Nice environment, good for relaxing walks or just sitting in the sun/shade mix and enjoying the natural detox.Downside: Tables are dirty, and I think technically closed (surrounded by a single strip of old and fallen caution tape). Play structure still closed.

I love taking my dog to this park. So beautiful and open. The bathrooms are decent and they always have toilet paper, soap, and water. There are also little baggies available to pick up after your dog. Theyre currently renovating in some areas so well see how it looks in a few weeks!

Its a really nice, spacious park, we used to take our kids too, now they are in College. What remains is the tranquility, a feeling of existing in a fairy tale while marching upward trails amongst large, leavy pines glistening in the afternoon. Also rewarding is the view over the bay, if one ventures a little further. Its a true addition to Belmonts interesting past. Check it out!Quite turbulent days, these now peaceful grounds once had to endure.Enjoy the visit! But be prepared to bring bugspray! LolMarion

This place is exquisite! Had my daughters gender reveal at The Cottage - it was darling. We utilized the cottage, outdoor patio area and both are anchored by a stream/creek which runs along the backside down below. Everyone loved the cottage which has a kitchen for prepping, storing and heating your food and there is some room inside to sit and setup food, serve, etc. and some room for chairs but we primarily sat and outside and sat up food there. This place is awesome!

Twin Pines Park is a small park in Belmont. It has a few nice offices, senior center, and nice lawn for special programs. Its proximity to the urban areas and homes makes it a good choice for a walk after work or for kids to play and run around. Parking is usually easy nearby.

I went there for an Art Exhibit and I got there a little early, so I decided to follow the trails. If you have a dog you can walk them on the trails oh, there are two different parks for kids and theres an area where you could either have a birthday party or just barbecue with some friends and family yes. Theres a nice Bridge you can walk over if you enjoy nature or hiking its a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very family-friendly .

This is a cute little park surrounded by trees that made you feel a bit like you are strolling through the forest. Most of the park is fairly shaded so it was a nice place to go to escape the heat and still be outside. There is a playground WITH SWINGS!!! The lawns are nicely kept. There is a parking lot, but it was pretty full up - it took us a few minutes before we lucked into a spot.Trying to exit the lot and turn left proved to be a game if patience - it is possible but it is a busy main Street so it took a while to leave. Even turning right out of the lot would have taken a bit of time because of the volume of cars passing by (this was a Saturday afternoon around 2pm)

Beautiful park with lots of shady trees and barbecue pits. Theres also an enclosed childrens playground near the entrance.Dogs are allowed on a leash. Noticed a historical building that can be rented for events, like weddings, etc. They do take reservations and have a large covered picnic area available. Great for family reunions.Took one star off for parking. Theres not much of it and if you are loaded with a cooler, totes, a blanket, etc., the walk from the lot to your area will seem real long. Nice park though.

This is a great spot for a picnic or gathering! I went to a family party at the back of the park and there were restrooms, plenty of tables and shade and a play area for kids. You will need to watch out for the creek so be sure you are aware of it to keep the little ones safe. Very beautiful and wooded in the city, I loved this park!

A lovely patch of protected verdant nature that lays at the base of the Belmont hills. This beautiful park hosts a large Creek, two moderately sized childrens play structures as well as two quite large BBQ pits with accompanying picnic areas (10+ full sized picnic benches). The large eucalyptus and redwood trees offer a sanctuary of noise insulation which is becoming exceedingly rare nowadays. I find it especially peaceful right before rush hour traffic as a road runs adjacent to the park and coming earlier in the day will guarantee a less noisy atmosphere.

Nice bit of green in the middle of Belmont. Large Reservable picnic area, fenced childrens play area. Limited parking shared with what seemed to be both a summer camp as well as an elder care facility. Restrooms. Dogs have to stay on leash but bags for cleaning up after your furry friend are available. Access road also serves Belmont Police Department as well as City Hall so activities never cease. Some traffic noise but still a nice enough place to eat your bag lunch or spend an hour waiting for an appointment elsewhere.
