Nice quiet clean park.

The Auburn area is difficult to find a place that is quiet, clean, safe, and has good amenities. Ridgewood Village is one of the few in the area that has all of the above.

Ridgewood Village has been a great place for our daughter while in college. The park management is helpful, professional, informative, kind, reasonable, and very timely in their work and responses to us. The park is well taken care of, is close to the Auburn University campus, is a shuttle stop for the University shuttle for students, and everyone is so friendly! The park post office boxes are always accessible and holds large packages safely so they can be picked up anytime by residents! I would highly recommend living at Ridgewood!!

Lived there for 5 years. All around mediocre at best. Lot fees are high, like 78% of the people living there. The worst part was the management forcing us to put the leaves that fell into plastic bags. No other choice there. Personally, I believe they resold these for a profit. Just a theory ;) Glad I dont live there, but it isnt a terrible place.

It is an established Auburn college trailer park that has been around since before my college time there 20 years ago. My daughter lives there now. It has speed bumps, large trees for shade, and is well groomed. War Eagle!

I lived here as a student 20+ years ago and so did my husband and now our son has a mobile home in this park. It is mainly populated by students. Twenty years ago and presently it is well maintained. Lease policies and standards keep the homes from becoming aged and rundown.

Great place. Decent prices. And they work with you on a lot of things.

Quiet neighborhood, everyone Pretty much keeps to themselves while being polite and neighborly. If youre not familiar with nieghborhood, watch out for the speed bumps. They arent marked well and will surprise you.

Id like to see more organized parking, I have concerns about emergency vehicles getting in. I was in a chevy silverado and it was very tight driving through and an emergency vehicle is certainly larger than my chevy. Also, how does emergency personnel know where you are, theres no street signs or names visible?

Price gouges, nickel and dimes with fees, and changes services frequently so you dont know what is coming.That alone would have only warranted a 3 star rating. The coups de gras is the secretary. That is the most incompetent person I have ever met! Completely rude to everyone, and no one Ive ever known who has lived here has had a positive experience. She must know the owner, because that is the ONLY way I can reason that she keeps her job...

I dont live here, but Ive a few friends who do. These trailers may not look like much on the outside, but theres definitely a quality to them on the inside.

It is a home. We have to spray a lot to keep the roaches away, but that is a usual trailer park issue. Wish the staff took it a little more seriously and did something about it. Oh well.
