Its a friendly good place with good people

Things are improving in the community, the new Managers Tracey and Anthony are very nice and have been working to get the park clean up and a community we want to live at.

Too many non caring residents. Very little visitor parking and it was a walk from where I parked to address visited. Broken cars and homes in discussing repair

I live here, so Im here EVERY day! It sucks, though. Management is lousy. Theyre nowhere near the caliber of the management team that was here when I first moved in. These guys dont do ANYTHING around here! I remember that Steve and Margee used to be on point with this place. The grounds were kept up, the potholes on the mailbox road filled in, and Margee used to walk the complex each and every day, checking the properties for things that needed to be tended to, and shed post a notice on your door, and youd take care of it., no problem. Even Jim and Tess, the interim managers were more on the ball. Theyd bring dumpsters in and have us load everything that we didnt want or need along with any and all yard waste. I THINK they even continued Steve and Margees tradition of bringing in a load of beauty bark every spring for us to spread on our lots as needed. Not anymore! These guys are lazy, lazy, lazy! Theyre also rude busybodies.

I might just be a LITTLE bit biased, since I live here and all...but Id have to say that this is a pretty cool spot, all in all! That is to say the neighbors are quiet, friendly, and mind their business and keep to themselves...

Horrible place do not recommend, manager is very rude and yells. Is always complaining even if your a good tenents , people here are great just the manager is the biggest problem. Very unprofessional. Got so bad tenents tried to get signatures to get them changed. Also yelled at kids. Go somewhere else not worth it. They are also always smoking weed .

I lived there for 5+ years. Good family park never had a problem with anyone there.

They kick me out months after my mom died. We lived there for over 20yrs. We made no trouble.or late with rent. They didbthis at xmas time. Place is full of illegals and riff raff. And junkies! DONT RECOMMEND TO ANY ENEMIES!! STAY AWAY !

This is a very bad place it is so dirty and unkempt...i felt like I was going to be mugged.....i do not recommend going there....

Crazy office manager yells at people.

The manager could be a little less pushy.
