The park is very well kept and lots of activities for all ages of the family.

Rocky Ridge has a variety of places to hang out, from the playground, basketball courts, covered picnic area with grill, and concrete picnic tables with benches under shade trees. Not particularly clean, though. The park has some decent xeriscape plantings and varied terrain levels, which give it interest. Its a nice large park, which helps with social distancing but be aware that very few park visitors wear masks.

Id do 3 1/2 stars. Its definitely better than 3. Very clean and well maintained park. Several basketball courts, decent sized playground and climbing structures, gazebos, picnic tables, and a very large expanse of grass fields. Beautiful but also by a very busy street.

It was really great, we had fun, but it started to rain and we hit under the pavilion and there was a big square in the middle of it that was gone and made not scenic, so if you are looking for a place to stay dry when its raining thats not the best place... but if it didnt rain that it would have been AWESOME!

Come one come all bring families to this wide-open field of grass and love. What I can say is its great for Pokemon go its great for outdoor event picnic and more. Parking I would say is limited score of the size of this park so meetmindful

Its a great park, except when we were there they were mowing the grass with a huge piece of equipment right where we were sitting and there is no parking.

Great park, very clean, well managed, plenty of room for workouts and sports but the only real downside is that there is modicum of parking and only on one street.

Daughter love this place its good for all ages,they have also a basketball court for those who love basketball or just want to play ball,wide grassy space for other outdoor activity ,they have gazebo that Ive seen people use it to held party,not so sure how to get reservation tho, any how just bring food and drink when you come here,for sure you will stay a little longer,hope they will add a little water place f for the kids to play and enjoy for summer. Very clean place,just have to park at the side of the neighborhood since they dont have a dedicated parking space.You can bring your fur babies too.

This park is really big. Its well maintained & clean. The playground is large enough for lots of kids to play. There are several picnic tables & BBQ grills. I love taking my dog there & he loves the big open space. For a city park, its pretty awesome!

This place has 2 gyms in pokemon go so i can take them on or put a pokemon in there and get 1 pokestops as well as the 2 pokestops on the gyms!

Lots of trees for shade. The park is far from the street which I think is nice. The dinosaur themed playground is pretty clever. Lots of green space if you want to kick around a ball or play catch. Half the grass is green and lush with large patches of dead spots. Wouldve rated it higher except it does seem true that the park attracts older kids who play rough-and-tumble and dont have the best language.

This is a awesome Park for families. It has a nice play area for children, 6 basketball rims, and a lot of open space for kickball, soccer, football, baseball, Etc. One of Auroras best parks. There were multiple families at the park today celebrating birthdays, & Barbecues. Just an amazing experience.

This is a nice park, always clean and nicely landscaped. There is a big playground area for kids - probably suitable for 2yrs and up, a rock climbing wall, a few basketball courts (these are a bit run down) and a pit toilet in the center of the park. Lots of sidewalk far from the road, great for beginning bikers, scooters, etc. Parking is difficult since there is no dedicated parking lot, but if you go into the neighborhood on the east side of the park you can park on the street and walk in through the access point.

IT IS A FUN PARK AND IT HAS TWO TREES YOU CAN CLIMB ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP

This has been one of our go-to neighborhood parks for years. Super clean, HUGE grassy areas and the park itself is fantastic.

Great park, very well maintained, but if youre walking a dog watch for broken glass on approach from the east

Favorite toddler park.

Rocks are littered with cigarettes and other trash in kids play area. Watch step in grass as animal poo can easily be spotted when walking off trail.

It is very peaceful. Shade trees, grills, basketball and childrens play area. The garbage is full and no dog poop bags at stations. I bring my own bags but someone had to borrow from me. I didnt mind but if I wasnt there she would have to leave it. I would have rated it a 5 if it was cleaner.

My family had a blast. Its a park not to much more you could say. Did see a lot of dog faces, but again thats not the parks issues. Their is plenty room to have fun and BBQ, the kids played at the park area and the men got to have a blast playing BB...

Its a cool place to relax and shelves some load of tiredness

Nice park. Open spaces. Plenty of room to play a pick up game of football or Frisbee. You may also grill or BBQ here.

Cute park, they have a couple basketball courts and rock climbing equipment. kids loved the spinning playground stuff.

Quiet serene place.

Well kept large park. The only parking I know of is off-street parking so be prepared to walk. Also there arent many paths here so it is not wheelchair or stroller friendly.

Great park! We enjoy walking around playing Pokemon Go, playing soccer in the large grassy areas, and my son especially enjoys the playground.

Great place to hoop! Weekends for sure! Off street parking 3 min walk to court makes for better breathing and its not so congested!

Nice in the mornings. I take my dog walking. Very friendly people then, either excercising or walking their dogs. I always pick up trash to and from home. I cant believe people throw a food bag at the park. More cans along the street and sidewalk would be helpful. They sit in the car and just throw the trash in the street. Keep American Beautiful!

That park was absolutely the best for my dog. She is a hunting dog. She was able to run from tree to tree inside the park. I did not have to worry about her running outside the park, exercising, without finding any predators. that was wonderful!

This was my first time walking my dogs here. Clean but there were some spots where there was trash. They need more trash cans so you can throw your dogs mess away. There is plenty of shade and the people were friendly. Ill definitely be bringing my two pack back to this park.

Nice large lawns. A single outhouse-style bathroom that is decently maintained. Picnic shelters - first come or by reservations. Make a reservation if its important to you. No sports fields. Basketball courts and playground.

Nice big park, accessibility to picnic tables and play area are all the way in the back, hard to get to due to distance. Big play area, kids enjoy it. There are swings, dinosaur bones to climb, a large raised play area with ramps stairs, slides and tunnels. There is a climbing wall and basketball court. A few picnic tables with grills spread out along the path and play area, some offer shade. There are portable restrooms, dont know if they are handicap accessible.Somewhat of a busy park, the times I have been here there were dogs, typically unleashed which makes me nervous because there are so many kids running around.The park has pretty landscaping and trees, people take photos here.The bus stop and rental bicycles are at the corner of the park. Parking along street is free.

Very creative and Good basketball court. Also the things that spin are loose which make it FAST!!

The park is well kept. They have added a ramp into the park for wheelchairs but the path does lead into the sidewalk which is on a main road. They have a nice picnic area but could use a few more tables. The playground is small. I think it could benefit from a larger play area for the children.

Rainy but good sites to see

I loved it! We were here yesterday and it was awesome I think is great for toddlers my kids are 2 and 3 they had fun. Plus it has a big open area where they can run too, nice for a picnic too. Im happy no teenagers were hanging out around as other reviewers mentioned. There is just this open area on the playground were kids can get out I wish that wasnt there, at first I though oh its like a closed are for kids to play and then saw that (will be on the pictures) its so easy for a little kid to run thru there and not very relaxing for the parents specially for me since I was watching my two kids.

Aside from lack of shaded seating for adults there is a lot of open space as well as a playground for kids. There is also a tennis court, basketball court, walking paths, bathroom. A couple of picnic areas and some secluded benches.

Beautiful park! Brought my son here to play with the other toddlers but seems this is where all teenagers hangout, sitting on all the swings, on the slides, all in the way for the kids to run and play. Did not like it, kids come here to play, jump, run, slide, crawl through the play tunnels, etc. but teenagers use this place as a hangout sitting everywhere where the kids can enjoy them selves.

Lots of climbing things, regular playground equipment plus dinosaurs to climb on. Lots of beautiful grass to play on. Shade trees, picnic tables. Great area!!!!

Doesnt have monkey bars. Great for kids 5 and under. Two basketball courts. Good for birthdays parties.

It was like any other park in Denver it was just a little overcrowded for my taste....had to park in the residential area and there were 3 parties going on at the same time.

Nice area with a good playground and a basketball court. There is a big grassy area and there is shade surrounding the sitting area but none to cover the playground equipment.

Take my kids there all the time always kind people around when I go around noon
