I had dinner here the night prior and just had to have Brunch the next day. There is an option for both indoor and outdoor dining. Very nice location in The Domain in Austin,TX. Food is well prepared but could use a bit more seasoning, so you may have to bring your own seasoning to flavor your food to your liking; especially, if you are from Louisiana, SE Texas, etc. Great atmosphere for first date, date with your honey, family meals, hanging with the homies, or just doing you. Go on ahead and treat yourself.

The service was great and the Chicken Mole was delicious. The Tres Leches Cake was very good also. The presentation of the food made it look even more appealing. They were very good about social distancing and wearing face masks, so it was a good and safe experience. As we were leaving people were lined up out the door, so it must be very popular with the locals. We would definitely go back again.

The food and the chips and salsa were nice, and the inside had a good amount of space between tables but for some reason the patio was a no mans land. Every table was taken and I was within touching distance to the next person if I had leaned back a little. Additionally they only had one server for the entire area it seemed, and a trainee at that from what I was told. We tried to order a drink but it took over 30 minutes and we were only told it was because a new batch had to be made when I asked for the check and they asked if I still wanted it when it was ready. I would come back and hope it gets better, but based on this visit I would definitely say inside seating only.

This is not a luxury Mexican restaurant but it deserves 5 stars because at the price point, this is awesome. Now, I’m from out of town, so take it with a grain of salt - but everything I ordered here was great. Combination #1 and #2. Ginger margarita is the bomb. Signature frozen margarita has Grand Marnier in it - a lot of it. Surprisingly strong. The dessert looks awesome, but I’m too stuffed so I can’t even try it.The chili con queso? I would swim in that.Oh, and they were great during COVID. Felt safe, sat outside, enjoyed the mist machines. Loved it so much I came back the next day. Hell, I might come here tomorrow ... Salsa was tasty, not too hot for my white-ish Mexican GF, Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas were excellent, Pastel 3 Leches was delicious

Delicious food and drinks, beautiful atmosphere inside and on the patio. Ive been coming to Glorias for many years and love it! I appreciate the variation of cuisine, and that there are plenty of healthy, high protein options on the menu (along side the delicious carb-filled delights. Im looking at you, enchiladas...).

Food was pretty good, presentation made it look really neat too. Portion size is not to much though but it’s located in the domain so it’s more of a fancy go out on a date type of restaurant or somewhere to take your parents out too go eat. Price range varies on what you get, ill say you’ll most likely spend around $30 for a food option such as enchiladas or chimichanga and a margarita with tax so not to bad for a plate.

Food was delicious great flavor and thumbs up on the presentation. Deserts were not bad but not homemaid. Our server was polite, attentive, professional. The hostess was rude and bartender was a bit slow.

Highly Recommend! The food is awesome, especially Glorias Signature Margarita! We had the fajitas for two and it was cooked to perfection. We also had a fantastic waitress Kim R, who made sure we were promptly taken care of and who checked back on us constantly throughout the time we were there. Definitely looking forward to going back again!

Not sure what has happened with the food here. I used to love coming in for the flavor. Now its just bland. The salsa has kick but the beans just too plain. Possibly covid but its been decreasing over the last 6-7 years. The wait staff took forever friendly but still waited longer than usual.

I had not heard of this place until just a day prior and after checking out the menu, decided my group of 9 and I would love this.The service was great and although we took our time ordering, we were never rushed.The atmosphere is quite relaxed and welcoming. The restaurant interior is larger than expected when judging from outside.But best of all was the food!!We all tried something different from the menu and neither of us were disappointed.I had the grilled quail and this was my 1st time trying this and I was highly impressed!!The kids each had the chicken burritos and loved them.My favorite food item had to be the black bean dip!!! It was so delicious and nothing like i have ever tasted.I would most certainly go back to this place again and again!!

Loved this place the first time I went on a Sunday and sat outside for brunch. The Friday indoor service this past weekend (11/27) was seriously lacking.

Amazing food for good prices. Its pricier than Taco Bell, but you definitely get what you pay for. Try the shrimp quesadillas and the skirt stake. Black bean dip is complementary and delicious.

The best Sea food soap I have had in Texas .Amazing nachos and very tasty dessert.

My Friend and had a wonderful meal. The servers were very accommodating. Both of us enjoyed this place thoroughly. It was reasonably priced and. The atmosphere was awesome.

Food was great. Service was not. My table was left unattended by our server Tony for lengthy periods of time including when we arrived. We did not get drinks until we had been there for at least 20 minutes.

Great Mexican food! If you want something hearty get the chimichanga. If you want something for the hangover get the Siete Mares soup! The Moscow Mule is smooth and great tasting! Totally recommend but can get quite busy! Worth it though.

Had low expectations as just another upscale texmex wannabe restaurant, but the Carne adobada was amazing, and the margs will get you! Definitely recommend and will be returning.

I couldnt even eat while I was here because it stank so bad inside that it made me nauseous. From the moment you walk in all you could smell was bloody mary mix and burnt oil. Definitely not coming back.

The food was superb. Service excellent. Sat on the patio where they had the heaters going which was perfect. The tamales were amazing! My friend said the quail was to die for and the fish tacos were really good. Will definitely be back!

Y’all stated the bar was open seating when I arrived. After seeing others sit and wait behind them around the bar area, as I approached the next open seat I was turned away because suddenly it was reserved seating. What a waste of everything.

The best place to try out when stopping in Austin. I had the Chicken Flautas and I can tell you the rice, refried beans and flautas where amazingly delicious. My entire family loved there plates and the flavors where hitting every taste bud perfectly.

This was my favorite restaurant we went to in Austin. This was a lunch outing from work. They had chips, salsa, guacamole, queso and beans waiting for us. Each were delicious. I ordered the Tropical Salad with Salmon. It was huge and so tasty. Service was impeccable and friendly. I wish I was there longer, so I could have gone for dinner.

The food was nicely prepared, the black bean dip was an unexpected change from the usual and tasty. Margaritas just ok. The service was slow towards the end and we had to ask for the check. The manager stopped by because she could tell we were needing something.... extra point for her attentiveness.

Strong margaritas, pretty good food. Service was lacking. My girlfriend and I came here for drinks & apps. Our app came out and we thought we should wash our hands before eating. We asked the waiter where the restroom was and went together. We came back moments later to find our table almost entirely cleared, along with our food, which literally hadnt been touched. The waiter apologized and rushed to get us a new one, but we never got new silverware, napkins, waters or plates. We were a little short on time at this point, so we just attempted to eat it as best as we could with our fingers and then asked for the check. Frustrating and kind of gross to have to eat without silverware... And annoying that no one noticed and offered to bring us some.

Slow service up front but once server was established he did very well! Love the food and the ability to sit on the patio!

The tropical salmon salad with honey balsamic dressing is amazing.

Always love it here. Best ceviche I ever had. Best sour cream sauce for enchiladas. Superb margaritas. And the THE BEST AND ONLY BLACK BEAN DIP I WILL EAT!!! it is light, creamy, and amazing. Ive eaten here on many occasions and will continue to do so.This go round I had the spicy cucumber Margarita w/o the spice, it was a cool and clean delight.

Food is amazing and authentic. Plates are works of food art! Servers are happy to answer questions, and they have digital menus if you prefer.

Came here for the first time today and was expecting to pay a good amount, but the lunch menus were actually super affordable. I decided with a smaller menu option, the spinach cheese enchiladas, and the total bill after 20% tip and tax and everything was only $12. I wasn’t super full, but was perfect cause it left me just enough room to go for dessert after. The food came out extremely quick and the atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic. There wasn’t much people in the restaurant so that was really nice as well. The food itself was pretty good, but nothing too spectacular I would say. I tried my friends menu item and his was really good so I can’t discount the restaurant for my subpar food option. One interesting thing I liked was the black bean dip that came free with the chips so I was able to fill up on that pretty heavy before my meal came out. May come back again, but definitely recommend trying at least once!

A friend and i met for margaritas on the patio. The food was great. The drinks were great. There was social distancing and plenty of fresh air. Appreciated the near normalcy of it all.

El Salvadoran restaurant with great weekend brunch on their patio. $2 mimosas and lots of yummy breakfast options served with chips and salsa/black bean dip. They also have hot coffee and cappuccinos. Staff is fast and polite even when it’s busy.

Please beware especially if your going at lunch time. We got here right at 11am which is considered lunch time, ordered our food from the lunch menu and was charged for dinner prices. A difference of almost $20. The waiter did the same exact thing to the table next to us. A huge disappointment and rip off.

My favorite food place in Domain area. And it tells something with so many great food places around. Authentic taste of Salvadorian cuisine with scattering of Mexican to augment. Mole sauce on all dishes that include it is delicious. Also, great seafood choices.

The best latin restaurant at the Domain. Good facilities, clean, friendly service, cool staff. The food is delicious, make with quality i gredients. Kids friendly, kids menu. Week days live music, outdoor seating. Highly recommended!

I always loved Glorias. Tonight my husband, myself and our son came here to eat. We were super excited. Our son is 6 months old and we had him in the infant carrier. The hostess told us that we could not get a table there because our baby would “be in the way” and asked us to leave. Pretty disappointed.. I didn’t know babies weren’t allowed. Definitely not a family place. Will not be returning unfortunately.

We arrived and were told it would be a 30 minute wait, but in real time it was an hour wait. That was unbelievable because a big portion of the restaurant was empty!We couldnt believe that on Cinco de Mayo they werent appropriately staffed either.We got our food fast at least, but the yucca was so hard that my knife had a difficult time cutting into them and the plantain chips for the ceviche appetizer were old, tough tasting too. I expected more out of this restaurant for the prices it charges. We wont be returning anytime soon. 05-05-18

Ordered take out from here again and they forgot the most important part of the dish: queso for the chimichanga and the chicken for the chicken crispy tacos. The chicken. That’s like ordering a Big Mac and not getting the beef. Come on guys. I don’t really understand what’s up with y’all. Waste of money.

Omg! Love it. Just make sure you get there earlier enough before it turns into a club on the weekends. Great atmosphere. Wonderful food. Great ambiance. Be prepared to wait on the weekend though. It is worth the wait.

Good Domain restaurant. Parking was a challenge though. The lunch menu didnt seem to have too many Salvadorian specialties, but the salmon was a perfect lighter option before an afternoon meeting. The crunchy taco plate looked pretty big, and the regular soup bowl was huge.

We enjoy coming here for the food and drinks. They are affordable and the service is great. You get free chips and salsa/black bean dip (which is amazing). My favorite drink is the ginger margarita. The fajitas are so good and the portions are huge. We will continue to come here!

I love this place. The sour cream enchiladas and the frozen lime margarita are my favorite so you know what to order for me! The staff are quick and helpful. They have a great happy hour. Located near a bunch of shops so you can’t park in frontof it. Depending on what time you go weekends will be busy. Please try this place out.

Our service was good, but the food just didnt live up to expectations. The shrimp was overcooked and didnt seem that fresh. The fish was bland and the steak wasnt very tender. The chicken enchiladas were very dry and chewy. For as much as youll pay, there are certainly better Mexican restaurants available in Austin.

You will pay more here than at a taqueria, but the quality of the food and service are higher as well. The menu is divided into El Salvadorian, Mexican, Tex-Mex and SalvaTex with special Enchilada and Quesadilla sections added for good measure. I would recommend any of the seafood dishes in particular. And dont overlook the simple sounding yet decadent tasting Vanilla Paradise for desert.

I like Gloria’s a lot, it features Salavadorean and Latin cuisine in a great atmosphere and a full bar.One good plate if you want to experiment is a sampler with Pupusa, tamale, yuca and more, but there are other great options like Lechón very tasty and tender, Chile relleno is good too.As for the bar they have a good IPA beer, good margaritas and other cocktails like Moscow Mule.On Saturday night they have dancing music.The staff is very friendly.

Glorias is 5 stars all around: atmosphere, staff, food, everything. They have my favorite margaritas in all of Austin and every dish I try from appetizer, entree and dessert has been delicious.

The food was barely warm and packed flavor. I ordered the grilled quail and it was very dry. The service was decent but I dont think I will be going back.

On Saturday my wife and i went to Glorias to have a nice sit down meal, the wait wasnt so bad so i walked up to the bar and got a beer, after almost finishing the beer we were seated, the waitress finally stopped and took our order and then brought chips a dip, I finished the beer and it sat there the remainder of the time we were there they came back and ask us is we wanted drinks and we ordered drinks and at that time order our food. We got our drinks and never did they pick up the beer bottle no did they offer to bring out more chips or dip, by this time we had been there over an hour, I stopped a man that worked there and asked him about my order which i had a question about, he was as clueless as our waiter and after another 30 min wait i told my wife that this was ridicules and i got up and went to the front desk and asked for the manager which to my surprise was the guy i called over to our table to ask a question which i felt he had no clue how to answer. I let him know we are very disappointed in the service, and all he could say was we normally do better. This was one of the worst experiences dinning ever.

The food is awesome and they have great drinks. I believe happy hour is all day M-W which is nice. Definitely get the Tres Leches for dessert. You won’t regret it.

Glorias is our favorite brunch spot in Austin. Wife loves their Mohitas and everyone of their breakfast plates are great. They get packed busy and their service can lag a bit when they do but never terrible. Come early or expect a 15 to 20 min wait.

Got gum smeared on my dress when I went there. They must not properly clean the chairs. I couldn’t see the gum since it’s so uncomfortably dark in there. 3 stars for decent food that could use a bit more flavor. Waitresses were speedy and kind, at least.

Would give it 5 but we felt like we were rushed thru the whole dinner/ food was amazing staff was friendly but we didnt even get a chance to finish our apps b4 food was out (mind you we were asked twice prior to placing our dinner order each time asking for 10 mins which only turned into 3-4) and then as soon as dessert was delivered so was the check...... wouldnt be an issue on any other given night of going out and wanting to maybe get in and out quickly but we were their for an anniversary dinner without kids for the first time in a while and just wanted to relax and have a great meal and drinks. Got a great meal, drinks were good, atmosphere was also good, but it felt just a bit rushed

I would rather skip this one for literally any other texmex or latin cusine place in town. Not really what you would expect from a restaurant in the Domain. The lighting is too dark and the food is overrated and did I mention overpriced? I would highly suggest skip this and go to Chuys. That place would fill you up for way less. But I loved the drink - Tamarindo for cheap - because its tamarind and sugar drink with one free refill for $3. The chimichanga was good but had too much queso on it that basically makes you full even with a little. The service was good too and they add gratuity for a big group and dont have an option to add tips - takes the guess work away. The fish tacos smelled a little fishy than I would like. I wont really recommend. No reservations here.

Decent Mexican restaurant in a crowded, uppity Austin shopping center. Parking is horrendous but not because Glorias is packing them in. The service deserves 5 stars but the food was meh and the drinks were weak. For what they charge, the margaritas should be more top shelf and not taste pre-made in a plastic bottle. I will give kudos to the Tres Leches dessert (pictured) because it was quite delish! If the company paid for everything again then Id come back for the free meal. Otherwise Id probably choose elsewhere to spend my own money.

The atmosphere and customers service is amazing. We enjoyed the luxury of sitting next to the water wall. The black bean dip was a nice surprise and quite delicious. I definitely recommend coming here for work, a nice date, or party. I hear great things about their drinks as well.
