Great place. My daughter feels safe there and aI know management is spectacular!

Terrie in the office was incredibly helpful. Driving through the park, we noticed how neat and well-maintained everything was. Our daughters are looking forward to living there next fall!

I bought a mobile home and both my sons lived there while attending college (total of 7 years). I gave them a budget and they had to live on it each month paying the bills and learning life skills. It worked out well and the Gentilly staff was always courteous and responsive. In the end, I saved over $50K in housing expenses when compared to renting a dorm or apartment. More importantly, my sons lived outside the bubble and easily transitioned to living on their own.

Hands down the worst place in Auburn to live. They put up a gate not too long ago, but it is honestly a disaster. No one is ever there monitoring. Tonight I was leaving the park and got flicked off and honked at by someone trying to come in the wrong way because I was in their way. Last week someone rode my car end trying to get into the residents lane behind me and when I went through, the gate closed and they honked at me and flicked me off since they didnt get through. They then had to reverse their car back and get in the guest lane. Ive seen multiple people get out of their cars to give people their guest codes. How do you even know who youre giving your code out to? This gate was built and paid for by OUR maintenance fees. On their flyers when we signed the lease, it said there was on site security (which is honestly nowhere to be found in general), and there hasnt been anyone at that gate since the first week it was installed. I will be telling everyone to never live here even if its the last place on Earth.

The owner is rude. He Sent us a delightful text blaming us for the unit not renting because our place was “nasty” and threatened us with “further action”. We had been told the place looked great from the office so we kept doing the same thing every time we found out there would be a showing. They had enough decency to tell us about one showing at 9 am, with the showing happening at 10 am. Our dryer hasn’t worked for 6 months. They got a gate with a little building that nobody is ever in so they could charge us more money. They expect you to get on the roof and clean the leaves off in the fall. They have barged in our house early in the morning while everyone was asleep. Rent went up $200 in our time here with nothing to show for it. The water gets turned off in the middle of the day constantly. The maintenance guys are cool though. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere better and cheaper.

Please repair the roads. No place to park on street

Pretty fed up with this place. Been here for the third year now and they continue to jack up prices every year without a reason. Also the staff is extremely rude on a consistent basis. They expect you to hop on the roof to brush the leaves off for some reason? Maintenance and repairs are never quick, and problems tend to pop up pretty regularly. Oh and they love to randomly turn the water off in all trailers in the park for an inconvenient period of time. Also installed a completely pointless gate system. And the showings are done in a very irresponible manner. For example, one morning we were given a one hour notice at 9am that they were coming to show the trailer at 10. Then they try to blame you if your trailer doesn’t rent in a timely fashion. Might wanna stay away from Gentilly Park.

Mostly ghetto trailers from Tallassee Mobile Home sales where the owner(Randall Price) likes to half way fix his homes then sale them for outrageous prices.

I lived here for a year, absolutely LOVED it. Very friendly staff, very attentive to my needs. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a more quiet college feel :)

I’m giving the one star rating partly because it’s the lowest I can give, but also because the location of the park deserves at least that. The management was rude and complained when asked to do their job. There was a distinct two-sidneness in all of our dealings with them, and a general feeling of crookedness when talking to them/handling anything. There were several safety related incidents in the back of the park that would have been nice to know about; they did install an entrance gate, but not telling residents what was happening seems a little underhanded. The maintenance fee was a real laugher: they routinely missed large patches of grass and a particular maintenance guy was routinely rude as well. I can say that the location is great for college kids, but stay away from this park unless you want to be managed by children.

Park has really gone downhill the last few years, lot rent keeps raising, lawn care is supposed to be included in rent but they dont do anything. Now they want $200.00 extra a year for lawn maintenance. Cars speed through and nothing is done about it. They inforce the rules for some but not others.

Clean and secure mobile home park. So glad we made Gentilly Park our choice.

This place is nice...the mobile home lots are maintained and clean...they just installed an automatic arm-gate that you have to have a code to enter...nice trees...only students can live there...

A great little community. The new gate is a much needed feature.

The office staff has been outstanding to me, very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! They really went the extra mile at times when I needed their help.

Everything from the office workers to the repair service was unpleasant. The place where you live is suppose to be a retreat from work/school, but this place was a nightmare.....things were constantly breaking and the park refused to repair them in a timely manner. We went eight months with a bedroom floor falling in, because of water damage due to a water leak. And their response every time we called was youre at the bottom of the list. Plus the hot water heater always needed repairs. I lost count of how many cold showers I had to take, because the repair service wouldnt come out on the weekend. To top things off our neighbors were always playing loud music, and we complained several times, but nothing was done. I honestly would give them zero stars if I could!

Needs better maintenance on all parks

Lots are roomy and landscape is well maintained. Pool is inviting . Pets are welcome. Improvements seem to be happening daily. Friendly people to work with .

I OWNED MY MOBILE HOME FROM 2001 TO 2013 , I LOVED LIVING AT GENTILLY, THE OFFICE FOLKS ARE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THE RENT WAS LOWAS TIME WENT ON IT WENT UP AND THERE WAS FEES FOR ALL SORTS OF STUFF. IT TOOK ME SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO AVOID PAYING MY PET FEE MORE THAN ONCE. I RECOMMEND GENTILLY TO ANYONE, I LOVED IT THERE AND IF I HAD NOT HAD MY STROKE WOULD STILL BE HAPPY IN 220B.
