I did a job in this neighborhood and it was easy to navigate. Address are clearly visible.

It can be quite, but not all the time. Children screaming and yelling in the street. Parents not not helping. Sometimes people driving into the park around 11 pm and 12 am blaring their music. Management is trying to put a halt to it. Other wise pretty great place to live. We have to work together to make any community great. Give this a place a chance is all we can say.

Looked into a motorhome spot for ~6 month lease. They have great selection at reasonable rates (Quoted $595/month including water and sewer. Garbage and electric are paid by user) room for a towed vehicle as well. There is a waiting list. Looks like there was a laundry room as well.

It is a nice little mobile home/RV park. Quiet and well kept up. Pretty good considering it can be loud and busy around the area. Especially rush hour traffic.

The place was wonderful Ashleys very friendly and very helpful with information about the place very knowledgeable should I say and was pleased to help me with every question I had for her

Work-related visit. NOT my favorite place in the world to go! Ghetto city, most of it. The homes that were kept up were nice...REAL nice! But those were few and far between.

I tried phoning them multiple times and concluded the phone number must be incorrect, however, now that Ive been in person and have a business card, I see that the phone number listed is correct. Once I went in person Kandice was very friendly and very helpful. She understood everything I was seeking in my initial contact. I recommend stopping by the office in person and checking them out.

My aunt lives here and Im highly impressed by how well-kept all of the homes are and the overall Beauty of the tall trees and the quietness of the neighborhood.

Not so sure about this place honestly.i know there are roaches and its really bad i mean REALLY badly infested and some tenants as well as owners should look into hiring an exterminator!

I have lived at Skylark Village for seventeen years. The park is very well maintained. The residents are friendly and respectfully look out for one another. Management team is courteous and professional. Good place to call home.

The property managers & residents ensure its clean & quiet here. The only rather odd inconvenience is that they have absolutely no visitor parking, & the roads are rather narrow for parking in front of the home youre visiting.

This place has been around MANY years, & Ive never overheard any complaints. I have friends who live here. The current management seems very good, & Ive been researching places that have been for sale here that I have been interested in purchasing.

Nice, but only park on the visitor lots or youll get a warning. If it happens again, you may be risking to have the car towed.

This is the worst set of managers in the 30 years Ive lived here. Thats why im selling and moving.

55 n up and they told me I didnt belong in their park cause Im younger. Well Im just trying to make a living so stick it old coot!

What a pretty well maintained park , love the trees .

The address I was given took me to the wrong place it was frustrating.

Russ and Cindy the people who use to manage this place are communist dictators. I sure hope that wherever they moved to nobody else has to put up with them and if I ever see then again I will sure to show them my middle finger.
