Hidden gem. Top 10 BREC kids playground. Great shade too.

Not bad.

This is a great park hidden in the Riverbend subdivision. Every time I bike by it always looks like a quiet and serene place. Theres a lake on one side and playground equipment for kids. Theres also a hidden paved path that connects to Farr Park, River Road, and the Levee Bike Path. A fantastic way for bikers to avoid the aggressive drivers on Brightside, but be mindful of pedestrians as the path is not wide. Great space overall.

Loved the serene setting of this park. The play area is good. Only thing lacking is there are no restrooms here, which makes it difficult to take kids for playing for a longer time.

Just remodeled, awesome playground and an even better green space to explore and wander in. Wish they would put up the necessary barriers to block atvs from entering the green spaces.

Nice quiet park. Waking trails, and RV berths, with 50 amp service. $39/night as off 2/18/18. Conveniently located on river road, just a short drive to LSU, and everything that surrounds it. BREC park, managed by the state.

Nice park, not crowded and very nice to just sit and enjoy the outdoors
