Beautiful green space with walking loop and playground/ spray ground for the kids. Los of friendly dogs walking with owners. Only thing I didnt care for was the dog poop smell but not much you can do about that. Theres a building with bathrooms but not sure if theyre open during pandemic times.

Lovely quiet park to take children and dogs to! The playground is fabulous and has a wonderful water pad for little ones and older ones as well. Few steps away there is a small water stream and loads of huge trees where you can set under the shade and kids have fun around. You also can fly a drone, kite or just have a good run around the park! There’s a toilet next to the playground and a changing table for little ones as well.

I loved this place! Was our first time here, but so glad we found it.The splash pad is really nice built on that bouncy recycled rubber material, not concrete. Theres large climbing rocks scattered about for playing on, and the area is big enough for kids to run around in without getting in each others way.The playground is very neat with super unique structures. The place wasnt crowded at all like some other splash pads in the area.Theres a water fountain for both people and dogs, and a bathhouse for changing and potty breaks. The ice cream man comes by every hour, so be prepared with cash or a diversion snack for your wee ones. Theres also a bunch of picnic tables and benches which are under a roof.. the perfect shady place for parents to watch while their kids play or to eat lunch.

My daughter loves this place. The splash pad is very clean and large enough so kids arent fighting over water spouts. The playground has some really cool features that Ive never seen at any other playgrounds and the older kids really like it.

Awesome space. Plenty of room to play even on a crowded day. Nicely shaded picnic tables for lunch. Takeout food close by to bring to the park. Bathrooms are a bonus. Playground has a lot of cool options. Street parking was busy but we found a spot on a nearby street.

We come here every weekend. Several times a day. The park is perfect for the dog to run around in and the playground is perfect for our twin toddlers. I dont know what wed do without this place! Early mornings are less crowded but most everyone is friendly so its even fun when theres a crowd. People also use the picnic tables for birthday parties and other events. This place was definitely designed with families in mind. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

Superb splash park and playground! Only lacking in convenient parking that doesnt require a long trek, but I wouldnt deduct a star for that. My favorite part is plenty of shade, a must for mamas that are pregnant (Im 36 weeks) or have infants, or in my case also a toddler with medical needs that needs timeout from the sun. Bathrooms, conveniently located, clean, and free!

Beaver Brook, Walthams park for unleashed dogs. The number of dog owners that let their pets run free is staggering although signs clearly state all dogs must be on leash. Some didnt even bring a lease for their animal. If anyone has a fear of dogs or a rescue animal that has been abused, I strongly recommend that you find a different place.

Has a nice splash pad/area for the kids, 2 playgrounds; one for older children & then one for the younger kids. It also has a large enclosed changing area with bathrooms for both Men & Women. Plenty of seating, covered area with tables & seating (ideal for a bday party) & also benches all along the splash pad area.

Excellent place for the summer. Kids have fun and see friends from town. We adults hang out in the shade and just enjoy the day. We usually are able to find a nice shade spot without much trouble. Restrooms are handy, and the upgraded play structures and splash pad are fantastic. Worth the wait.

Great place for families, well kept and clean.Lots of shade for the splash park and a newly renovated playground.Bathroom facilities available.Accessibility friendly as well.Street parking can be hard to come by but you can park in one of beaver brook’s parking lots and walk to the splash pad. The walk from the lot to the playground is a little hilly though.Only downside is the toddler playground structure doesn’t have much shade during the day so the equipment can get dangerously hot for little ones.

A great splash pad and playground, for hot days and cold alike. A big boulder-strewn splash pad with water jets of varied strength and shape, to appeal to different ages and comfort levels. The splash pad area is ringed with benches for sitting and bags/towels. A covered open air dining area has 6-8 picnic tables, where one can sit and watch the kids run through the water.A toddler playground and older kid playground are great for cooler days, or for playing between jumps through the water. (My one gripe - no good seating near the playground areas for disabled or footsore adults.) Its a nice playground, and I watched young and older kids interact with the features, swinging athletically or just playing quietly.Along the way between the playground and small free parking lot (hard to find at first) are woods and giant sunny meadow where dogs run free, then a shallow brook perfect for wading. It all feels like some scene in a book about an idyllic childhood.

This is a wonderful place. The play structures are modern and well-designed and the splash pad is filled with real boulders, keeping with the natural landscape and reminding of the actual rocks nearby in the brook. Parking is limited in front on Trapelo Rd but there is a lot for the park a few minutes away on Waverly Oaks Rd. There is a trail and bike path you can walk along, or on the main streets, to get to the splash pad. There are bathrooms, covered seating, and the ice cream truck is cheaper than at the Artesani Playground in Brighton (and probably other places).

Recently renovated with lots of fun equipment. Plenty of space to run around. I almost gave 4 stars because of parking. If youre really lucky youll find parking on trapelo Rd for the easiest access. Otherwise you will have to use the somewhat small dedicated parking lot at the Waverly oaks Rd entrance which is a further walk to access the splash park.

The park has been remodeled recently. Climbing structures are fun and sprinkler part of it is a great retreat for kids on a hot summer day. The place is popular for birthday parties, there are plenty of picnic tables under a shade structure and there are a few under the trees. Definitely one of the best playgrounds in this area. Gets very busy on weekends, so if you want to throw a bday party for your kiddo come early!
