a double wide and it is very quiet peaceful place to live

Depends on what part of the park that you have a trailer in because part of it is nice with double wise and then the back side is bad with a bunch of empty trailers

Quite but water is high if youre elderly parents.grandparents own there home and get sick and they are in the hospital the whole month thats when rates will become higher and they file eviction NO MATTER YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES ..

Wont go there manger raced he dont like talking to wemen. We were buying a trailer there payment on time and they evicted us cos no one like my daughter husband thought he was Mexican. Which he isnt

Most of the residents seem to keep up their properties, also seems to be a child friendly place.

Fun with family n friends. BBQ laser tag and friendly neighbors. Its a peaceful and family friendly place...

Crown has gone downhill since Bob died. Trashy lots are allowed, roads are not cleared after snowfalls allowing it to pack into road ice, we are moving out of little Mexico. A real shame, I lived here twice growing up and it was a great family place to live.

Everyone minds their own business Management is a little backwards. Other than that people who travel with RVs who dont have a lawn mower should have some type of deal to pay to mow your lot. Other those kinks everyone stays to their selves.

Wont rent there to much drama. Management dont know what they are doing . and charges you twice on light bill.

Seems like a lovey place to stay if you own a trailer or mobile home

I just recently moved here however my first day in my new house our power day go out and we didnt get any warning but they were quick to resolve it. Now Im having a lot of problems with my trailer the owner broke contract with the trailer park by renting to me, even tho I prepaid 3months rent then they came turned off my utilities I have 2 small children and was force out of my trailer. Now Im being told Im squating and need to leave. Now Im homeless and out my money and the owner of the park refused to give me any proff that she wasnt allowed to rent to me

Lived there for 20+ years, it was timed to move on, they only cared for the money, dedication didnt matter. It was a better place to live 10 years ago. Wouldnt recommend, cheap living, thats it

I have lived here for about 20 years and give this place 3 stars because of the theft and break-ins that have occurred. I have personally had bikes and wagons stolen from my yard as a child, my parents have had their radio stolen from their vehicle 10 or so years ago, and I had my car broken into last year (nothing was stolen since there was nothing worth taking, they just left a big mess in my car). Another issue my family has had is that they keep raising the cost for lot rental. You are only permitted 2 vehicles per property, so any extra cars are charged $50 a month. My family has only had 2 cars but the neighbors keep parking in front of our home, since they have 4 vehicles. However, despite these issues, most neighbors and employees here are friendly and helpful. One thing I definitely wish would change is they need to have actual street names in the neighborhood. Anytime I have company, they easily get lost and sometimes their gps takes them to the wrong trailer because there are no street signs/names. I also wish this neighborhood was dog friendly. This place is a good 3.5/5

Stored my camper for several months not a problem

Great people and very clean. Only a few bad kids but other than that its wonderful.

I live here ..... I have lived here for 13 years I dont have any problems with anyone ..I had a incident not long ago the office quickly took care of it ... Its basically the most peaceful place Ive ever lived

My bff just got her car stolden from the front of her trailer. The slips cost too much per month.
