Great location, dining room is good, gets packed on the weekends, but usually you dont have to wait too long for food. I personally have not been in the game area in at least the last year so it might have changed, but they used to have really good games and judging from the crowd not much had changed!

I am waiting on the distract manager to get back to me but I will NEVER go to this PPP again!!! I have never experienced this bad of customer service in my life!! I am usually one to call in great customer service but this store needs to be held accountable for their actions!

Nice and good for family birthday

I went with all you can eat. They tested for a temperature & made sure we sanitized our hands. I felt safe with the measures they took. The pizza we chose was hot & delicious. The sauce was better too.

The food and atmosphere is amazing especially if you have kids. But other then this the food is actually very good . The price is just right for the quality of the food. Outstanding, will definitely be going back.

Pizza was good. Gave us the wrong food. Gave us no salads, no napkins, no forks. We had to stand in line to get it. They were really rude, no apology.

Dealt with Megan the manager supervisor very unexperienced Saturday to take my family out on Sunday night I already family bundo ended up spending like $110 which by the way I kept my receipt I ordered two pan pizza with one topping both pizzas look like they had no cheese and barely sprinkled any of it on it you could clearly see the bread didnt even look like it had any sauce ask to see if they could remake it and it put a little bit extra cheese on top to make sure that the pizza had cheese she refused and bought me for me to pay for extra cheese I told her no and ask her to give me a refund she has refused and even caught me on that as well very disappointing experience Ive gone to Peter Piper picked a very long time and I would like for a supervisor a general manager for somebody to contact me

I ordered two pizzas and when I showed up one of them was wrong. The lady at the register said that she could remake one but it would take 20 minutes. I asked her if she could remake both of them so I would have two fresh pizzas. She immediately had a nervous look on her face and said that she would have to ask her manager. There was a lady standing directly behind her that acted like she didn’t know what was going on. The girl walked around the corner and came back and told me that she could only remake one of the pizzas. I told her that that was unacceptable and I would like to speak with the manager. Low and behold the lady standing right behind her was the manager and she heard everything that was going on so she came and talk to me. She told me that since they only messed up on one of the pizzas that they could only remake the one. I told her that that was unacceptable and I asked for her general managers name. She gave me his card and I told her that I would be purchasing pizza somewhere else. I called the general manager named George the next day and he did nothing. He acted like that was standard procedure and that they did nothing wrong. I will never go to the Peter Piper Pizza again and maybe not go to any Peter Piper Pizza ever again. This was a horrible experience and I wasn’t asking for anything free I was just asking to get a fresh order.

Celebrated my childs birthday here yesterday at 4pm. Pizza was tasty and our party host was great. The temperature inside was ridiculously warm. I addressed with a manager. He said, the AC is working fine. It is set at 73. Its due to the body heat and the weather outside. This made no sense because it was a beautiful rainy day in February and was much cooler outside. My party guests were coming back from playing games, faces full of sweat, sitting down and fanning themselves because they were too hot. The adults simply sitting at the tables were also sweating and fanning themselves. This is embarrassing and really needs to be addressed. When I spend $350 I expect better conditions.

Fun place to take the kids. Not an enormous amount of games, but enough to fill up a couple hours on a Saturday. A lot of tables for eating and parties. Kinda hot, but tolerable. Decent pizza combos for a party place with a quick enough service. They also have party sized bread sticks for when you have a party or just love a lot of bread sticks.

Pizza is very good. Order was called in for take-out and ready in 15 minutes.

The pizza is good and the wings are delicious. The kids have fun, I wish the prices were a bit cheaper and the toys a bit nicer but all in all a great place. And best of all they give military/veteran discounts!!!!

People are very friendly. The place is great to bring family and enjoy good pizza. They have pasta, all sorts of pizza, and salads. You cant forget the desserts during the lunch buffet. If you dont want that then you can order your own pizza, wings, salads and desserts.

We have Been going to PPP for many years. We have always been supportive of our kids fundraisers and attend every event. We usually visit another location and have never had a problem but with a new school district we attended the Dysart location for a fundraiser. We purchased pizza, tokens and drinks. One of my children can’t eat Peter piper pizza as it upsets her stomach but we still supported the school and came out. We brought my daughter some food for her to eat while we ate pizza. An employee came up to us and said the manager had sent her over and my daughter would have to go put her food in the car. I attempted to speak with the manager who showed no empathy at all. I’m very disappointed in the whole situation. For one don’t send an employee who seems extremely uncomfortable. Be a manager and come tell us yourself. I would ask for a refund as we weren’t able to stay but we don’t want to take away from the school fundraiser.

Good pizza, good pasta, and the desert pizzas are actually pretty good. And not to mention that as there is a play place/arcade, you can let your little monster roam around as you feast endlessly... and then regret it about an hour later as you go to get in your car and realize that youre in no shape to drive anywhere because youve exceeded the legal blood/pizza sauce limit and your vision is starting to gray out. (My experience)But hey, at least you got your moneys worth AND made your Dad who always said now listen kid(s), you have to get at least three plates or Im not taking you to another buffet again proud.

The Goodyear school district and Peter piper have events together we have been coming to this location for three years, but Ive come to realize that Peter Piper does not have the kids best interest at heart. On each homework packet they have a coupon for a free kids pizza. Sounds great seems theyre looking out for the kids that keep them in business, but they dont validate the coupons. You place the order and then they know exactly what youre talking about over the phone. You show up at the store and Jose a manager accuses you of photocopying the coupon. I take out the schools homework package from the car and I show them how I ripped the page off of the homework package. Then they said the school district just have photocopied it and there not going to validate it.I am upset because I drove 8 miles waited 20 minutes to pick up this pizza. I pay for the pizzas and walked away. As Im approaching the car I realize I can just get my kids dominos a way better pizza for the same amount. I go back in and get my money back. As I get my refund they toss the pizza in the trash.Result: Peter Piper made 2 kids pizzas, the resources were gone for those pizzas were used up. Peter Piper received the money but it was refunded to me. Pizza was trashed. My kids were initially unhappy about the pizza but they actually understood the situation and felt ripped off too. Over not honoring a coupon Peter Piper lost our family of 4 as customers today over $9.78. The funny part is that we have our kids birthdays there every year. Well be heading to Chuck E. Cheeses this year its just north of the I-10 less than a mile away.Update while in the parking lot my kids said they would rather have dominos I got on their app and picked up a large pizza for $8.90 By the time I got to dominos the pizza was done and ready and my kids seemed to love it.

Clean with a decent selection on the lunch buffet, including pizza, pasta, salads and desserts. Only 4 stars because there was no labels on the pizza (the spiciness of the buffalo chicken pizza was a surprise to those expecting chicken and onions) and the brewed iced tea was never made, even after asking about it. Still worth it for the price!

My kids were given free personal pan pizzas from school. They had to color the picture then take it in to get a pizza. I called asking about it and if both my kids had to come in to receive the pizza they said yes. When i arrived to pick them up. they told us the pictures were photo copyed from the school so the kids could not receive the pizza.It would of been nice if you could of said that over the phone or asked if our papaer had coupons on the back, because if not we cant accept it.You made my kids upset and i do have a fractured foot with a boot on. so going places is a hassle and would of saved me time to not even have to go in if you would of said something the first time. So thank you and the whole reason why i decidednot to buy what was ordered.

Wrong pizza was given to my husband he had to wait 40 min for new pizza when I placed it online. My other pizza got cold for waiting for the new one.

Recently visited during the buffet hours and I was extremely disappointed by the service we received. I’ve been coming here for years and this might have been my last. The GM was EXTREMELY rude, I believe his name was George but I’m not quite sure. They definitely need to rethinking who they’re putting to represent this location.

I ordered a pizza which came with 1 topping. I asked for 1/2 pepperoni and the other with extra cheese as my topping and they charged me for the cheese when i questioned the manager they said its cause cheese is too expensive to make it a topping then i get my pizza and the side that had pepperoni had places with no cheese at all. First you want to charge me for cheese and then not give me any at all?!?

It is mediocre. The food is palatable, the games are for small children as expected. About half the games were completely broken. The staff was fantastic.

First time coming here and worst service ever. Took so long to get our order. They called us up for our “hot” wings and turned out someone took them so we had to wait even longer for our wings that came with no sauce at all. Wings were very dry. Spoke to the very rude and unprofessional white girl manager who did not care that we got out order wrong. Didn’t even offer to add hot sauce. It was so simple to just offer our hot sauce to add. Lots of employees behind the counter. No ice in one drink machine and no lids near the other drink machine. Food was good.

Fun for the kids my daughter rented a table they never came by and cleared for us my daughter had to do all the clean up. It was slow and they just didnt live up to what my expectations were.

Ive been a few times as of lately

I was here just today and my hostess/cashier Amaya was fantastic! She helped me to find exactly what I needed and for just the right price !! Id say the only thing that needs to be improved is the online survey I was going to fill it out but I couldnt find it. Maybe Im just bad with technology but anyways I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back with my family!

I was a little disappointed with the play area and games, its much smaller now, seems like they use to have a larger area for the kids. They have great seating plenty of tables, but for an establishment that is focused on kids and family time I would hope for more games. Air hockey ski ball that type of things.

Not happy with this place at all. I know things happen sometimes well. This place got our order wrong not once or twice but, three times... I guess the third time is really the charm cause yeah thats how many it took me till I said no more!

Great fun for kids. Can get pricey for games, but if you buy the deals on tokens you can save some money. Dont let your kids cheat, lol.

Ive always loved Peter Piper since I was a kid. I recently went in during the lunch buffet and its definitely a good deal. They even have an option to order out (call for details).Specialty pizzas are made upon request. Staff was really polite and even though there were a lot of customers, the line went fast.Arcade is updated with newer games including Minions and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Of course they kept some classics around like the basketball game.Overall, good experience and great place to have a kids birthday party!

It was decent, we went for a birthday party. There is no play place for the toddlers however the were a few 1 token games. The bathrooms are clean. Food was hot and timely. Service was polite and friendly even over the top. Overall good visit.

Meghan the general manager was extremely rude Im very dissatisfied with the service I was given, I ordered wings waited more than 30 minutes it was not packed at all maybe a total of 6 people in. I went to let the worker know to which she asked the manager maghan to help me. Meghan didnt not greet me nor did she acknowledge me at all did not say one word to me. She didnt apologize didnt try to offer any kind of help. Didnt even say your welcome when I said thank you she just walked away.

The food was good, but 2/3 of our order was lost and took about an hour to get everything. We lost about $5 in coins in machines that werent working, however there werent any out of order signs. And when we told the young kid at the prize counter, he said too bad I guess. Not sure if its how this business is ran, or just the workforce of todays youth, but nobody seemed to care.

The service was a bit slow and the cheese pizza was undercooked. We asked them to cook a cheese pizza for a few more minutes and unfortunately, they left it in too long and was burned. Knowing we were dissatisfied, the manager took initiative, apologized, and offered us chicken wings while we waited. She definitely did the right thing without us asking her to do so. When the food finally came out, it was delicious. We will definitely come back.

This is the place my kids school always goes for fundraisers. The pizza is good but quality sometimes drop because its kids working but we always have a great time. A few games are usually not working but the kids are usually able to get alot of tickets. Staff is always friendly and helpful.It is a kid friendly place so as an Adult be prepared for kids to be every where. ( Prices are good especially lunchtime so a lot of adults come to eat by themselves.) Previous review was of the wrong pizza place.

Best pizza around but depending on which location your at , not the cleanest joints.After a Saturday filled w bday parties and such most of the video games are covered in pizza grease via the paws of children.Well my girl and I played ski ball last time and the paddle was so slippery it squeezed from my hand, flew across the board- and she now has a black eye......dang kids

Amazing place. We had a birthday party for my niece and we forgot to bring a knife for the cake. The staff was very nice. Not only did they store the cake till we were ready, but they have us a knife and forks. Awesome staff and clean facility. Thank you again!

My experience today was not great. It took 45 mins for 3 personal pizza. Then when I inquired about it the man in charge(possible manager) was rude. He asked for my receipt and I said I wasnt given one but I have this the vibration square that has a number attached to my order. he said he didnt have my order and needed my receipt. He made it seem like if I was lying and didnt have an order. He then just ignored me! So I went back to the registered and talk to the girl that took my order. She went and talk to him and apparently my personal pizza were out and he hadnt buzzed my number. I understand it was busy but I definitely didnt deserve that kind of treatment! I felt ignored, and assumed liar besides of the long wait. I got my pizza which was not hot anymore. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent place to take your kids for fun and to enjoy some pizza. There was one employee who was very helpful to my whole family. My cousins birthday party was thrown there and my uncle had to leave to get the cake. The employee offer to stay with my cousin and play games with him so my uncle, who is the single dad, you get the cake. Was very caring and respectful and took care of our table and all the extra needs that we had. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10 if they had it
