Covid definitely took its toll...the casino was very empty and all entertainments like shows seem to be far from the madding crowd.Its good to see sanitation controls in place. Lots of alcohol and hand washing stations.The view from the suite it amazing. The beds were also very comfortable. Plenty of room for 5 adults. But why does the bathroom in the suite not lock??? Seems like a potential perk a boo show waiting to happen...

Feel safe. Rooms are sanitized and air quality in casino is top notch! Hand sanitizers and hand washing stations easily accessible and are all throughout the casino. No other place Id rather stay!

Not to bad. Our stay was great. Typically dont have any issues when staying here. The only issue I had this trip was with the Starbucks located inside the hotel. I ordered a Lg, and it was only half way filled. Didnt notice until I got to the room to add sugar.

Borgota is always first class. I didnt stay over this visit. But, they were no contact checking temperatures on the way in. Social distancing was practiced by everyone I saw. The card tables were sanitized after a player left and in between dealer rotation. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.

I never went to the Borgada before, but in Atlantic City Gohst town, thats the only place to go as of today.I give 4 stars, because it was good, although I couldnt bare the draconian face mask policies.I do understand the times, and they should comply with the law, but I cant say I have a 5 star stay.And Ive been to a much nicer hotels than this one, its not a 5 star hotel.But fine, its a great place to go, and probably better when its not during this given times.

Beautiful hotel! So happy they have reopened. Easy in and out parking in garage. So, so, so happy they now DO NOT allow smoking inside casino. Dangerous before Covid! Please ban it permanently! Please figure out the buffett! Absolutely was one of the best in AC.

Well I,m going you the truth it a beautiful place nice an clean . Not enough slots attendances around when going too the black jacket tables . The dealer are so eager of asking you for there casino card if you dont have one you can get one made up with proper I. D. Which is nothing wrong with that if you want to. Now if you say l dont want to show I.D just want to play then . The casino dealer stilate you of only making a min.bet. Which to me is not fair other casino around the areas dont have that rule. Any other then that it a nice casino.

They have a noninvasive way of checking everyones temperature at the door that I love. They also offer fresh masks at the door. The poker room has re-opened and has plexiglass separating the players giving the poker room a very safe feel.

I have to say I havent been back to the Borgata in sometime. Im pleasantly pleased with stay we just had. This just might be my goto casino from now on. Cant wait to return. Loved the clean rooms just wish I could get a Vodka and energy on the floor but I had a Vodka and coke instead. Keep up the good work and will be seeing you again real soon.

We enjoyed our quick weekend stay in the hotel. They did a good job at trying to maintain social distance by limiting the number of people in elevators and having remote check out kiosks. They also have heat cameras that check everyones temp on entering the building, which makes the process very smooth.Everyone wears masks and hand sanitizer stations and hand washing stations easily available.The only complaint I have is the room had 1 outlet by the bed. I def need more to charge various items, and 1 outlet was very frustrating.

My husband and I went for 2 nights and everything was very good. The room, staff and check in and out were very easy. We had a beautiful view and my whole stay was great!

I had an awesome time at Borgata! My wife and I spent the night at Hard Rock but didnt win a dime there! The slot machines were sooooo tight we decided to make it over to the Borgata! We made a decent come back! Thank you for saving our time down the shore!

Had dinner at Isakaya. Food was good and service was excellent. Did a good job with social distancing and Covid precautions.

Really nice suites. Pool is by appointments on the weekends due to covid. No microwave on the rooms. Casino has a lot of wash stations which is a plus. Wash wash your hands very important with covid.

Well, I want to say I loved it but there were a lot of people. Not many available machines. Had to go down at 6am to find open machines. There is also no where to eat during the week besides the bread and butter Cafe which is delicious but takes awhile to get the food. The marketplace only has a couple places open as well. Great measures taken for safety and sanitation which was really nice to see. They updated most of the machines so I was thrown off by the new layout but new options are always nice. Overall I was happy but would have brought snacks or stuff if I knew everything was closed.

One of my favorite casino/hotels in Atlantic City. If you do end up at the borgata I would recommend dining at the buffet. Unfortunately for me last time I went it was closed, due to COVID, but it is one of the best buffet that I have experienced. The kitchen I all open so the food is made right in front of you and you can tell the chefs have skills. Of course food is number 1 haha. Casino would be number 2 because it’s always clean, people always look nice, and I win quiet a bit there. Third would be the hotel, they have great customer service, pool, and comfortable rooms. Only little downside about Borgata, for some people, might be the location because you are not on the boardwalk. Outside of that it’s a great place to spend the night

Bottom line- borgata is one of the best, if not the best, casino in atlantic city. the people are always nice. casino is clean.i think the FEW and I mean like 4 or 5 who find the smallest of issues to come on here and write a review in hopes to get comped, etc - take it with a grain of salt and try it out for yourself. don’t judge borgata based on the few negative reviews and base it on the large amount of positive reviews.everyone is entitled to their own opinion and i have to say this place is definitely worth it

I am sharing my experiences with you with the hope that it provides valuable feedback to your organization to make necessary corrective measures. First, the room that I stayed in was not clean, of which I have taken pictures. For example, the glasses provided were dirty and when I asked the housekeeping woman to provide new ones, she explained that she rinsed them in the bathroom sink. This is unacceptable to me and especially during the COVID pandemic I would expect a more thorough cleaning of items that guests put their mouths on. Second, I had a very negative experience with the pool manager. The line to get into the pool area was extremely long to begin with and the pool manager was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all to his staff. Guests were not treated according to what my standards are, and I spent nearly a decade in high end hospitality environments serving guests at different locations.I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my four night stay at Borgata and I will share with everyone my negative experiences because guests deserve better especially considering the cost of your rooms.I welcome any additional questions you may have - I can be reached via email at: [email protected]

Very nice compared to other casinos in AC. Starting to hit that age when it is getting a little bit rusty and could use an overhaul. But still the best around.

Its always been a great place, but the parking area by the door where people are allowed to go out and smoke has become so disgusting. Cigarette butts all over the ground and it smells. Clean it up!

Beautiful, contemporary, and well maintained room. Very comfortable stay and a great view from the 30th floor, oceanside, that our room was on.The casino itself is also in top shape and an emphasis on Covid safety measures is evident and welcome.

The Room with Great, I had a great view. they was a clean sign sticker on the door. But I had Found trash underneath the couch. I do not like the ideal of the bathroom only Having Two wash cloth., But having several hand towels and bath towels

The Amphora lounge/buffet was a big disappointment. Waited 45min. to get in, and then another 35min. to be acknowledged at the table. Then another 25 min. to get hot food that was delivered from a food runner. The food was also mediocre. Fried pork chop was dry and burnt and lacking sauce. Prime rib and cod was decent.

Love this hotel and casino. We love a little place called Bread &Butter. Great for quick bite and the food is excellent. They are now open for dining 25%. If you need something quick this is the place. Try Wiggly bacon cheese, the greatest grill cheese sandwich!!!!

I have been coming to Borgata for 8 years in a row. It’s my favorite spot in AC. However this time, after COVID even though everyone is supper safe with all the necessary items(glass window, masks and hand sanitizer) in every corner the rooms are quiet dirty and dusty. The shower walls and door and sink were not clean at all and had soap veins in everywhere) side bed tables and tv stand were full of dust and had water lines from previous clean ups. We changed the room once because of the bathroom and the other room they provided has the same exact issues.Wonder what they clean except fixing the beds?!

Did a nice job considering covid. Noodles of The World eliminated their wonderful pork & noodle soup. New Italian restaurant named Angelines (by Michael Symon) is the best thing that ever happened to Borgata food. Mammas meatballs with homemade zitti is heavenly. I grew up near Little Italy in Baltimore so I know meatballs. New York to Florida you wont find better. Excellent Manhattans also. Service was perfect.

There is an endless variety of slots. Any amount you wish to spend. Any type of slot you like. However you must have a $5 bill or larger to insert cash into any machine. Any denomination on a voucher is fine.I also earn credits on a free vegas casino app (Pop Slots) which I can purchase rewards to use at Borgata.They also installed wash sinks near entrance/exit to help prevent spreading germs.It feels a bit pretentious at times but simply move there is more than enough room to find a comfortable area that suits you.

I didnt really like the rooms. The rooms looked outdated and the bathroom water pressure was too strong/tiles in shower were out dated also. For a high end hotel that charges high prices that never really go down it should be more modern. Only thing I liked was that they had a full gym and the pool area was nice. This hotels player card did not give complementary parking. Going in everything was clustered together from casino/check in and stores. No privacy from outside people not checking in

Loved this place. They are on it with the safety standards and the cleaning. They even have hand washing stations on the casino floor. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Security is stationed throughout the place.

To start, the parking lot is very clean and well maintained. The casino decorations are beautiful, good place to take your Instagram pictures. The casino itself has a lot of machine choices, the staff is very friendly and bathrooms are clean.But, I just wished there were more and bigger signs. I was having trouble finding my way back to the garage .

Perfect combo of newer slots and my favorite.... The older slots. Great food choices in the food court. My hubby loved the Philly steak sub from there and i loved the poutine fries from burgers and fries. Clean and safe

Was very impressed with the safety standards they had in place. The casino was very clean and secure. This was our first real outing since Covid started so we werent sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back.

The room was clean the service was good check in was fast and the best check in I ever had up till now. I forget the persons name but it was between 600 and 7 pm on thursday night. Very pleasant room service was good. I got a burger and my friend got a salad and a pizza. Not bad moderate price.

Borgata is one of the best places in AC! They have more variety of table games and usually do not jack up the table minimum like some places. Good restaurants! Better than Harrahs in many areas.

When we walked in, the woman in front of us was not wearing her mask. As we were playing a slot machine, our masks had drooped under our noses, when a very rude security guard walked up to us to tell us to pull our masks up. We were playing the Filnstones slot on Sunday at 1220pm. He could have asked nicely, not making is feel like we were toddlers. We immediately cashed out and decided not to gamble another cent in this establishment after feeling humiliated. There are nicer ways of telling folks.

Its a casino. Under payed employees bark trained phrases at you to ensure they correspond with their companies guest interaction policies. Gratuity is present but unmentioned because it makes sense that a workers earnings should be governed by the generosity of the masses. Make sure you drink lots of overpriced water and leave your hotel room an absolute wreck. Also please be sure to fall on purpose in view of passers by so you can get a hefty insurance payout on your way home considering you maxed out your credit card and youre on your way home to an empty refrigerator.

I walked to Borgata from Harrahs and I walked through the casino. Its a very nice place. I will try to make my way back over there. I just found out last night that theres a boardwalk that goes from Harrahs to Borgota.

They are trying their best but the obstacles the dipstick governor keeps putting out with no rhyme or reason has some of the workings gummed up. Drink and food service is still in disarray. But the place is clean and safe.

Very Great Hotel, very clean doesnt smell like cigarettes like most places. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The food selections are nice and not too expensive. My only complaint is that check-in and check-out take a bit too long. Self check-in machines would be awesome

Taking pretty good covid measures. Shocked how many people were there though. They need to have their touch less doors open on the garage floors. On the 4th floor they didn’t work which was not sanitary. Overall room felt clean and employees all had masks on.

Borgata is a beautiful hotel n casino. Our room was very nice. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and casino, everywhere I looked someone was disinfecting. Plus, there is hand sanitizer every where, I felt very safe. All the employees throughout the hotel and casino were also very friendly.

Nice, clean, easy assess, you have someone there to test your temperature before you enter the casino floor, they are constantly protecting you from any virsus. BUT just cant win any money. MACHINES ARE VERY TIGHT....

Mask required inside. Not too busy like before even on a holiday weekend so it was good. They have food downstairs in elevator lobby which is convenient, food court is open and food outside in their public garden is available.

I dont mind, but the body scans for COVID makes the pathway to enter much longer. Nice but far off the boardwalk. Also could not arrange a time to pick up ime for the promotional gift via phone, but their email one week later said I should have dropped by.

Great service. Good social distancing controls. Casino tables hard partitions between every seat, and slots only had every other machine operating. Felt relatively safe considering the current pandemic climate. Would recommend :)

Had a wonderful time with the wife. we had a whirlpool suite, ocean view just beautiful. Noodles of the world is a must try. OMG it was delightfully delicious. Staff and room service was prompt and checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend for a must stay if u need a night away from it all and most of all it cost under 300 bucks how do u beat that

No temp testing and lots of people walking around without masks. Didnt stay long enough to gamble. Seemed like a nice place but... just couldnt stay.

If you like Atlantic City this is fun. The room was clean, but the views are better at the oceanfront resorts. The casino has a more up to date appearance than many others. The staff is nice and efficient. They comped a comedy show on a Tuesday night stay which you might not expect to get midweek and the show was good! The Old Homestead was great. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Atlantic City among all the upscale dining places at the resorts.

Its still the best casino in Atlantic City in my opinion and the only casino that has poker back again. The food at their in-house Asian restaurant (I forgot the name of the place) was absolutely delicious which I paid with the comp dollars that I earned playing poker.

This is a beautiful hotel. We upgraded to one of the suites and Im sure glad that we did. The room was very large and spacious with an excellent view of the marina in the ocean. Front desk staff was very helpful and check in with quick and easy. The hotel casino area is loaded with lots of different restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual food court. if youre into the gambling the casino is very large with many different slot machines and tables.

More alive than the other casinos in AC, off the strip but dining and entertainment options are excellent, clean rooms and great perks.

Gorgeous hotel, the best in Atlantic City. We spent a fun afternoon and evening here. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is so elegant and spacious. I wish we could have stayed overnight... maybe if we hit the jackpot one day! Lots of things to see and enjoy. Very classy experience overall.

Covid restrictions are being enforced. Not much to do except gamble or sit by the pool. Sunbar was nice for outside dinning. Beer garden was a mess because of the wind. But still, we had an enjoyable stay.

Its always been my favorite casino.I have to say The borgata doesnt look so spectacular like it once did.The Hard Rock, casino looks amazing. However , I can say atleast when your playing slots at borgata it pays better than Hard rock.

Clean and constantly sterilizing this casino does the best they can above and beyond in the middle of a pandemic the only issue is they only allow outdoor seating or you have to take your food back to the room the Metropolitan which was one of my favorite restaurants isnt even open and unfortunately the Suites are not available as well but its still worth a nice little getaway just dont think about getting access to the pool youre going to wait hours

The Borgata is a nice place to gamble. But if you need to use a restroom. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find one. Very difficult to locate one and no signs to help.

I was a long time customer The Borgota used to be so much better. I don’t know what happened but they really took a turn for the worse. I like the Hard Rock so much better much better atmosphere and fun sorry Borgota but you are BORING you lost another one

The best spot for relaxing and a fun weekend! workers are very professional and kind. The restaurants are amazing, love to try the different ones they have. Night club is really cool with great music, cant wait for everything to open back up again
