Good local ticketing company that handles The Backyard, Austin Music Hall, The Glen, and La Zona Rosa. The prices at these venues seem a little higher than normal. The shows I have been to that were associated with Direct events were all great shows. I much rather my money go to a company like this then Ticketmaster.
