A really unique and wonderful experience awaits you here at Hard Rock Hotel with exceptional customer service, a very modern and spacious casino (in adherents to COVID-19 precautions), really beautiful and well kept room, environment, etc. their prices are very very affordable for such a luxurious hotel. There are so many food places to choose from to grab a bite while you’re there. There’s also other hotels close-by, the beach, the boardwalk, fun rides for everyone and so much more. Words cannot describe the true essence of the place. You gotta live it to experience it!!!!

This was my familys first time visiting this hotel. We had a wonderful time especially since we are in this pandemic. Everyone wore mask and the rooms were clean. We still brought wipes and lysol for room. And room service was so delicious. We will return. Our visit was in October. And the view from our room was beautiful. We stayed in the north tower.

The place was fantastic.....the room was clean and the facilities were immaculate...Staff very pro and the ease of check in and out was unbeatable. Hard rock Beach Bar was the best part. The towels and the lounger rental were inexpensive and the people were just the best. In particular was the beach bar manager CHUCK....this guy was all class and customer service minded. Made the experience so much more incredible i cant thank him enough.

Very clean and made you feel comfortable during the COVID time. Staff was friendly. Food was good overall everything was very accommodating. The staff was constantly cleaning everything. Which was reassuring. The machines and kiosk machines after almost every use. The casino was very fun. I suggest making reservations for dining

The Hard rock has always been one of my favorite places. Ive been to multiple properties In North and South AmericaThe original plan was to visit the #1in London; However, as we all know, we got in the middle of a pandemic which ruinned my plans

Omg this is a fantastic hotel! I love it here. I stayed on the north tower 10th floor and I loved the shower, the king bed, the room and the fact I can stream my Netflix, YouTube, Hulu or anything else that streams straight to the TV. The north tower does NOT have a beach view. The pics I added is from the north tower. I loved my 4 days at the hard rock. They are very serious about covid. Every entrance had a temp check!

We loved our stay at Hard Rock. We asked to be upgraded which they did and it was great! We felt safe with the amount of requirements and cleanliness guidelines in place due to COVID 19. Of course, one as an individual should take proper precautions and hygiene regimens, but overall we felt safe. The only thing that sucked was that we weren’t allowed to bring food from outside and the restaurants were full for reservations outside, but it is understandable and fundamental so that’s why I didn’t knock off a star.

Walked the hotel and played the casino only. This building is one of the two nicely updated casinos in AC. I like the layout, it seems more structured and saves space. Wild Card rewards services were closed all three days we visited which was disappointing. We didnt play much as a result of that. Hotel lobby has a lot of really cool displays that are worth taking a look at.

This place was so clean, staff was very friendly and they are taking the proper protocols dealing with covid.

Plenty of parking $10. Veterans get a upgraded players club card. STELLA at player services is a ROCK STAR! Friendly customer assistance. This casino is beautiful. Looks brand new inside. Extremely clean. Fun atmosphere. Gaming set for safe play during social distancing.

I know it’s only rock n roll but I have to say I like it. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino incorporates their “Hard Rock Cafe” style memorabilia throughout the entire hotel.Even the piped in music throughout is great! Their table games are better than their neighbors (feature bets, etc) and they’ve got a friendly staff as well. Food options abound and the quality is spot on.We stayed nearby for our last trip here but we will definitely be coming to the HRH on our next visit to AC.

This was huge, the casino was gigantic, they take your temperature at the door. Some music, no smoking which was a plus. A lot to see, and attached to the boardwalk right where the rides are. Very clean bathrooms.

This place is awesome. They did a great job of renovating whatever was here before. The rooms are high tech and new. The beds are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and up to date. The casino itself is Beautiful.The memorabilia throughout the casino lobbys are great. The conference space is awesome. This was the first time I came to Atlantic City and did not see the need to leave. They have everything you need and ALL of the staff throughout the casino was friendly and on point.The security was tight and I felt very safe. Great job! This is a must visit.

I love this place this is probably the best casino on the boardwalk. This was my first time at Atlantic city Hard Rock . I love the lights its so beautiful and it was very clean with everything that is going on. This was the only place that gave me a fighting chance to win a little still tight machine. There machine are the most updated which I love. The only thing is I really dont understand why the .25cent machine doesnt pay I seen people struggling. I won off a machine called black diamond . I play from.25 cent to highr denomination like $9 , $27 a spin and dont get anything. Overall had a blast the only downside to this there is no drinking inside the casino . I from FL and we can drink all night long in casino l.

It used to be fun to come down machine for the hit more frequently now you have to put in a lot of money to get started

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Valet parking and bell hop service was extremely efficient and accommodating (it was very busy at both check-in and check-out). The ocean view from the room was fabulous too!

Hard Rock Hotel casino had a great time. The rooms are a nice size and check in and checking out was quick. Food was delicious and drinks were good too. Rates for the rooms during the week was awesome. The weather was great also. During the fall and winter I will visit again.

My first time here I was upgraded to a suite so I cant say anything bad about the hotel or casino. Check in was a little slow, but mine wasnt. It helps that I worked in a hotel so when Im checking in I know the process and make it quick.Pretty sure Ill be back.

Visited the Hard Rock store. Great selection of souvenirs, very hard to choose! The employees were wonderful! They had good knowledge of the store and history of this place. I loved the fact that they wore Hard Rock paraphernalia... that made me want to shop more. Great visit.

The service was great & friendly. Took awhile to get our food and my “new” on the menu spicy chicken sandwich was terrible. It had no flavor & was not spicy also the breading was already off on most of the chicken before I even touched it.

HRC is the newly renovated casino in Atlantic City and having great ambient. Amazing promotional offers as well quality food available until late night!!!

I just went there for the first time this past weekend and its very clean and has many places to eat. I also like the design of the casino floor which has a ramp for wheelchairs or stairs for people who can walk but otherwise the casino floor is surrounded by glass this way your not trying to dodge children. This place is very lively. The only downside i noticed it does take awhile to get a drink while you are gambling.

One of the better hotels for staying in Atlantic city! Was here for one night and they upgraded our room, which was very nice of them. The room was clean and immaculate.There was not much variety of food at the buffet, but what was there was delicious. Basically it felt like it was quality over quantity.The casino floor is huge! They have a large amount of table games and machines. For a weekday night they have a lot of tables open and the minimum bets arent too high.

Hotel was very clean beautiful view from my room. All the staff i encountered were courteous & polite. Problem with room charges were addressed and quickly corrected. Room service on point everything i ordered was delicious. Did not like gap in between doors i could see out therefore i know someone else could see in

Beautiful property. Clean and doesnt smell of smoke as badly as other AC properties. I wish I got her name but the woman who checked us in was an absolute sweetheart. I had a comp deal for free night, 50 bonus play and 25 dining credit. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Taking off a star because very parking is $20!? That has to be the highest price in AC. Tropicana is free most months. I understand parking will be free as you move up their tier system but the amount of money and time I would have to spend to get to that tier would not be worth it for just free parking. Would come back if I had another comp room or crazy deal.

3rd trip in 2 months, great rooms, lots to do, dance floor, stars apparel, restaurants, sugar is fun with kids, did not like Wolfgang Puck restaurant. Waffles at night, or ice cream. Pastries and coffee is excellent!

Out for dinner and a show at the fresh harvest in Atlantic City at the Hardrock Casino it’s a buffet and I’d have to say the food is good I usually don’t eat buffet but I’m impressed I will return again The show was awesome it’s called dancing with the 80s we were the first to see it premiere and this group of men and women were tremendous it was a great music selection and the performance was just outstanding.

Was there for the afternoon and when I walked on its breathtaking. I had a wonderful time. I love that it had the salt water taffy store on site definitely since Jersey is known for them. I plan on staying in the hotel in the future.

In these times of covid-19 I feel that the Hard Rock is doing better than the other casinos and protecting their customers.

We went for a last minute weekend getaway, and werent disappointed at all. The view from the room was amazing. It was clean, and well laid out. Lost one star, because NO girl could do her makeup in that dark a bathroom. Lighten Up! The casino was lively and musical. Its vibe was much more inviting than the stoic Parks or others weve seen.

Hard Rock hotel and casino is as always the best. Even at this time after reopening everything functions perfectly. It is always good to be back to Hard Rock to enjoy and relax.

This was my first time at Hard Rock Hotel. It was easy to access from the garage. Liked the memorabilia all around the casino and hotel area. Good restaurants around but unfortunately, the food felt cold at times when ordered by a large group like ours (about 10). It seemed like the restaurants kitchen could been short staffed that night. It was nice to go between other casinos and other places via the boardwalk. The card tables at the Hard Rock were a hit with the group that I was with. The was plenty of good action but when busy, sadly, the drinks were slow to come.

The hotel is big and very comfortable.Theres a lot of restaurants and perfect location.They lost one star just because there was no bathtub.

This is a pretty nice casino with a large variety of mostly new slot machines. I have had good luck at this casino it provides me the highest payback of the Atlantic City casinos. they also have a really good rewards program. I typically have way more food complimentary than I could ever eat. Plus you can use your comps for gas and other things at the Rocktane gas station. Ive also had good experiences at the hotel the rooms in the North Tower are new and the South Tower could use a bit of refreshing but the rooms are still ok.I would rate this casino five stars if it werent for a couple things. I have had a lot of trouble at the restaurants, especially Hard Rock Cafe.However the main problem is security. I dont always feel safe here. People tend to get rowdy, and security is pretty hands-off. I dont blame security for this as Im sure its casino policy but maybe they could use some police backup or someone with authority that can step in when things start getting out of control.Plus, I can guarantee you will have several people approach you for money throughout the day and especially in the evening. The homeless or otherwise financially challenged roam around looking for isolated individuals so they could approach them for money. You would think security could deal with this since most of them are recognizable by the fact that they wear their mask right up to their sunglasses a hoodie, wrap, or some other hat pulled down over their forehead down to the sunglasses, and collars pulled up so tight you cant see any skin on the face. Maybe it would be profiling but you can be pretty sure that if individuals are roaming around the casino like that theyre probably not there to gamble. They are drawn like the Walking Dead toward jackpots. Once the bells go off they start swarming like sharks sensing chum in the water. As soon as the attendant pays the jackpot and leaves, out comes the hard luck stories.They even catch you in the bathrooms. Theres nothing more intimidating than opening up a stall door and having some man standing in front of you trying to lean in to whisper in your ear his hard luck story.You might think this would be true of all the Atlantic City casinos on the boardwalk but I am not approached that much at any of the other boardwalk casino or at the Borgata.

Ive stayed at the Vegas Hard Rock and this one did a pretty good job measuring up. Hotel room halls could use a little more decor but the amenities are spot on. Bluetooth alarm clock, Fridge, plenty of linens, corkscrew and bottle opener. 2nd floor is full of very tasty restaurants! Beach area hotel staff provides towels and reserved chairs. Live cover band did a great job! Ill definitely return!

I loved it here. The buffet and Hard Rock Cafe were amazing. The room was comfortable and the view was great. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the friendly service at Sugar factory. Sundae was yummy. Really interesting deserts, off the charts original dessert and drink menu. Lively, upbeat, and loud music. They make a big deal of your Birthday so a good spot to celebrate Birthdays it seemed!

Great environment, my room was clean with a great view, customer service, along with included Tesla charging. Would be nice if they would do more about people who park in the Tesla parking who dont have a Tesla. Many people dont realize how important that parking can be for some, to be taken by someone simply being inconsiderate who doesnt need that spot.P.s. more vegan food options please?

Bright, lively casino floor. Played several slots which were paying pretty well for the most part. Plenty of food places to choose from. Stayed in a south tower room on the 12th floor (1 king bed).. spacious room with comfortable bed and modern decor. For a limited time, they will match your players card from most other casinos. Overall a great place--will definitely return!

My wife and I enjoy heading to the Hard Rock. Always a great time, throwing a little money in the slots, staying the night, getting drinks, and eating dinner. We always have a great time. Looking forward to our next trip here. Although our favorite slot machine was removed, which was super sad.

Awesomeness! Food was great! Atmosphere was fun and inviting! I won 150 from one slot machine! Had such a great experience! I would go back again and again! Oh and reward system is pretty cool! I didn’t stay in the hotel room but will update this review once I do!

Fun place people are dressed up more than other places

Arrived at 3:30 pm , checked right in and was told that room was ready right away. All hotel personnel were kind and decent . Room was clean and nicely decorated , overall great stay at very nice property. Pool is good size and has a nice atrium feel to it. Didnt really gamble too much so that wasnt a factor for me but the casino was busy and clean as well , smoking is permitted which may turn some people off as it can be smelled. Temps in at the casino and on the floors of the restaurants etc seemed warm and it was February not sure why the heat was roasting in there. Prices are expensive but you have to expect that for where you are . Overall very nice getaway solid B.

We went to Atlantic City for my Birthday. It was great entertainment we love the Band. The food was great and great service. We Loved Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Had a great time @ the Hard Rock, beautifully maintained, plenty of slots & tables with easy access to the Boardwalk. There are a bunch of places to eat in the hotel, causal to dressy. Great staff, very friendly & professional.We stayed on the 37th floor (pic of our view attached). Nice room, great view, large bathroom & comfortable bed. The only issue I noticed was the shower had no bars to hold on to for people who need it. The shower floor and walls can get very slippery so be careful.Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great place! Beds comfortable and clean room. You didnt even really have to leave the hotel they had Lounges, club inside live band music playing. great places to take pictures good eating places I stopped at 1 and had pizza and they made the pizza fresh right in front of you. the pool was nice too indoor pool... I just wish they had a Jacuzzi. Otherwise overall great experience.

We stayed second time for the 4 days (July 10 to July 15) Hotel very nice and rooms spacious and clean. Most of staff friendly however not everybody. I want to say something that spoiled my whole impression from the staying. This info maybe important for the people with kids. They have only one entrance from boardwalk available for strollers and wheelchairs. all days everything was fine, there was person who was opening doors, checking temperature and let us in. Today July 15, we made check out and took coffee to have a sip on boardwalk before we leave. On the back way I was trying to use entrance for strollers near Sugar factory that we were using all 4 days before. Lady on the entrance didn’t came out. When somebody came out and I was trying to get in she pushed me out and said that we can’t use this entrance. I asked which I can use for the stroller with 18 month baby and she said I don’t care use other entrance with steps. I was trying to explain that I won’t be able to carry my baby with stroller using the stairs. She answered that my baby is not in the wheelchair so he should go by foot and I have to carry stroller in my hands. She was very rude. I was trying to call for administrator, but no success. I didn’t remember name of the lady, but if administration checking this reviews please check on person who was on sugar factory doors 12pm on July 15. For all the people with kids who staying in your hotel I’m asking you to fire people like that. I can tell you that I had to ask for others help to carry my baby on the stairs your staff didn’t help me, unfortunately.So I’m giving you 5 stars for the beach, casino and rooms and 1 star for the staff. I will try to come back once again and I hope that my review will help you to have only friendly customer service who wants to help your visitors.i don’t want any other mom has the same issue that I had today. Thank you.

Loved the hotel! Clean and very bright inside! Loved the decor! Definitely will be staying here again but I was disappointed when I went down to the pool and it was closed early! They should have posted it on the site or told me when I checked in. Overall I still recommend this hotel!

Really couldnt expect any less from the Hard Rock Casino Hotel! I went to the one in Las Vegas also! Nice and brand new, they have up-to-date screens, games, and tables! Also the Hard Rock Cafe Restaurant is delicious! I love just walking around and looking at all the memorabilia from rock stars! Cool thing is they have a lot of New Jersey need of famous rock people!

The newly reopened hotel casino was certainly worth the trip. The facility looks almost brand-new. The room has a very nice contempary bathroom and a spacious bedroom. There are many choices of eateries from high-end formal dinning to food court like places. The casino staffs were very pleasant and helpful and we never experienced any thing negative during our entire 2 nights stay. The lobby music entertainments were great and the band selections covered all ages. The pool area was a little crowded but the rooftop sunbathing was nice and quiet.

This could be the best ever since the opening of the former Taj Mahal on the same site.Multiple food choices from the basic to the great seafood and steakhouse.The casino part is just huge open and clean space with so many games!The event area is incredible also. Multiple venues for small show to larger concerts, plus your weekend dance clubs and comedy club.

Loved every bit of our stay! Our King 1 bedroom was VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED and No Smoking in our area. The staff and manager was very professional with our accommodations &provided everything we needed. Its now my favorite place to stay down Atlantic City. I truly loved it!

I love this hotel and Casino. Every year I go to Atlantic City for my birthday, it has become a tradition. I have stayed at other hotels in Atlantic City, the Hard Rock Hotel is by far the best. I love the live music and the choices of restaurants. The employees are very courteous. It was quiet once I went to my room, did not hear a peep out of the other rooms like I hear in other hotels. The atmosphere was just wonderful. Oh and the bathroom with the vanity and separate door for the toilet and the shower, I just did not want to get out of the shower it was like a rainfall. Wish I had the bathroom in my home. I recommend this hotel, it is so clean and beautiful.

Casino is large and clean and there are many dining options. Check in was super fast and easy. Bed is comfy and rooms are spacious, comfy, and very clean. I will definitely be returning!

Hard rock is exactly as like its name said.There is big guitar in front of the casino. And there is a huge sign of lights of the music in front and it plays at night with the rock music. There hundreds of gaming machines inside the casino and peaple are playing like a crazy. Most importantly, their hospitality was unbelievable.

Went down to see the Rascal Flats concert and decided to stay at the Hard Rock. Best decision ever! Love the new hotel and casino! I felt like it was never the Taj. The rooms were Awesome and the bathroom as well! Super clean and had an amazing time! The live music they had at the lounge were Great!!! I cant wait to go back again to stay and see another concert! :)

Very unprofessional..called regarding my deposit refund and was placed on hold for 4 hours..also Ice machine was out of order and when contacted front desk was told that will just have to purchase a bottle of water for $20 bucks!! Waited 3 hours for water and no one ever showed..after 4 hours never received $100 deposit...Hard Rock is no longer what it use the be...use to love it here gave it a try again Over Grand Lux and was totally disappointed.. Never Again

This location is absolutely not handicap, special needs or wheelchair friendly. The staff was rude. The cafe was slow and the food was not good. Avoid this place.

The former Taji Mahal location. Compare to other casinos, Hard Rock Cafe provides more other entertainments. The atmosphere here is more like Las Vegas(Touring). All the other casinos are more Atlantic City style (Gambling). I really feel more relaxed here.....

Hard rock has done a wonderful job with the old Taj Mahal. I was very impressed with all the renovations they have done. The rooms are very nice as well. So much to do between entertainment eating and shopping and lets not forget gambling. I would definitely come back again. I have uploaded a lot of pics of various things throughout.

This is one of my favorite hotels. I have stayed here about 10 times. But this time the experience was different. Usually on the pillows they have little guitars this time there was no guitar. The room wasn’t as clean as always. There was a rip on the bed sheets. This wasn’t the hotel experience I wanted or expected.

Wish I could ZERO stars - we ‘Checkin at 4 and still have to wait 2 hours to get to our room’no where to wait beyond ridiculous - but please check out on time ?!

We had a wonderful experience at the hard rock casino and hotel. The Room was spacious very very nice beautiful bathroom. The hotel is gorgeous you will not be disappointed.

Amazing experience here. It was the first time in 5+ years since I’ve been in AC and I had a blast. I had left my phone on the bed when we left the hotel room and when the housekeepers changed the sheets my phone was missing when I returned. Luckily, I found it in the bag they left outside in the hallway. Food around was super yummy except for the buffet.. Casino was very vibrant, clean, and well lit.

My wife and I stayed overnight with the valentines get away deal. The Hard Rock Hotel made us feel like we were at our home away from home! Our package included two buffet dinners, 2 comedy show tickets and an upgrade to an oceanside room!!! I also received a $15 play credit for signing up for a players club card.The pool was also amazing for the winter getaway.

Ok. Lets start from the beginning. If you are going to park your car, dont cheap out and pay a few bucks extra for the valet service. The self park garages are confusing and are hard to get to from the hotel. Checking in was easy. During this time of covid 19, they took everyones temperature who walks into the facility. This goes on at multiple entrances. The front desk tried to take away my ocean view room that I booked on Expedia arguing with me that I didnt book an ocean view room. I took out my phone and PROVED I booked an ocean view. Next, if youre afraid of covid, I suggest you book the NORTH tower not the south. The elevator lines for the south tower stretch across the entire hallway. The north tower elevators are quick, accessible and have no crowds waiting. Even though to access them, you have to push through the crowd waiting for their elevators for the south tower. We stayed on the 17 floor on the north tower and never had to wait long for an elevator. The rooms are very clean, Ill give them that. Very tiny though and nothing special. The ocean view even though nice didnt have windows that open so hearing the ocean isnt an option. On top of that, the only air your left with is the air recirculating in the room which for people like myself can pose a problem as I have nasal issues and opening a window would have been great. Basically, the ocean view room is just that, an ocean view. No sound, smell etc. The wifi in the room, terribly slow btw. If the room has a fridge I think they should also have a microwave in case you have any food left over but...no microwave. Mini fridge thats it. On a good note nice shower and the his and her sinks are a nice touch. On we go....please dedicate about an hour or so to explore the property its huge! I stayed for two days and hadnt a clue how to get to the pool. However, the boardwalk and casino are easily accessible. The casino is nice and one of the friendlier casinos Ive been in. We went on a Monday/Tuesday and the boardwalk (as well as the hotel) were packed!! Dont think if you come on a weekday, youre avoiding crowds....youre not. We had breakfast in the hard rock cafe on the boardwalk, there...youll get approached by bums asking you for money while your trying to enjoy breakfast. These bums go hard! One even tried to fight a tourist that claimed he gave him money the day before. That was the the breakfast time entertainment. Speaking of dining. If you plan to eat lunch or dinner at the cafe or sugar factory please go down, reserve at least 2 hours in advance. You will be seated accordingly. If you plan to eat at 4, book a table at 2. By four oclock youll get the call your table is ready (if not by 5). The great part about this hotel is the ambiance alot of rock and roll history and memorabilia. The music playing through the hotel is a nice addition too. Every floor is dedicated to a rock and roll Hall of famer. The museum room was a good touch and if you appreciate the genre, youll love it, if youre not a rock and roll fan like my girlfriend, tough cookies. Accessing the beach is pretty easy , nothing to say there but as I said, really crowded. What you pay for here is really, the underbelly. Its the ambiance. The concession stores in the hotel triple their prices. I paid 7.50 for two bottles of water. Foolishly, I could have driven to the Walgreens one minute away and paid retail. Instead, I chose to be lazy and paid for it. The room services prices were ok and were to be expected. I paid like $25 dollars for a small pizza which was really btw probably the best food I ate during my stay. The staff there are not really friendly. Overall, overpriced, overpopulated and underwhelming. You pay for ambiance and nothing more. Get a hotel with a view and a balcony.

Casino itself is really nice. Bright!!!! And clean. Not sure how rooms are but there is a vibe here the other AC casinos dont have.

Love the hard rock. Matched player level. Generous promo, free play, free buffet, free comedy show, generous to seniora and veterans. Played slots for a couple hours and left breaking even.

The place has changed since I was last here. If you were a fan of the orginal Hard rock cafe in Atlantic city you might be a bit disappointed its gone. They have completely renovated it to become the hard rock hotel and casino. Having said that the new cafe is located inside the casino and the food is as good as it was when in was the Hard rock cafe. The casino is large and its easy to get lost. The hotel accommodations are excellent.

Newly opened, some renovations still continuing. Mostly new staff which are still being trained for multiple positions. Needs improvement, hope to see it soon.

Hotel was clean throughout. Check-in was seamless once we got to the Front Desk.Our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean.

I absolutely love the HardRock Casino in AC. My host Themis was awesome!!! She was professional, friendly and very attentive to my needs during my stay. Im a Rock Royalty member and I love all the benefits Thank you Themis for making our stay exceptional

This was our first time at the Hard Rock. We went to the buffet. Everyone was friendly. The food was hot and good. I gained some weight, but you know what happens in AC, stays in AC. Plus we won $$. Id definitely go back.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway! The room was clean (the shower was phenomenal) and there was more than enough variety in restaurant and entertainment choices. Although we did wander down the boardwalk, it definitely wasn’t out of necessity!

New blood in Atlantic City! Loved it. Very clean and nice rooms. Casino is small. Like the USB ports on the slot machines! Not enough restaurants open after 11pm or when a concert ends. Nice venue for concerts!

I have yet to stay there. Im going this weekend. But just the customer service I received was up, and beyond average. Ms. Madeleine ( I hope its spelled correctly) was wonderful and got me all set. All my worries at ease. I TRULY appreciate her, its hard to find such kind and great customer service. Im looking forward to spending my husbands and I 23rd year anniversary at this Hotel.

I booked three nights through a three m third party.No problems whatsoever. Checked in early. Beautiful room.They welcomed me through text.I I texted them that I needed a trashcan.Fast response,and with a trashcan.

Spacious rooms, clean and everything under one roof. The etess arena is a great place to see a show. Great steakhouse as well I with plenty of other places to eat.

Really new resort. New Membership card offers for free tshirt with 1 hour game playing. Huge place to hang out and look around. Especially celebrity stage dresses that on display are really cool.

Good food good service great staff but slots can be tight

Everything was excellent. I really loved the little tiny salt and pepper shakers and the little ketchup bottles that came with the room service they were so cute.

Excellent! Good places for food, as well as comfortable rooms! Its both good for kids and adults. Theres a nice indoor pool and a boardwalk with a beach.

We had a great time! The check in was quick, even though the like was long, three was 9 very pleasant people doing check ins. We were greeted by the aroma of pot when we stepped off the elevator on our way to the room. The room was clean and spacious. The casino was clean and well lit, not run down like some of the others have become. Drink orders were quickly received. Theres plenty of dining options, all of which are excellent. The only problem we had was the people in the room next to us. A bunch of guys, on Valentines day, seemed to be having a party, loud music, slamming doors, and it singed like they were wrestling. We couldnt get to sleep at 1am so we called the front desk, and again at 330am. They were back at it again at 6am. I guess its easy to see why they were without women on V.D. lol. All in all we had a great time and will be back.Well we went back again. The casino is great. The hotel rooms are nice. The police were on our floor 3 times in an hour. The guy in the room next to us was talking loud enough so we could hear every work he said on his speaker phone conversation, we also heard everything the other person said. Add in another woman running in the hall screaming, repeatedly, caused us to check out at 11pm. We wont stay there again, even if the room is free.

Sound wavesI cant speak for anything other then the sound waves venue. The staff there were awesome though. Its a smaller venue Very close to the stage. 20 dollar tickets great views the sound was ok. Really cant beat it. Great place to see artist. Its a bit cold in the room though. But over all great small room that wont cost you much. You can even leave and come back in. Ill be coming back.

The single most overrated Hotel and casino of all time!! A Resort Fee???I must have missed the golf course, tennis courts, pools.?? NO ITS NOT A Resort!!! ITS A CASINO with a HOTEL!! What a scam that is.. Then Bartenders rob you as they make up drunk prices as they go along. I ordered the same 2 drinks at the same bar three times from three different Bartenders for me and my friend. Each Bartender had a different price $25, then $23 then the 3rd Bartender charged me $21.What a joke!!! Hard Rock hiring convicts I guess..

The casino is really exciting, but please post some layout maps of whole casino. There were other patrons like me running around trying to find simple things.

We had a great time here and not just because I won a few hundred bucks !! They did awesome job with casino! I will be coming back here the next time I’m in AC for sure.
