This Park is so peaceful! My Aunt just moved here and Im renovating her house. I absolutely love this place! The wildlife walks right through the front yard to the back yard and drinks out of the creek. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Theres plenty of trees so everything is nice and green this time of year. Plenty of stores, shops, and restoration close by to choose from.

I recently have purchased a unit in Rock Creek Mobile Home Park. It is the first time Ive bought this type of property and there are a lot of complexities that were confusing. Fortunately, the park manager Eleanor, was able to explain all of the steps and procedures necessary and it was great to know that the property I was buying was well managed and well taken care of.I look forward to my time there and want to give special thanks to Eleanor for her help.I definitely can recommend Rock Creek as what I consider the best mobile home community in the Auburn area.(Update October 2020) Its been a terrific 5 years and Rock Creek is looking better than ever.

This was like living in a large adult daycare. The constant phone blasts with “urgent messages” was beyond annoying. Very difficult to enter and exit. Our location was extremely noisy with airplanes flying overhead regularly that would cause conversation to stop until they left. The trash was picked up by the maintenance guys and the first round was them retrieving what they wanted snd the second round was them taking the trash. No regular garbage cans. The rules say no running a business out of your home but the lady across from us was running a hair cutting business and her clients always parked on the street, making it impossible to back out of our drive way. No, my husband and I would not recommend living here unless you like a daycare mentality for a living environment.

The manager turned me down over my credit score ever though I proved I made 4 times the amount for rent on the land. Went through hard times during disability. Left there the day after to Woodside Village and they accepted me with no problems. Felt Rock creek was discrimating because they thought I was gay. Been here at Woodside Village for three years No problems. Shame on you, Rock Creek..

I enjoy helping people I keep it within there budget they help me I help them its a win win win the women of the park are simply out Angels eyes of are skys.

Asked questions at the office and got excellent help.

Has been a very enjoyable 6 yrs in a quiet and affordable place for seniors.

Clean. Quiet. Yet friendly people live here. Over 55 years old and all homes are decorated nicely. Bit costly but worth knowing safe for family to live there.

My parents live here. The management is a little too up in your business and a little judgemental. But my parents have loved here a long time and its very clean.

It is definitely a cozy place to own a trailer, well located with good neighbors.

Visiting a friend, nice homes, nice landscaping.

Love it. Very peaceful and comfortable for seniors.

Just like going home , includung the treats and spoiling of the kids till you have to take them home lol
