Flat, level parking lot. Little traffic except mountain bikes who are all nice. Dont plan on using the pit toilet. Next to a petro plant....a little background music with reflextic window shades and it dissapeares.

Perfect place to take a walk or biking. Beyond of parking, the motorized vehicles are forbidden. You must get hydrated because the warm could you get bad.

Lots of space for cars but the trails werent too packed. Theres a restroom. We had a ton of fun on the trails which ranged from sandstone, sandy smooth single track and sections with lots of river rock.

The parking lot is great, theres a bathroom, grill, tables and bike stand w/ attached bike tools.

Okay, this is the very best mountain biking trail I have ever ridden I think. Full disclosure: I dont ride that much. Just rode part of the Whole Enchilada trail in Moab yesterday and it was way out of my league. Alien Run was a side trip and it was amazing riding. Flowy, fast, easy to follow, and no giant loose rocks trying to kill me. Wish I could rate it a 6+

Its a parking lot... It has a bathroom that I havent felt the need to see the inside of. There is also a bike pump station, which is pretty cool for a bicycle trailhead.

Its a good place to visit you are allowed to camp here with no permit just not in the parking lot got to look for a spot to pull of on the trails

Awesome views! Really wish I would have brought my MT bike but I was on a different kind of adventure! The Arches in this area are easy to get to where good boots and if you need to use the bathroom do so before heading out on the trail!

Slept in my RV here..some kind of generator plant close by made a low hum noise all night but still snoozer right thru...

Already a great lot with signage and plenty of space, they were laying a nice gravel layer today too. Noticed a new covered picnic area and guy told me a bathroom coming soon. TOPS for a bike trail several miles outside city. Trails are the bomb but timid riders beware of extended loop, lots of bike walking on some steep rocky sections.

The Alien Trail is a great loop especially for those people that are driving to or from the Durango area and New Mexico. The full loop is 16 miles and keeps you on your toes with tight turns and a few technical moves. Mostly an intermediate trail it is a good leg stretcher and totally worth the stop. Highly recommended if you happen to be driving by and have the time.

Trailhead parking. Was listed on Freecampsites.net as dispersed camping - none to be found, washboard access road, power plant within feet was noisy and bright lights all night. The trail is set up for mountain biking. Only used as an overnight. Not interested in a retun

Pretty fun trail, flowy but still has some technical moves. There are three loops to choose from, each longer than the other.

Arguably the best ride in San Juan County. Trailhead has a nice view of the La Plata Mountains. Nice recent additions include a covered table/picnic area and better signage leading to the trailhead.

10/10 would park again... Seriously though, the trails are great.
