Respectful ladies and different types of people who come here at times...keep austin weird

Small rec. Great place in that has always kept the neighborhood kids entertained with girl scouts. After school programs. Mommy and me classes. B.ball. t.ball. movie nights and holiday events.

Daytime its great but theres a huge homeless camp on the side by the entrance to snake river thats tearing the neighborhood up

This park has been in my life for my whole life! It is underutilized? completely! The pool I thought was going to have some work done, Im unsure whether it was done or not. The playground could stand an expansion. If you were to compare what other parks offer to what Metz has! Its not fair for this park to. not have equal playscapes, climbing ropes, etc. The water play area is a joke! I have so many wonderful memories of that park in my past, but whats there now isnt. Put some money back into the park and you will see more people come back to enjoy it!

Good for family birthdays or family reunions.

Very clean and the outdoors is even extremely green and very well taken care of
