Great place to go for a walk. There is a nice paved side walk around almost the whole park. Nice place, there are some people around almost all the time so I think its pretty safe.

Beautiful with plenty of tree cover, complete with a gorgeous walking path through the entire park.

Peaceful place to just sit, or play games. They have several sets of playground equipment and fields for games.

As an outdoors type person, this park is a great substitution for taking a walk, or exercising. With a large pond in the middle and sidewalks with benches surrounding it and leading elsewhere, this is an ideal place for jogging or eating lunch, enjoying scenery, or taking a break. Many events are also held here, including an annual youth fishing derby, (occasionally) live music, and barbeques.

Such a clean park! Had a kids bday party and they just loved the grass area and play area. Would definitely take my daughter again. They even have bbq pits u can picnic on ready.

I love the park and the baseball fields. I used to go when I was a child and now everything seems smaller. But the ARD park is very kept up.

Great play area for the kids. Plenty of shade and seating for a picnic. Would be a great park for a birthday party and during the summer the kids can swim or wade in the pool area.

Big park, work out equipment, playground, bocce ball, baseball fields, a pool in the summer. There is a nice covered picnic table area and a pretty gazebo....parking is close by.

Great place for any of your park related needs. Great little dog friendly walk around the park as well, they’re just supposed to be on a leash. But doggy bags are provided! Grew up real close to this park and have always loved it.

What dont they offer to the community here. They pretty much have everything your looking for and a big hiking area behind it. And and its very safe.

Nice park with a walking sidewalk which circles the Park. Baseball games in the summer. Could use more security as some people go there and hangout who shouldnt be. Only had one issue with a drunk man in the park.

Fantastic, beautiful park for family and friends

Kids area was closed and no one seemed to know or want to say why. They charge $3 per child under 6 and $4 for7 to adults. They even charge if your not swimming but want to supervise your kids for whatever reason. If it werent so cheap, i wouldnt even bother. Not great....

Auburn Rec Park at this location is beautifully maintained and they have great facilities for baseball and indoor basketball and a huge swimming pool. Very friendly staff, this is the main office area I believe.

Skip this place if youre coin hunting with a metal detector

I love the character this recreation center has. I have been visiting this place ever since I was little and will continue to come out to visit with friends and family for the rest of my life. Its always clean and other visitors as well as staff are very nice. I look forward to the next trip up as the is place I frequently come to with my family.

The best park located in Auburn. Accommodating park staff. The pool is cheap. Good location. The park hosts many opportunities for recreational activities and education. The park is public which attracts transients.

Great park with lots of shade, walking path, workout area, bocci ball, basketball, swimming, gymnasium, playground, baseball, and lots of grass to relax or play on. They even have a pavilion with BBQ and picnic tables you can reserve for events or use first come first serve if there are no reservations. The park is also dog friendly with stations to clean up after them.

We go to walk their trail around the park. Its paved and most of it is lighted. They have boche ball court, swimming, a baseball field and play areas for the children Its in a very nice area of town

Great place to release your new baby moms other kid into the wild. I havent heard from him in months.

I attended an event as this park, it seemed very clean and well maintained.

Loved the swim center for the kids. The kids pool was perfect for my 7 year old and the splash pool was perfect for my 5 year old. Plenty of shades seating.

Fun activities & programs, love teaching dance there every thursday awesome staff very organized.

Great place to bring the kids. Large play structure, and plenty of room to run. Pick nice area, ball park, dog walking along with walking paths to get yourself in shape.

This is a clean and tidy park big and beautiful. People are friendly, atmosphere is Excellent. Parking is only draw bacc. Good for all ages, Swings, BBQ area, tennis and basketball court, exercise area, grass for watching cloud formations. Huge play area with neat jungle gym, clean benches and tables perfect for reading a book, clean restrooms and drinking fountains.

We go here because its close but not because its the best. Great for long walks with dogs but subpar for little kids.

Went to the park for the Food Truck Fiesta. The event was fun, the food was awesome.

Took the dogs out to Recreation Park today for a beautiful walk on the paved trail that surrounds the lovely, wooded and well maintained grounds of this jewel in Auburn.

Its a nice park to have family/friend events at.

Atwood Park is becoming forgotten. It is such a beautiful little park, however, is neglected by ARD.Garbage is overflowing, cans havent been emptied in weeks. People still throw trash on top of filled can. Weeds are taking over a once well kept landscape. Is this all due to cutbacks? How can we help?

Loved it I reckomend getting non salted peanuts and feeding the squirrels fun for the kids
