The staff is super nice and informative. Mondays are awesome, 10.95 for bowling, laser tag and ropes . $20 food plates delicious. Me and my family had a great time here.

I blessed this establishment with my familys presence on Halloween 2020 - which is my Born Day!! We loved it. This was my wife and Is second visit, but was the first for my 4 kids (6-16). Everyone was entertained with activities such as bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, VR and more. They also have pool tables, food and drinks. I had a wonderful birthday there!

The place was clean, bathrooms were very clean. Love that they have a family bathroom. The pizza was okay. Now the ice cream was horrible. It tasted like toothpaste. None of the kids ate it. Even know we had to fit everything in a hour but our waitress was bomb. She was very respectful, explained everything to the T, I had to give her a big tip she deserved it. But everyone had fun and I can say I also enjoyed myself and will definitely returned. O and the hot wings were good. Thanks you guys!!

Attended birthday party here for four generations. Fairly complex setup for about 30 people. Staff excellent. Plenty of room for elders to sit and visit while kids bowled and did laser tag. Family groups everywhere but spacing adequate. Might want to lower music volume cuz face masks impede our hearing! Otherwise a great experience!

We have our summer kick off party here every season. They have deals for groups larger than 12 people. The deals include a private room with a designated host for the night. They cater food to your room and pass out drink cards to everyone to use at the bar. Everyone gets to play 3 games of bowling, 3 laser tag games and unlimited video arcade games. The unlimited video game package does not include the tickets you could win,so you can’t actually win any prizes unless you put money on the card. The obstacle course is also unlimited and everyone always has lots of laughs doing this! They have a brief training and you are put into a harness. It is very easy for most people,unless of course your scared of heights. The video games are a lot of fun. They have a lot of two players games that are good for team building. One of the best amenities about this place has always been the service. We have always been treated like a top priority. The food is great,they have a very nice selection of drinks from the bar. This is definitely a event that all our employees look forward to every year and we will continue to celebrate our success here. Thank you!

Took my daughters and her friend here for her birthday. Spent so much and only got to do a few of the things. They said they would text me for bowling when it was our time....no text....the rope guy was the only thing good of it......other than that did not experience like we should have for what I spent there

Lots of lanes for bowling and a pretty decent arcade with VR games & classic arcade games. Pizza was soo good. We got our order really quick and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

The servers were nice and friendly and kept checking on us in the bowling rink area. However, there were several things I felt could use improvement. First, the lazer tag. The gentleman explaining the rules was nice, but I had a hard time hearing him discuss the rules. When our time was up, we exited to the main lobby of lazer tag where another group was putting on the vests, creating a cluster of people. Not to mention there was no sanitization of the vests going on since the next group put on the same vests we had just used, and it was warm in there from all the running we were doing, so there was some sweating going on. It made me question if my vest was actually sanitized before I put it on. Second, the arcade games. Although they had a nice diversity of arcade games, most of them are not calibrated correctly so the sensors are off, not to mention the joysticks on some games were the same way as well as some of the reload buttons on the gun games. Also, even though they had hand wipes and hand sanitizers around the arcade, I didnt see anyone actively wipe machines down or enforce the mask policy, which I would have liked to see with how many people were in there especially with the pandemic going on. It was also disappointing to see some machines not in operation either. Finally, the food. Im vegan, so all I could see as far as plant based foods (besides salads) was cauliflower crust for pizza, 10 for $13.99. I got it with no cheese and with jalapeños, green bell peppers, and sun dried tomatoes, but with their toppings being $1.00 extra, the total of my pizza was $18.49 after tax, no tip. I wish they would have more plant-based options and make them more noticeable instead of having to hunt them down. Overall, if you come with a group youre in for a great time, but I dont know if I would come again soon.

Disappointed i went with my family for the special that I received via email and when I got there they told me that the special start the following week and it is Not what the flyer says. The food was good but it took an hour to serve us they lost our order. My kids love the place next time I hope I dont have any problems

I had a terrible experience at Main Event. We had paid $65 for the activity and one hour of bowling. By the time we had finished bowling, they closed all of the activities for cleaning. We then went to the front desk and they told us we needed to get back in line so we asked to see the floor manager. We told him about our problem and how the wording on the website was confusing. He then took our wrist bands and gave us cards to play the arcade for the rest of the night and each game gave you only 5 rounds. And at the end of the day, they didnt even give us a refund. If you want to go to a good to a place with truly unlimited play and food, go to Jakes Unlimited. They have decent service and care about what goes on their website.If I could, I would give this place negative stars for their scumbag marketing tactics and horrible service.

My kids and I went on Saturday but unfortunately could not enjoy it to the full effect as there was several parties that took up most of the day... my time is limited, so we didnt get to enjoy the laser tag but one time, and bowling was cut short as I had to take my kids home before 8... would recommend calling ahead to find out wait times to maximize the event and cost.

This is a really great place for kids and adults. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a good time. They have alcohol, bowling and plenty of games. I’d recommend going on a Monday, it’s like $10 for all you can play games!

Lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. We’re not from around here so it was our first time being there. She barley explained anything to help us out. Paid for bowling and never got to play cause we never got a text. But we also never got told how long we’d have to wait only after we paid which is stupid. Played a few arcade games and left. Not worth it. I’m sure it’s fun if you actually get to do what you wanted.

It was fun and would deserve 5 stars if there wasnt a pandemic at the moment. I personally believe they dont enforce covid-19 guidelines very well. There was lots of not only kids but adults aswell without masks. Not only that but they had Virtual reality games that dozens of people would play on and would not get wipe down after the last user.

It was super fun as always.. The only thing i wasnt a fan of was having to reserve time for bowling, laser tag, ropes course.. I understand the social distance thing but i was told it was first come first serve. But after an hour we had to give up our lanes..

We had my sons birthday party here and it was so much money for sitting at a noisy table in the middle of the bowling area. We were told it was party rooms and they put us at tables. It was hard to control the kids, and ultimatly not worth the money spent. Uptown alley has the same services for much less money and nicer staff. Dont waste your time and money, go seplace else.

Clean. Staff was very friendly. They have hand sanitizer everywhere as well as latex gloves to use. Laser tag was fun!

I’ve gotten birthday cake milk shakes here many times they are normal thickness as any other milk shake. Tonight They are trying to convince me they make them like a fruit smoothie type with 50 percent ice because I was given a smoothie that was all milk very thin and the employee lazily just added ice instead of making another shake. I Talked to manager she backed the arrogant employee. Usually a great spot staff tonight is trash I’ve tipped hundreds here at the bar Over the years after tonight I will start making the drive to the Tempe location.

Went on a triple date with friends. Fun atmosphere, great drinks (strawberry mojito was yummy and the bartender made a great sex on the beach). Food was decent too. Fun arcade games and billiards. Lots of screaming kids but a good place to have fun for a few hours for adults and kids alike.

Great place to have a Birthday party, My party hostess Angie was great!!! She took care of the food the drinks and making sure everything was good.

My husband and I and my 13yr old daughter came here for fun family outing. Facility is large and we went on a Saturday evening so it was pretty crowded. Lots of games to play, bowling, pool tables etc. Prices are a little high, especially if you only want to do certain things. Restaurant area is ok, bar is good, again a little pricey but good food. They have the little pay & order from your table, but machine wasnt working, they seemed to be under staffed as it took a while to get our order and then even longer to get our waiter to come back so we could pay. Overall its a cool place for family fun night but be prepared to spend a little $$$.

A lot of their games were down and even the ones that weren’t down, would take our credit and wouldn’t even work or function properly. Also if you don’t like being around really crowded places, I wouldn’t recommend coming here, ( I didn’t mind the crowd ) but for those that do care with COVID going around, this place was packed when I went, but everyone was wearing masks.

First time attending during this COVID experiment and had a wonderful time! Everyone will have a blast! Games, Pool , and Entertainment for all ages!

From their restaurant, to their bowling alley, to their arcade... there’s something for everyone here. I’d recommend anyone to come and hang out here.They have Beat Saber! One of my favorites! And the tablets in their restaurant make ordering easy. I just wish those tablets had a “call server” button.

Used to come here with my husband and stepson to play lazer tag. Will not be coming here any time soon. Went there with a friend and my family and found out for bowling it is a 4 hour wait. Lazer tag was a 2 hour wait!! Wish they had said that when we had called to see if they were doing lazer tag and bowling. Wasted our gas to come all the way out there for nothing. Ended up going to AMF Bowling and had a great time there. This place is fun but beware of the wait times now.

Great place to spend a few hours specially when they have their all you can play deals. We have enjoyed a good 4ish maybe close to 5hours in here playing bowl, lazer tag, billiards shuffle board the kids go on the high ropes and sometimes in addition to all that we also get a card to play at the arcade. For a hot summer day, when kids are on vacation is a great place to kill time and spend some time together in a fully AC building.

Everything just took forever runner didnt know what wings was what could definitely be a problem if someone was sensitive to certain flavors such as mango

The kids took me out for fathers day spent $120.00 for the the unlimited tickets we then spent $25.00 more dollars just on rental shoes . we didnt even get to finish a full game of bowling you are timed but playing with kids it tends to take longer .then we signed up for laser tag we had to wait 4 hours to do that. Ok know what do we do play pool nope an hour wait to do that. Shy rope cool the first time .pay 10$ for a hour of games ok cool after that hour now what to do wait for laser tag spend 20$ on drinks .finally we get to go play laser tag it was fun for 10 min ..my point we spent $ 195.00 for 3 things to do not to mention the staff are rude as they come ..not worth the money of you guys want to spend $200 for 6 hours of nothing them thats on you.

There policy on firearms needs to be abolished theres this thing called the second amendment. Other than that they stopped all activity besides arcade over two hrs before closing which is BS.

Food is great. No pressure if your mask isnt on we will be coming back for sure but I will pre-drink because 10 $ my cocktail was watered down full of ice.

Fast service and good safety measures in place

My family and I went bowling on a Sunday night. It was busy but not super crowded. Loved the ambience and the employees were on top of their game. We will be back!

Fun place, even when empty. Some of the employees cheered me and my friends as we played Injustice, so that really helped to keep us happy. Everyone was kind and considerate in every single way, no complaints here. Keep up the good work!

Great food and great atmosphere. Full service restaurant and bar plus pizzeria with a wide variety of options. Pictured are the American Burger, Loaded cheesy bacon fries, and the donut holes with the chocolate drizzle bottle.Not a huge arcade but enough to satisfy everyones fun. Pool tables were free to play when we were there.

It was pretty awesome except for the 20 minute wait to get our wrist bands when we were the second people in line

The place is pretty good. It would be excellent if it wasnt so crowded. Wait times for every activity, laser tag, bowling, rope course, were all over an hour. I cant blame the venue for being a good company, with friendly staff. Its just so good and so popular that the crowds are what would make people want to stay away.

Been sitting at a table for 15 minutes with the kids - No service! Every expensive, but a lot of fun: laser tag, gravity ropes (like at Castles n Coasters), bowling, electronic games, billiards, pizza place, bar, beer and burgers. More activities then Dave & Busters for around the same price, but the food is not as good, and the service is much worse. Clean. Very open inside, this place is huge! This was our third time here this year. Make sure to ask for everything the first time, like napkins, water, etc. Its hard to find the server later. They hang out in the kitchen behind the bar, go in there when you need them. My kids like this place better than D & B. We would stay longer, but the seats are uncomfortable (unlike D & B). $160 for 1 adult & 3 kids with $33 meal/play deal, dessert, sky walk and no booze. But we did walk away with a bouncy ball and two little stuffed animals.

Went in on Friday night with my family. We had a fun time! The greeter at the door (didnt get her name) and the server (Tara) where super nice and helpful.However, all the other workers we encountered were very cold and rude for no reason. They need to understand that even if they dont like their job or are not in the mood to be there, they still have to act properly with customers. Pretty disappointing experience.

Wow this place is cool. They have lots of pool tables, Laser tag, bowling, theres a pizza restaurant inside as well as they have a bar. A massive arcade. Very cool! I will be back!

Ill be there Saturday 3-7-2020 Celebrating my Grandsons Birthday turning six yrs old. The point of this is my son would take my Grandson up there all the time. Well two yrs ago he was murdered and Im just hoping that My Grandson and I will be able to cope with the memories of our times there without breaking down . We always enjoyed being there, playing games and just having fun . Hopefully we can handle it. We will see come Saturday.

Half the games are ether not working or busted. Some of the games took my money. Still had fun alot of the games still worked. Biggest beef though is the food. Over priced food that is blah. Youll be better off eatting at Mc Donalds. Only the fries deserts and drinks are good. Anything meat based is over cooked or raw like the chicken sandwhich BLACH!!! Made me sick! Service is good though and the workers are friendly cant complain there. So half stars maybe the food will get better. Also make sure the machines work!

I went there on a Friday evening after work for a time to have some fun after a long work week had some good comfort food there while we waiting for our lane to open we started to bowl service was great for drinks always had someone taking care of our needs. I also went there on a Sunday after with the family we had issues with the play card for the games the manager took care of that as soon as he found out and even gave us a credit on the cards had a great time.

Great place for the right price, i go there at least 5 times a year and it is honestly one of the most fun places Ive been since the quarantine ended, I also recommend the Lazer tag there, its more fun than it seems, and there is a claw machine game that I also recommend that is very easy, i won 4 watches in one day. Anyway 10/10 would go so many more times

It’s pretty packed in here but it’s pretty good and a lot of fun. Where comfy fresh clothes because it gets kind of hard especially if you drink alcohol. The prices are fair and it is not too expensive. Take it vantage of coupons because you can get cheaper prices for games and bowling’s, and it’s completely free to look up coupons online and save a couple bucks.

Super fun but the wait times were super long the lady in the pizza place was rude and snobby but it waa really fun overall
