The playground itself is very cool to play on. Lots of fun. Exercise equipment, too! I just wish it was cleaner. There was trash in several places. No one wearing a mask.

Really fun park for kids of all ages. Lots of spinning equipment, workout equipment, lots of climbing and swings. Nice squishy playground floor.

We absolutely love this park and go to it everytime were in Aurora! It has the best playground equipment and rubber play surface! And the best part that is new since last time we were there... The work out stations! Excellent for both adults or kids (I do recommend adult supervision for the littles) Also, during the summer there is a pool with awesome slides! 5 stars is definitely not enough for this park

We went for Tasty Murphys lemonade stand (which is amazing) . So the trip was worth it. It was for their Farmers Market event. Also I seen a lot of new attractions on the other side ie a new water area for the kids. It was a area where the water sprays up out the ground while the kids run, but the difference was it was a whole swing set, slides etc that was in the center (I think?!?) which is cool I thought. This was a glimpse while I was driving passed. Other than that it was a park.

Went there for COVID testing. It was so well organized, quick, professional with great customer service.

Nice quiet park. To be honest I always thought that it was a nice park. But if your staying in your car its nice. Police will come up just to see if your ok. A family across the street from the park . Brought me breakfast this morning. Kinda took me by surprise..

I live close by and like to go for a walk at the park. Its a nice place for a day.

My almost 2 yr old.loves to run around on the big open fields and lush green grass.

My family and I were there a few weeks ago. There was an elderly man who was falling around my 7-year-old daughter. The feeling was very uncomfortable. I spoke to a lifeguard and asked if he was there often. He said no. after we left we went to the playground just next to the water park. The same elderly gentleman was sitting on a bench watching all the families go into the water park for the next two hours. Be aware of who is watching your children.

Nice park, water park too! The area has been cleaned up and is looking good! But dont go there, stay home, indoors, wear your mask indoors too and while you drive, it saves lifes the news says.

Friendly staff and a great facility. My sons enjoyed the pool, slides and diving board. Afterwards, we walked to the playground area to dry off. A great day.

Many outdoor activities going on, from meetings, athletic events, BBQs and bouncy houses. I didnt realize the water park was open, which is cool for anyone willing to go.

Nice playground however, there is a very healthy Canada Goose population here and there is fecal matter everywhere, even where the playground equipment is. The permanent restrooms are closed for the season and the one porta potty I found well, It should be killed with fire. Now I may have a communicable disease because I got too close. We are from out of town. I wont be back to this park ...ever.

Amazing pool! Two slides and two diving boards- a luxury! My boys had a blast.

This was such a great place to take my grandchildren on a Sunday, Labor Day Weekend! It wasn’t crowded, the staff were all very nice! The Park was gorgeous! Very well maintained, very clean and felt very welcoming and we all had fun!

A nice get away in the middle of the city. The open grass, a couple of hills to sitdown or lay back on, and get lost in the clouds or the night stars. You can grill play soccer basketball and tennis and dont forget the swimming pool with the water slide reminiscent of Celebrities and Waterworld

This place was amazing, we got in with our 5 kids and it only costed us $20. They did have some height restrictions on a few of the slides but its not anything terrible mainly to ensure the smaller kids didnt get hurt. The only complaint i really have is the concession if you use a card takes a while to come out.

Great for kids. Good slides and splash zone area. There is a limit to how many people the pool can hold and they put you on a wait system. We played outside in their park for about 45min until we could go in. You give them your # and they text you when your group can go in. Kids loved it.

One of the best parks in the whole city. Well-maintained territory with a lot of attractions, a perfect place for the family rest! Love coming here with my kids and having fun.

I take my kids here. Its nice but can get crowded fast. Kinda wish it was bigger due to the quantity of people that come. But that is a big suggestion, I know. They have food here too, but you are welcome to bring your own and a cooler. Fun family place for sure.

Came back here after having been gone for over 20 years. The park is in the same place, but completely different. Much better now. Its very clean and a nice place to take the family. Good for a morning walk.

Water fountains are always broke, but its a nice park. A lot of area and things to do.

This place is a recreational center and park. Recreation center has classes for all types of fitness activities. I take several weekly line dance classes here. The park is ample and has a large recreational swimming pool for young people.

My husband was invited to perform at the 5th annual water wars and we had a good time. It was a community event and it was awesome, they had water guns, water balloons everything you can imagine water they were doing it, there was also plenty of food and drinks! What was really awesome they gave away school supplies to the kids that were there.

This was perfect for my daughter. She absolutely loved it and the price was great. We will for sure be back. Very kid friendly. The only down side that we experienced was that the water was cold. Like really reallllly cold. This is a perfect place for a HOT summer day.

A great park to bring the family. Lots of space for picnics or to put up a net for volleyball or some other game. There is also a place ground for the kids and even a pool and water slide. Its truly a great place for a family

Love this place. Its great for the kids, they always have a lot of fun. I dont give it 5 stars because the wait times are excessive. I got there at 12:20 on a Saturday and was on the waitlist 3 hours. But great place nonetheless.

They do community farmers markets occasionally on Saturdays.

The field is full of potholes there is trash everywhere and the bathroom is disgusting

This was my cousin Rays go to spot to hang out before he passed away. We like to call it the Del Ray Ray. But I love how they changed the look of it over the past couple of years..

This place could benefit from additional shaded areas on extremely hot days. Usually crowded and long waiting time on peak days.

Great slides, & no lines or super expensive admission like Elitchs/WW (a lot smaller, but still super fun!) My only complaint is that we paid to rent a pavilion for my daughters birthday party and there were people there when we arrived who refused to move, maybe put up tape or something to keep people out because it kind of made things uncomfortable.

This park has a great walking trail and has a water slide for those interested. The restrooms are well kept.

The grassy park area includes a tot lot and the Powerhouse Community Center but the beach below it (South Beach reach of the Del Mar City Beach) ought to be included in any and all visits here. As if that could be overlooked. Not likely.Powerhouse Park bumps into Seagrove Park (they are both vast expanses of perfectly green grass lawns) and provides probably the nicest transition onto the pristine sand. It called. We answered. And we were rewarded!

Definite family fun! Get there early though; 40 minutes after opening on a Sat. they were at capacity-2 hour waiting period.We had reserved a pavillion for bd party so got right in.Price is cheap. You can bring your own food, outside food, or buy from their concession stand.

I used to go to this park a lot as a kid and as the years went on the park got worse and worse, trash everywhere, beer cans littered the grass and homeless people scattered the place. I moved out of CO 3 years ago and went back a few weeks ago for the first time in 3 years and was AMAZED at how much the park had changed! The entire park is completely redone and everything is practically brand new. Plus theyve added a little water park! The only thing I didnt like is that the playground is now half the size it was before. The new equipment is nice but there isnt very much of it so the kids didnt stay entertained for very long.

Had a great turnout for a family get-togetherenjoyed it turned up really well the only thing that I had an issue with was all the homeless peoplethat is sitting in the park taking up the gazebos that people are trying to throw parties on and theyre over there laying on it and living there basically until the park closes thats the only issue I have with del Mar theres quite a few unsavory people that hang in the park

Inexpensive to get in, quick lines, and the park is well maintained. Theres life guards all around the park, even walking in the kids area. They serve food for good prices too! Theres a roped off kiddie pool, diving boards, large slides, and they also have adult swim!

I have my grandsons birthday party there it was so cool we rented out the whole thing you can rent out the swimming pool if you want

Del Mar is a classic park with plenty space & a swimming pool with slides!
