I walk my dog hear everyday I love this place and next door is a wide open field with a track you can walk in the evening. Also next door is the Colorado River and another part by the river.

Nice place to relax especially with seating under the trees. Could use a few more table under those trees though, but still, was a relaxing park to unwind in.

Needs a more up to date modeen look but other than that very quiet and peaceful.

Grew up at this park (next block), it has awesome views of the trails. Beautiful visuals of Town lake great facilities and an outdoor basketball court that I practically lived on when I was younger. Great neighborhood and place to take your family for any outing.

I like this place a lot. The main reason Im giving 3 stars is becase maintenance staff need to come by at least 2 times with a leaf blower. If they blow out the dust from the Basketball court it would make it a safer venue. If they power wash it, that would definitely take it to the 5 star realm. A lot of people play basketball there but it needs to be better maintained.

Great little rec center. Nice cozy Park area. Awesome splash pad. Glad they have a t.ball field right next to the rec. A completely shaded basketball area in the back area. And right next to town lake. Yes we love it here.

Nice place to take the kids to burn off energy. Great for a picnic. Splash pad was fun! Staff is awesome, always helpful and friendly.

I went to the Halloween Festival and ot was so much fun! This park is also so big with many play areas and is connected to the community center which hosts lots of free/cheap fun.

I parked near this park once, Google keeps asking me to review this place now. It looked like it could be a good park for dog walking. It looks pretty close to lake Anne, or the river, or whatever that technically is over here. People I know in the area love the place.

Needs a better court for basketball but still fun for walks and kids

Had a family event indoors. Plenty of space with the use of the kitchen. And plenty of bathrooms. Kids were able to go outdoors to play on the playground.

Nice. Clean. The splash pad was going. Good Austin Texas times.

Nice park. Just was scared alone because of the homeless people camped out around the lake and was worried about my vehicle because I saw someones tailgate taken apart sitting off in the bushes.

I grew up right across the street from this park and my kids and my grandkids see this place as home! I hate that the baseball field was paved over to make a parking lot! They could have paved over the defunct railroad tracks for that! Generations of east Austin families have come here to celebrate life and this is probably Austins best park. Lake views, pool, sloping hills miles of trails, basketball court. I would say baseball and soccer fields but the city of Austin thought a parking lot where most of the activities in the park took place was a great idea! Anyway, great place to be!

Great place to play basketball or to walk along the trail. Definitely recommend finishing around that area

Looking forward to longer Bike trails

I guess I went on a bad day. There were parties going on. Adults allowing their kids to run around in the splash pad unsupervised. Males drinking and smoking not far from playground or splash pad. I found myself and my children surrounded by kids cussing and parents not saying anything about it. Landscaping needs maintenance.

Lovely little park with a splash pad for the little ones. Has a play scape as well as picnic tables.

The water sprinkler area was too good for kids and adults. With the scorching summer heat, it is good to have some fun free of cost

This neighborhood park and pool needs some love. There are no chairs and the lawn around the pool is mostly bur weeds which get all in your towel. The small concrete restroom looks terrible from the outside so I did not go inside. Entry is free and the pool is usually fairly clean. Guess you cant expect too much from a city pool on the east side of town.

Great place to find a pickup game of basketball. there are people shooting hoops every night.Theres also people playing Bike Polo three days a week which is fun to watch and they player are friendly and welcoming. They extra bikes and equipment for anyone that wants to try it out.Playground, Splash Pad, Recreation Center and large grassy fields.The Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail runs through the park.

Its a small neighborhood park with a splash pad and a small playscape. Unfortunately it isnt kept up with. COA needs to renivate this place. Maybe put up some shade! There arenhardly any trees and its just brutal sun.

Right off the hike & bike trail. It has basketball courts, outside stage. Now In front it has a an area were you can get wet with outside fountains, kid friendly. There are a couple of tables out there. Right next to a swimming pool.

Funny thing Mapquest told us were about to see the lake... Big surprised because took us to an end street...infront of a or water treatment place... However theres an entrance to the Park that is mostly used by bicycles.... Since we saw 2 bikes going in we follow and walk the trail... Even though our was a great adventure ... I would nite recommend that entrance....go around and find the main one... Park its great to even barbecue an/ canoing

This park is always full of friendly people and clean facilities. They have awesome covered basketball courts and a wonderful playscape.

Relaxing although they could use more restrooms

Great place to take the family and theres a swimming pool and also a splash pad for the kids my daughters enjoyed it and love this little small section neighborhood park.

The playground is nice. The bathrooms are a bit of a walk. If you have little ones that have to go, dont wait. Parking lot is narrow. Be mindful if you drive a van or SUV.

The basketball court is always dirt many people have hurt themselves slipping on the court. Accidents waiting to happen.

Love working out in the morning

I grew up in this park . For years this place has been my go to park & its great for family BBQs and outdoor activities. Best of all the basketball courts have a shade over them and also theres a pool literally right next to the park & this place also host movie nights for familys every Friday night or Saturday night I believe .

Lots of space. Beautiful. Easy access to all of the Town Lake trails.

If youre looking for a trail to run, the pathway around the Colorado River is an incredible one. Not only do you get to see the beautiful neighborhoods, but also the stunning nature that surrounds Austin.

Great for indoor parties. However the price has gone up about almost double since last time we used it.

Saw a lot of trash. Steep hill behind playground seems dangerous.

Its in a neighborhood that is still in the process of gentrification, so keep in mind this area is still for the most part the ghetto. Hey but its a great park if youre originally from this area.
