Wide open space for your buddies. Very muddy when the snow thaws or after rain. Other than that its great. There is always a good amount of dogs to play with. And there are Port-o-lets available too.

It was our 1st time bringing our puppy to a dog park and he had an absolute blast! The people and the dogs were all very friendly! There were at least a dozen dogs running around. It was a great sight to see! The only thing that it could use is more shaded areas! Plenty of room to run around to make new friends!

This is a nice size park for those of us that like to walk around and throw balls with a Chuck it and what not with our dogs. The agility area is a nice touch and is away from the main part of the park so easier to do some training with a lower-level of distraction. Happy to find this place while Cherry Creek is temporarily shut down. There are at least 3 shaded areas as well.

It would be decent but a lot of guests seem to think it’s a free for all. I watched a lady not care that her black lab mix was being overly aggressive and making it hard for someone else to even leave the park. The lady leaving tried asking the lady with lab mix several times to get her dog and the woman and her boyfriend walked the other way. I won’t be back to a place where people are just so careless with their dogs and completely indecent to other people.

Its a great dog park, but beware the spots closest to the dog park that dont have handicap signs. Theres only 3 signs but 5-ish parking spots. Some ranger/cop dude told me that the spots without a sign are also handicap spots. Kinda stupid how they cant at least put a sign saying that they are all handicap spots. Otherwise its a good dog park

I’m not sure what season the pictures that are on the website we’re taken, but it definitely was not July or August. It’s a desert out here. Nobody complies to pet etiquette... there is dog poop everywhere, too bad. There ate five trees for shade in the whole park. Very disappointing and deceiving. Doggy waste land! The only upside to this park right now is there’s no blue algae anywhere and there’s drinking water for the dogs.

Always a great park to take the dogs too. They have a fenced in area for little dogs inside of the regular fenced in area which is great so the little ones can have fun without being run over by the big guys. They have obstacles for the dogs to test their agility too. During summer, they have a water source for filling the many water bowls around the park but during the winter you should bring a jug of your own to fill the water bowls for the many dogs who frequent here.

Very good dog park! Lots of friendly people. Good idea to bring water in the winter although usually is some around. Decently sized park especially for one that is free. Also the confusion about the handi spots down by the entrance. There are 2 spots without sign. I say get close and enjoy! If they have a problem they can Call the cops. Who wont do anything.

Best free dog park! Plenty of space for dogs to roam around and people are very respectful on behalf of their dog. They do have a well pump and scattered bowls/pots to get water for your pup but I recommend bringing your own bowl and jug for the winter months or as a just-in-case-its-not-operating.Parking is limited at the entrance with disabled parking further down. Theres a decently clean portapotty. They also have a smaller dog park sectioned off.Overall, thumbs up.

Really well-thought-out dog park. Two entrances & a fence to separate the big and smaller dog areas. Theres even an area where the dogs can exercise on equipment. Review №38

It’s a dog park. Water bowls, a small plastic swimming pool, and waste stations to bag your poo. Some small plastic chairs available for the humans, but shade is limited and there’s a lot of dirt, so protect yourself on windy days.Great wide-open space to run and a small obstacle course to put your agility prospect through. All and all, good time for the fur babies! I have seen many small children knocked over by packs of excited dogs, so keep an eye on the littles or keep them in the stroller. No water is available as the temperatures drop in the winter, so plan to bring your own. See you there!

Mi
Review №39

This dog park is super large and for the most part clean. Theres not any shade, no permanent seating for humans, and no water for the dogs. Its a giant dust bowl which could potentially turn into a giant mud pit if theres rain. I was fortunate to have my bostie find the one wet mud area in the entire dog park area for her to wallow and roll in like a pig... :/ But overall the dogs and their humans were all very attentive and there plenty of room for the pups to run around.

I dont think it makes sense to judge a dog park by the other people or dogs you encounter there. This park is great for the obstacles, but I wish it had more grass. It would make sense to plant a few more trees in the center to help shade and promote grass growth. Its very close and convenient. I do think the parking arrangement is also weird. Some mild changes would really make this place go from good to great.

Its a nice place to kill time, as you get to pet friendly dogs and watch them run and have fun. I really like this place and would recommend it to anyone in the area with or without a dog. I go here on most warm days and you might see me there if you go. Make sure to bring water because the dogs get thirsty and there are no shade trees. There are a few chairs and picnic tables but you must beware of dogs jumping up onto the tables to eat. There is a covered area near the parking lot entrance that has some tables to sit down at and be in the shade.

I took my 4 dogs (Belgian Malinois, Aussie, Dachshund, and Shih Tzu) and they all had a blast. My dogs are well trained and well behaved and just love playing. When we got home, they were so tired they werent even interested in dinner. Which is saying something considering 3 of them eat so fast, they have to use slow feeders. The grounds could use a bit of work as I spent some time pulling stickers out of my dogs ears and tail, but its wide open and you dont run the risk of your active dogs running into anything.Just like all dog parks, you should never count on other owners to control their dogs, especially when fights break out. I broke up a fight that caused 7 more dogs to jump in and just watched 8 owners stare at it happening, without a word. None of my 4 dogs were anywhere near it, but when I said something about the risk of this kind of thing seriously injuring a dog and how nobody stepped in, an owner reprimanded me for the untrained dog and how it shouldnt be there, thinking it was mine. When I tried to explain to him that my dogs are trained and werent part of it, he said well my dog is on a leash because he kept jumping up on people. Not sure how that helped his case at all...he then told me I shouldnt be angry with the people that watched it happen. What??I work with dogs for a living, so naturally Im going to do what I can to keep everybody safe. I also know that these are animals and things like this happen everyday at these kinds of parks. Im not asking everybody to run the risk of getting bit, but if you bring your dog to this, or any other dog park, know that there will be poorly trained or aggressive dogs there with sometimes even worse owners, and please, step up when its needed. Nobody wants to pay the emergency vet bill that could have been avoided because somebody didnt take action into their own hands.
