Had a fantastic time at Resorts. We have lunch at one restaurant and dinner at another. Everything was great. Our clean room was ready as soon as we checked in. I wish the blackjack tables had more reasonable limits than $25 or $50 but it is what it is. I played some other tables and enjoyed myself.

I will return here again because it is accessible to the boardwalk and the rooms are ridiculously huge. I suggest adding a full kitchen including a bigger fridge and a microwave. The bathrooms are nice and big and could use a bath. With all those inclusions I would have given 5 stars.

Had a great time their with the girls. Under the circumstances with COVID-19 everyone is just trying to do their best. The place wasnt crazy over crowded, which I liked!! I had fun @ the slots, but there werent many servers on the floor which kinda sucked. You were only allowed to drink til 10 p.m. SO of course, you want your drinks while u gamble!!! Basically, it was a hit or miss with the servers. I still had fun and since iver been there a handful of times before I cant complain!!! All precautions were in place PERFECT!! All staff made sure of that which, I felt VERY SAFE!! It feels good to be comfortable.

Room was cold. We couldnt control the heat. The room door didnt slam lock. I had to lift it each time we left.The water bottles were already open.Seems pretty Covid safe. It felt like they did what the could to keep guests safe.

Great hotel everyone makes you feel at home. This year we have made it our go to spot. Everyone treats you like family. I gave three stars because I lost a lot of money at the casino. Not their fault but mine. I digress, the atmosphere is amazing. Keeps us coming back for more. To me the most fun hotel and casino on the boardwalk. Lots of gaming to choose from. Hours past quickly. Rooms are comfy & cozy. Love this place

We celebrated my daughters birthday here and my 6 year old and 9 year old had so much fun! The staff was very kind, focus and super kind with my children. We are certainly coming back for more lessons and more fly!

Everywhere you go, over the announcement, and on the casino tv channel, about the technology of filtration system having 99% effectiveness against covid. Yet still have to wear a mask. If that system really is as claimed, no need for masks in my view. Too much loud music, so difficult to hear those youre with. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean.

Resorts casino is very clean and a nice place to stay. You have the opportunity to walk through the hard rock hotel without going outside.My son (12) and I I went swimming in their indoor pool. They also have a big jacuzzi. That was fun!I do think that they should work on updating the pool area, it has seen better days:)

We took a suite and we expected to get a nice view, the view was all the back of the hotel, Feels like youre sleeping in an industrial area and factories with noise all night. The WiFi is not good in the rooms. When we came to the room its look like they didnt clean toilet i didnt expect to see in the shower open shampoo and its feel like someone just was there before and its not a good feeling when u pay for a weekend a lot of money and u get it like that .Not recommend this hotel

This was probably one of the top 3 casino and resorts ever until the experience I had encountered here! I booked my first compt nights and checked in solo alone! Yet when I get back from playing my ex is in the room! We got into argument and I was evicted from property now I have been a player on their online site since the day the opened! And nothing mattered to the security there and it was all off them stereotyping me from beginning!

Well I loved it, its clean and quite where I was. Rendezvous tower 3600 floor and I met a very nice man we talked for 5 hours straight and I loved every part of it.

We visited the Resort one evening after dinner. It was a nice Casino they were following the Covid 19 guide lines. The Casino was clean no crowds and no hassle. We spend two hours in there, we had a great time. None of the people who were in our party won and money to talk about but a good time had by all. Would go back next time Im in Atlantic City...

I will admit I didnt give this place too much of a chance. Once I found out they dont match tier levels with anyone else, I decided it wouldnt be worth the effort to build my level here to earn comps.Pros: Lots of reasonably priced dining options in the food court. Appears to attract a more mature crowd than some of the other clubs/casinos.Cons: This casino has an older outdated feel to it. Mostly older slot machines. There were a few newer ones sprinkled throughout, but only a few here and there. It was kind of nostalgic. I found a few machines I havent seen anywhere else for some time. They are also not affiliated with any other casinos I could recognize except for Mohegan Sun, so your play wont get you much elsewhere. They also do not match tier levels from any other casinos.I doubt I could convince my wife to stay here. She prefers a more luxurious casino and rooms.

Nice clean place great staff but dont expect your $100 security deposit back they add resort fees of 98 dollars at the end of your stay deducted from security deposit, when they state all charges are due up front when checking in wierd

Even in a pandemic...I observe great concern and information posted along the day for all to uphold and Sanitation stands for added precautions.I went early 9am. I was 1 of the first 10 cars pulling into the parking lot....just so we could maintain Social Distance. (SD got hard as the day progresses 1pm as the influx of people started not to obey the masking and Distance policies by which time my party and I was exiting the park. Overall WE HAD A BLAST!

Really loved the penny slots because I won big-$50 and played on the machine for a couple hours. Drinks were reasonable before 7pm & we walked the boardwalk in the afternoon.

Great food options. Havent stayed there in forever. Always liked Resorts! What I lost somewhere else, I made back at Resorts! Yeah for me. Very good with the social distancing!

I got ill almost instantly after eating at the EastWind outdoor dining restaurant yesterday as soon as I was done eating. My stomach started turning right away after eating the seafood soup. Ive never gotten food poisoning, so this was my first experience with that, and it wasnt pretty. My husband had stomach distress also. I didnt stay at this hotel,so I cannot comment on that.

Liked that its not to crowded. Just 1 incident with a homeless lady in the bathroom, but they escorted her out quickly. Bathroom matron was very polite and friendly. Left a tip.

Ultimately, I won money! However the place was rather run down and a woman on an electric scooter approached us asking for money. We apologized advising we didnt have any small bills and she continued to push that she needed money for food and if we gave her money then shed give us the $2 change she had. It was a very awkward and inappropriate occurrence for just minding my own business at a slot machine playing a game in casino.We ordered food from the soup place and were happy with the clam chowder. The Buffalo chicken quesadilla from the burrito place was OK.Overall, there are so many casinos and restaurants in Atlantic City that I would not rush to return here.

Its not the same there. Everything is so different. And its not because of the covid19.You couldnt find machines that you wanted to play. The machines go from a penny and up in one spot. They should separate money amounts.It took me fifteen minutes to find a machine I wanted to play.I would not go there again.

Rooms are old and the sheets were dirty!Housekeeping did come right out with new sheets.No coffee makerSlot machines are set to take all your money.Table games are good, friendly dealersNever saw the drink lady all night!

Very clean and excellent precautions now during Covid-19. Felt extremely safe there this weekend. Staff are all happy, friendly and very helpful. Margaritaville restaurant was delicious and they went above and beyond ensuring the safety of the guests dining there.

We recently stayed at the Ocean Casino Resort and spa. We stayed in one of the suites. By far the best casino in Atlantic City. Modern decor and professional employees. Perfect mini get away.

My husband and I stay at Resorts everytime we visit Atlantic City. We love the Premiere suite..huge and a sit down vanity! Food is awesome at Breadsticks! Staff always friendly and I won a jackpot on the slots!

No coffee maker in room. Room had an odor. Bathroom very small, no counter sink. Plugs didnt work and were scarce. No kids channels available on TV. We were not allowed to bring in our own luggage. It had to be left with bell hop, who took over 20 minutes to bring our luggage to our room. They had to be called, or who knows when we would have gotten our luggage. Queen Suite was large, but way overpriced for the quality. I observed a man sitting outside of his room, watching something on his phone. The hall also had a strange odor. Lastly, room wasnt well lit. There was one lamp near desk and one lamp between the beds on the nightstand.

2nd time visiting with my family since pandemic and I felt safe! Pool safe casino safe bathrooms safe stores safe everything safe at Resorts. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping to the pool staff were very nice and respectful.

Spectacular views, wonderful outdoor park with fire pits. According to one couple we met, if you gamble in their casino, you can get free overnight rooms.

As usual, Resorts did not disappoint even amidst a global pandemic. My stay is always pleasant and the staff very accommodating. They kept their staff and guests safe and comfortable in all aspects from their rooms to dining. Great job, Resorts. See you soon.

Hotel rooms are usually great and extra spacious. Casino floor is now as distanced as possible and they suggest wearing masks. Great place to getaway without the worry!

This has to be old money here. There is not many updated machines. This was my first time to Atlantic city and machines does not pay. Its a .25 cent machine and for the life of me I cant figure out why these machine are so bad. I do like that this place is attached to the boardwalk that is why I gave it a 3star. I am curious what will be a payout for a month.

I had a great stay at Resort Casino Hotel. Its located directly on the boardwalk with a great ocean view.

The rooms here were incredibly comfortable, and the service from the staff was great. No request was turned down, though I will admit I didn’t have that many. I also find that they probably have one of the best comp programs on the boardwalk. The variety of games in the casino was also fantastic, and though I know this is chance, I feel like I did better here than at other casinos. With that being said, I hate a casino where I cannot order a drink from a touchscreen, and instead have to flag someone down... Resorts being the latter. The restaurants and stores in this hotel are all reasonably priced, and accept comp dollars to boot! Having said all that, though, the pool is great, half open air, half covered, and I look forward to staying here again!

We drove down the shore and stayed there from Tuesday until Saturday, it’s right on the boardwalk, near the rides, restaurants, free beach, casinos, no need to move your vehicle, security guards and staff always alert, very polite and helpful. Rooms were big and felt safe, everyone using masks, they check temperatures when you come in etc, pool was warm, my children and girlfriend had a great time!

Enjoy visiting and seeing familiar faces. A friendly place and always a great time!

The air condition in the rooms make a lot of sound and looks like since the hotel didn’t clean the air conditioners filters since close for covid. We have 2 room and same issue happens in both however maintenance come to the room and his answer “was there is nothing that I can do with the sounds and the filters”. We explained to front desk and since we have only have two room( under two different names) we can’t complain about both.

Resorts is the place to go in Atlantic City for savings..good food, nice, clean rooms and minimum tables...Little will take you far at resorts...

Never actually stayed here but the staff is nice. The Quick Bites restaurants are reasonably priced and there is a wide variety to choose from. Casino is decent and it is very possible to win some money. There is also shops, some of them including a candy store, and other stores. During the off-season or even during the week (not weekends) you can catch 5$ or free parking at the Resorts parking garage. Also right on the boardwalk.

Where should I start? Planned a three night trip to this casino and resort. Check in was easy but the staff lacked to inform the guest of different amenities that were not available. I called down for housekeeping and was told someone would be up to give me service. I went out for the day came back at 2am and my room looked the same way I left it.. How is it that this casino is CHARGING for resort fees of 81.00 When the guest has to make their own bed?????? I was really upset about this.. Not many restaurants were open but over all I made the best of my trip

Has an older feel to it, but friendly staff and very safe during this pandemic. Staff take your temperature upon entering and it give you peace of mind. Great food options and awesome for the DraftKings lounge to watch games

Ok you must wear mask in the casino, yes they take your temp every time you come in the building at any entrance, the food inside casino open until 2am and it is still alot of fun and people , also they have a big draft king bar for sports betters

This is one of my favorite casinos to go too. They have beautiful rooms, in a great location in the center of the boardwalk and I have not personally won but I have seen several people hit there on tables and slots.

Dirty rooms, old fashioned rooms in their “newly renovated”tower. Old western alarm clock no Bluetooth dock station. The tv does not have Pandora to play music you would have to pay $10 for 24 hours. Had to switch room twice the toilet was not cleaned it was dirty with rings and residue from previous guest. The walls are full of dust when you lay on the bed it falls on you. Totally unacceptable. I will never stay here. To think this is during COVID you would have thought the rooms would be clean.

Resort s its not like it use to be but now days what is i just went to use the bathroom. Is very clean that about it to use a Cabana Cabana is 350.00 dollars that just plan crazy that on. The surf side I m sure you can do better for 350.dollars

Im giving it one star because of a problem we had with management. reservations screwed up and after 3 days into a 5 day stay we were told we had to give up one of our rooms. We had 3 rooms but they only booked 2 rooms for 5 days and 1 room for 3 days. They said that they were all booked and couldnt accommodate us for 2 more nights throwing us out of the room and they wouldnt even help us find a room in another hotel. We had to get one 20 min away that evening at a higher rate. So guest relations sucks

Had a wonderful time the hotel really showed us a outstanding time. The manager Mr.Carlos was very helpful and courteous!! I was very impressed with how he handled our situation. I commend Resorts Hotel for having a person like Me. Carlos! He turned out situation around and let us enjoy out stay seamlessly! I hope he becomes a general manager or a regional manager. He will definitely be a great person when it comes to professional problem solving with no sweat!!! Thanks Mr. Carlos

My friend and l had a good time catching up with conversation excellent food and drink. Unfortunately the roulette wheel sent us home broke.

My husband and I booked a two night stay 9/27-9/29. We were placed in room 5506. I Always clean before settling in and as I was wiping down the tv cabinet a roach came crawling out. Needless to say I grabbed my belongings and headed to the front desk. The woman at the desk was very professional and attempted to rectify the situation by offerIng us an upgrade which I politely declined. We were refunded our money and booked at another place.

It was fine but there was no waitresss on the floor towards the back of casino. I had to walk all over to find one which I didnt, I had to ask a security guard to get a waitress, and that enemy took a long time, if I cant get a drink while playing theres no reason for me and my family should go to Resorts casino

Great place, the Five Oclock Somewhere bar is outstanding, and the staff are the best. Also Gallaghers Steak House is the best restaurant too, check out this casino, its fantastic.

This is the first Casino i visited in Atlantic City in 1980 it was the only one there it is a good operation. Sadly because of COVID-19 all Restaurants and Bars are closed except out door dining. Maybe Governor Murphy will rethink situation?

I love the results it has a lot of slot machines that I like very friendly people serving you food and Ive had never no problem theyre so Im the only like it I will return to results over and over again it is exciting there it has many restaurants and good food

Best staff in Atlantic city, except their security staff. A little over zealous and rude. Chinese restaurant is our favorite Chinese restaurant. Breadsticks is also serving great breakfasts, lunches, and simple dinners.

I like this casino a large variety of slots table games if your into that big place very clean relaxing I never had a room there so I couldnt tell you about that but the casino area is perfect even tho covid-19 is still an issue you have to wear face covering there are lots of hand sanitizer spots games are shut down for social distance but plenty of them are available for use

This is the worst casino for room reservations. 2 out of 3 times the type of room I reserved prior to my arrival was not available. They help you with reservation but then disappoint you when you arrive. I might as well cut my players card up because I will be taking my business else where. Worst hotel ever. Good bye resorts and I am sure ballys Ceasars and golden nugget will welcome me back. Oh and I was told check in was at 3pm and room wont be ready til 5 and it isnt the type of room i reserved.

It was my first time staying there and it was qreat ,clean, and the young lady who checked us it made us feel very welcome. The wait staff was the best room service experience Ive had in a while.

Dont let the prices of the hotel rooms steer you away, this place was nice. The room was extremely spacious, they could have added a full size couch and it still would have appeared large. Our floor was extremely quiet which led to a very relaxing experience. My only complaint would be the size of the television was small in comparison to the room size, and its awkward for a coffee maker to be located in a bathroom. Aside from those two minor issues our experience was really nice. Id definitely recommend getting a room here especially because it connects to the Hard Rock, no reason to walk on the boardwalk.

Security was very protective of my safety as well as others. They took our temperature and made sure we all wore masks. Scenery was great and the dealers were nice

Security is very unprofessional. Never been so disrespected in front of people after paying for my room. I was straight profiled as soon as I hit the floor then told me to leave. Then seen I had a room after I was asked for id and it was with my key.

I feel that Resorts has the best comp program. The rooms are very nice, most with a good view of the ocean, back bays or boardwalk. The restaurants are awesome. The casino has a good variety of slots and table games. The only negative thing I would comment on is why cant I ever win?!? :-)

The ocean town rooms are great, and nicely renovated. The rendezvous tower has the classic rooms. I always enjoy my stay here. But the air quality can be better. Every time the air blows out of the vents in the room, there is the aroma of freshly smoked cigarettes. Which is not good when you choose to escape the 2nd hand smoke from the casino floor, its interrupt the safe haven of clean air.

Had dinner at the Fresh Harvest Buffet here in the Hard Rock A.C . Price was 29.99 each but I still recommend this place. Food was all great ! Will definitely come here again.

Resorts casino is my go to place. Leary about going at all due to covid, but I did..Walk in front door and there was a purell stand my friend used it. I approached the casino another purell stand. Empty. Sat at our favorite machines nowhere to be found a purell machine, no one in site a person for cleaning down anything. My friend gave me a wipe to wipe down the machine with nowhere to put the sanitary wipe. Therefore that went in our pocket books. We were there for 4 hours. Dangerous

Went here to eat at the hard rock cafe. Inside looked clean but AC really went down the tubes over the years. That visit was my first time back in over 25 years. Alot of panhandlers, homeless and addicts
