What youd expect from an AMC. All movies start on time, good quality pictures, as clean as can be, usually long wait for concessions. Doesnt have the bar or restaurant option here.

5 dollar movies were great to take the kids to. It reminded me of a matinee but at night. We will be going back again soon.

The theater has nice staff, great concessions, and a decent bar. When you order from the bar be sure to specify what you want (special drink, bar special, specific alcohol) or else youll just be charged for the best expensive item. The self service machines outside were not working and no one knew why. Not a big deal, you can always buy online in advance. The restrooms were in desperate need of cleaning and there really was no excuse for the messiness. The theater wasnt full or even crowded. The seating was comfortable, the lighting and sound was great. Get the restrooms in order and youll have a happy customer.

Decent theater. Not really crowded, probably a function of a declining industry. Services prompt and without issue. The seats were fairly comfortable and I would say that there was ample space between my row in the next row for leg room. Restrooms are pretty accessible without anything particularly extraordinary. Overall I would say this is a decent theater, one of the better theaters in Baton Rouge.

Great theater experience. Matinee pricing is reasonable. Not crowded during weekdays. You will need to buy your tickets outside of the theater unless you pay online. Need to check showtimes on line. Some movies are shown during the day and not at night.

1st. Horrible place. I have a medical mask exemption card from a medical condition, and the manager told me they didnt care, if I could breath or not!2nd the kids never stopped talking and it ruined the movie

Horrible , Popcorn Taste Stale , Seats felt like Bleachers Hard no recline like other theaters . No Workers around to Patrol the teenagers that ran in and out i dont think they paid to attend the show Kept walking across the Screen loud talking .

Went to “try” and watch a movie with my wife and there were teens and adults taking, using foul language, running up and down the stairs, finally security was called and they did not care or listen to them. It got so uncomfortable we did not feel safe and had to leave. What a shame, this theater used to be a nice place. We will never go back and would not recommend anybody going there.

2 kiosh stations outside of theatres that do not work. Asked to speak to management, someone in customer service said they have been out since they were installed. Was told to call corporate. I asked for a number, was given a business card. I called telephone number to complain. Was asked for an email address to get back to me. I did not want to give one. Was told complaint would not be registered without email address, and was hung up on. Was told via website the show would start at 1340 hrs. The previews of shows that have not been rated or truly scheduled were shown.Shows do not start on time, people pass you off to others due to lack of interest in correcting problems, and if they really dont want to hear about anything from complaints they dump you.

Good spacious theatre. Ticket checkers should be more attentive. But I am glad they pulled a new person out to sales booth when line built up. Bathroom needs more cleaning and attention.

Quality of picture was great. Pricing of the film was great. Pricing of the food over priced. Seats are very uncomfortable.

Saw Frozen with my family of five last night 11/26/19 and it was one thing after another. The ticket kiosks were out of order, and only 2 employees were selling tickets to a line that stretched to the street. Theater was hot and humid. Bathrooms were filthy with most of the soap dispensers and towels empty. Several clogged toilets. When the movie started, lights were not turned off until about 10 minutes after the movie, and only after several customers complained. And then they came on again. The concessions closed before 9pm, making it impossible to get popcorn refills. Overall a bad experience and will not go back.

My wife and I belong to the AMC A+ movie program. We get to see up to 3 movies a week at any AMC theater across the nation for the low cost of $21 and change total. It is great. What isnt so great is how run down this theater is. These are light bulbs out all over the place, wall paper that has been torn off the wall for at least 2 years and the bathroom floor in front of the urinal always has pee on them. ALWAYS! They need to invest a little into improving the building. It would go a long way in fancying up the place to a descent theater. Especially since it is only less than 20 years old.

Decent early bird prices, popcorn is delicious. Crazy prices as any movie theater on concessions. I felt like my visit was clean, and bathrooms were acceptable.

Theater is great. Wish they had the new reclining seats. Overall had a great experience.

Very nice theater. Plenty of screens including IMAX. Good sound and comfy seating. Selection in the snack bar is descent. They also have a bar for adult beverages.

Its time to upgrade the seats to luxury lounges because those old stadium seats are out dated. Besides that its a pretty theater. IT HAS A FULL BAR

Went to see Just Mercy here. It was super crowded because of the MLK Holiday. However, the young staff handled everything perfectly.

If you go during the week it isnt so bad, the worst part about this theatre is how terrible it is on Friday to Sunday. People loitering, requiring police to be out there since fights and shootings have occured just outside. The prices are fair and if you want to catch a quick movie its fine, but avoid this place on weekends.

I remember when this theater used to be nice. Instead, its now got a police officer with a bullet-proof vest and rude patrons. The place is trashed and the popcorn was stale and old. Giving it 2 stars because the tickets were cheap and rightly so. This place needs to improve its cleanliness and enforce its AMC theater policies. People were talking, texting, and taking selfies while I was trying to enjoy a film. Wont be returning here in the future.

Great place to watch movies, clean, you probably should become an A list stub member or Premiere member, its worth it.

The movies were fine but we were sitting in my car trying to figure out what we were going to do for dinner when the security guard stopped and just laid on the horn. This was at like 6pm on a weekday and after we had only been sitting in the car for 10-15 minutes tops. She then got out of her car and yelled yall cant be hanging out round here. Long story short I will choose a different theater for the next movie I see.

The theater is good, clean, and very well managed. However my problem comes with the prices. The ticket prices werent so bad, however the food prices were just terrible and way too high! I am giving this a 4 star rating because the service was great, theater was clean, food tasted good. But for 2 medium drinks, 1 regular popxorn, and 1 bacon mac and cheese bowl to be over $30 is absolutely outrageous. I was going to get something before the movie but we were running late. If the prices were more reasonable I would rate 5 stars. Overall, however, I had a wonderful experience and for anyone wanting to go to a well maintained movie theater, come here and all your needs will be met, as long as you eat before coming to this movie theater!

It was cool.. I sat in the IMAX theater. Maybe Im getting old because it was too loud and the seats were not very comfortable .

Friendly staff very clean. Prices on food and drink was extremely high though but kinda expected it to be high and it was kinda warm in the theater. But other then that very nice place to go

AMC, Your website is so annoying, I stayed home and rented a movie.

It looks and feels like this is a business that is about to close down its business. The lobby, halls, restrooms and theater were filthy. Trash on floor and smelled musty. At the entrance to our theater were two large bins full of trash with no lids on them-not very welcoming! I will never return to this theater again!!!!

The movie was great the employees were wonderful. The thing that took me off guard was the price of snacks! However the bathrooms and the theatre were very clean.

Friendly employees, esp the ticket taker, but the seats are HORRIBLE! They dont recline and have nearly ZERO padding, kinda like Spirit Airlines, mostly fabric! The AMC 16 on the East side of Baton Rouge have GREAT seats reclining faux leather and are Uber comfortable (except for the pricey IMAX theater, whick makes no sense at all)!AMC should seriously consider an upgrade to this location, as more and more people stay home and stream movies, you need to give them a REASON to get out and have the real theater experience. We are AMC Stub A-List members and see 3 movies a week, because it is our thing but only go to AMC 15 if a movie isnt playing at AMC 16!

This is usually our second choice for a theater in town simply because of proximity to our house. Its a great cinema with stadium seating and we caught the Avengers Endgame movie in IMAX format. The seats recline a bit but there is no extending footrest like in some theaters. No complaints and the staff were friendly.

Went to see Joker move and was a good movie experience. First time I had been to the theater in a while and it was EMPTY, which while shocking, made the movie experience even better. No wait for consessions, best dear in the house and was only a few mins early. Place was clean as well.

I will stop going to AMC if they dont change those wack seats in their theaters. Its almost 2020 and they still have those tired bucket seats in there. When they do that they will be legit.

Very dirty and low scale theater compared to all the other wonderful venues in the area. Not up to date and i always have a very hard time getting out of the parking lot. Would not reccomend this theater and would definitely choose celebrity over this one.

I completely understand that on busy weekends its sometimes hard to keep up with the demands, especially this past weekend with Avengers playing box opening weekend, however the cleanliness of the theater was beyond icky. I couldnt throw away any of my trash as all (and I mean all) trash bins were overflowing, i had popcorn, sticky candy and wrappers stuck to the bottom of my shoes, and the litter on the floor was ridiculous even for a Saturday evening. The bathrooms looked more clean than the theater.

Sound Quality excellent with a clear picture screen.

It was ok, but the seats, especially in theater room 6, need to have someone get a cleaner in there. Some pretty decemts stains on some of them

These facilities are clean and well maintained, air-conditioning is just right, and the sound and picture quality excellent. The candy bar features automatic mixing drink fountain machines which are wonderful. Staff are professional and courteous, so this cinema provides and excellent experience.

We decided to go to the last showing @ 10:45 of A Madeas Family Funeral. The employees were talking amongst themselves and not paying attention to customers. The front entrance, snack area and bathrooms were dirty. Top all that off with extremely HIGH food prices and low food quality. My popcorn was cold, they ran out of hot dogs and hot peppers for nachos. Lets just say I will not be back.

I dont think they accounted for the holiday rush, because the lines moved pretty slow with just a few staff working.. but all is well otherwise. Still my go-to theater!

No Safe Spaces great movie and theater was nice

Havent been here in a few months. We went on a Sunday morning at one of the first showtimes. Shouldve been at its cleanest. Place is filthy! Sticky floor, even in lobby. No ones even vacuumed in awhile. Popcorn and other food spilled all over the place. Wont be going back. Too many better options.

Great spot to catch a movie! Let me educate yall for a moment: If your date doesnt ever bring you to this AMC, Perkins Rowe, or the Movie Tavern by corporate blvd then odds are youre the side-piece or someone that they dont want to be seen publicly with.

Went to AMC ON A DAY DATE with my husband. We were greeted by the young lady at the door. Went to the concession stand where we greeted by John/Jon. He was such a pleaser! Very Kind, well mannered, and detailed on our selection. Weve never received service like that their. I asked him if he was a manager. He replied no maam but thanks for noticing my great customer service!Usually its filled with those high school kids, that work with no personality!John/Jon should do training classes for this other kids!

Went on a Saturday night to watch the last Avengers movie. We chose the 10:15 PM showing of it in 3D. Two tickets were a little over $26. The layout can be a bit confusing if youve never been there before and if youre a larger person, prepare to feel a bit pinched in by the seats. There is, however, plenty of leg room. But the seats arent all that comfortable. The theater itself (not the viewing room we were in) was FILTHY. There was trash and food everywhere from concessions all down the hallways, and piled onto every flat surface. The restroom floor was a maze of trash and tp; not to mention a broken toilet in the ladiesrestroom that wouldnt stop running and had water on the floor. The second snack bar by the viewing room we were in was already closed by the time we got there (we were thirty minutes early). Id love to experience this place at its best.

I need the self service kiosks to work ALL the time...not SOME of the time.

Took students to see a special showing. Staff greeted us with the snacks, drink and candy. Theater was clean and acoustic was perfect. Been year before but never had a good experience until today.

Movies! Saw Endgame and the tickets were cheap. Food is always expensive as heck at the movies... and its never terribly clean. Bathrooms werent the cleanest either.

The experience was overall good, but the area in which the movie played that I watched, was pretty warm. Turn up the air please!

Its a good theatre. The workers did a good job with their respective rolls and kept the place clean as well.

The seats were incredibly uncomfortable and the snack counter was disgusting. Maybe I just caught them off their form, but it was a disappointment.

Staff was super nice with smiles, the guy who sell concessions loved his job or took lots initiative to give the best customer service he could. 1 star off because the seating could be better. Still has the old seats when all the others have recliners.

Movie selection is top tier, theaters are comfy but nothing to write home about, selection of cocktails is a pleasant surprise. The bad point is concession prices, but they arent irredeemably high even so

I really like this theater. Its a huge theater, so theyre going to have your movie. The ticket lines always seem a little slow because there never seem to be more than one or two people there selling tickets--so I would get there a little earlier than you may usually for the movie. The concession always runs real fast, though. Youll usually get what you want pretty quickly. Of course, the concession prices are going to be exorbitant. Like the theater overall, though.

Me and my husband love to come to AMC 15 because we enjoy watching movies without the crowd of people so we as A list members watch movies 1-3+ times a week, the crew is always polite some claim us as their AMC Family and are always very welcoming. Thanks AMC 15 Baton Rouge.

Very comfortable and nice

Consistently good if you view in IMAX; however, on this last trip, the focus seemed off a very slight bit on the projector in theater 9. Ive never had that issue before here, but it did take away from the experience this trip. Hopefully a one off issue.

Paid for movie for kids and when we got to concession to eat everything we was trying to order we were told that grease was off grill was close the guy was trying to shut everything down early before people was able to get there order prior to going into movie just horrible

The movie Spiderman was great!But your concessions are too expensive for a family and it is time to upgrade your chairs to the reclining ones like other theaters. However, the theater & bathroom was clean & had seat covers!

The ticket prices were soooo reasonable but the food is soooo overpriced ($19.50 for a large popcorn and drink!!!! OUT OF LINE).

I love this theater, but last night it was not clean, in theater 6 something bit me several times... Yall need to spray, sweep & mop out each show room before the next show starts. Staff was friendly and the movie we seen was great.......

The movie and sound quality was nice but the movie was pretty expensive and the chairs were normal movie chairs. I expected better. I paid much less at perkins rowe theater and their seats at least reclined and were much more comfortable.

It was reasonably priced, clean and cool. Our kids enjoyed themselves, but our pocketbooks didnt. Lol! And the bathrooms were clean and safe. We will be returning.
