Took my favorite ladies here for there birthdays. The atmosphere is beautiful, calming and inviting. These young ladies aim to please their customers. Highly recommend!! My family had a great experience here!!

The service from beginning to end was amazing. The salon is beautiful and inviting. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. And Alicia did my facial, the best most detailed, informative, relaxing facial I have ever had. And I have had facials in many top spas. Alicia is worth every cent but bring a nice tip because she puts in work.

I loved environment of this spa. They had flat screen TVs and complimentary wine. They did a great job on my hands and feet. They are a little pricey, but well worth it.

Man they have the most relaxing mens pedicures in the world!!! This is a really cool and funky spot. They massage your feet like you are a king! The service is excellent!

We had a girls spa day. It was an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I had a manicure, pedicure, massage and facial. All of the services were phenomenal. I cant say enough about the owner J Lynn. She is amazing. When Im in Atlanta I will definitely be visiting. You wont be disappointed.

THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTINGThe first time I visited the Posh Spot it was great, my nail tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and my SNS manicure was beautiful! However, every time since has been a poor experience. Three times I tried to stop in to get my nails done, but they said there were all booked up. They used to take walk-ins, if that policy has changed then that should be made more clear on the signage and the website. My schedule is so busy that I am typically unable to make an appointment, I have to go when I have time. Today (July 23, 2019) was my 4th time attempting to get my nails done here. According to the signage and their website they open at 10:00am. I sat in the parking lot in front of this establishment from 10:00am-10:25am and no one ever showed up. The lights were off, the door was locked, it appeared there was no one inside, and no one was answering the phone.This might possibly be the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had with such a high quality nail salon. It really is a shame because they do such amazing work, but I don’t know if I will ever attempt to do business with them again.

I have been a loyal Posh Spot customer for four years; Ownership of the location changed hands earlier this year and my first several visits post change were up to the usual standard. My last three visits have changed my opinion of the place and I will no longer be a customer.First, they have started charging a 9% service tax. Call this what it is, a built-in tip--that would have offended me less than them calling it a sales tax and getting into a debate about it with me when I questioned the unusual charge. (I am a CPA and GA does NOT impose sales tax on spa services.)Second, when I called to make a follow-up appointment, the call sounded as if they were driving and had to change my date and time numerous times.Finally, on my most recent visit today, I showed up prior to my 1PM appointment time, only to sit there past the appointment time while then being told the esthetician could not make it to work today. The location opens at 10AM; surely by the time I needed to leave my job to arrive timely they knew this situation was unfolding and could have given me a courtesy call. Lets also be clear, if the situation were reversed I would have been charged my full fee given the 24-cancellation policy. Do not waste your time, or your money; My business has been moved elsewhere.

Can’t keep appointments, poor customer service, and no attention to details. I scheduled two appointments and confirmes female therapists; one appointment was for my wife and and the other my mother - for Mother’s Day. My wife was scheduled for the very Sunday of Mother’s Day when all my wife should be thinking of is to relax.....Well, she showed up and there were NO therapists available. My mother on the other hand was scheduled for today (week after Mother’s Day) and this time, they had a male therapist when a female therapist was requested and confirmed - my mother declined the service and left.In both occasions there was a gentleman that works the front desk that displayed a displeasing dispositions and tone when conversing with him. We will NOT use them again and I suggest you think twice before booking an appointment. It’s important to note that since the change in owners the quality of this establishment has declined because under previous owners, my wife have had no issues.

I had a pedicure with Elaine and it came out beautifully. I thought she did an excellent job all around.

Had a great massage today! Will be back for other services as well. FYI, there is a new owner and any gift card purchased before March 14th of this year cannot be redeemed. I’m trying now to contact the old owner to get the money back from my gift card. The new owner J Lynne is really understanding and wonderful

Shantice was great and knowledgeable. She gave some pointers on nail care and took good care of my natural nails.. only didnt give 5 star bc the tech doing my boyfriends mani and pedi didnt seem very experienced.

I scheduled an appointment for my mom and I at posh spot for a Saturday morning and there were a couple of ladies who apparently arrived late and continued to add a ridiculous amount of services. Although I had to wait longer than usual, the owner, J. Lynn, bent over backwards to ensure that my mom and I were content while we waited. We were offered tea and other beverages; then she added complimentary scrub upgrades to our pedicures, a facial, and delicious wine .

Staff was very nice, but I didn’t even have my nails done for a week and at least 4 of them cracked, and the clear polish is peeling off of just about every single one of them. I have been getting SNS for a year and this has NEVER been an issue. Terrible quality for paying $65 just to get the original SNS soaked off and then just normal SNS. Went in to speak to someone, they took pictures of my nails and said I would hear from the owner, but they have yet to reach out. Tried out this spot because it was closer to my house, but I will definitely be making the drive to my usual spot due to the better price and MUCH better quality.

Cute little nail shop in Vinings. Very clean and organized. Customer service is amazing. I received a lovely pedicure from Treva. She was very sweet and did a very good job. I would highly recommend. Its higher scale so I would recommend making an appointment because they try not to have too many people waiting around. Its not the best spot if youre in a rush. I tried to come here before but there were no available manicurist, so I made an appointment. That was the best option. There few spaces in front of the shop, so the parking garage is the better option when looking for parking.

While this nail salon is kept up nicely, I went once on Mothers day and I vowed never to return. I love to support small business that have amazing customer service, but I was so outdone when I visited this salon that I had to write about my experience. I made an appointment for myself and my mother the Saturday before mothers day, but my appointment started an hour after hers. When I came, I asked if they could get me in any earlier, they said no. I left and came back a few minutes before my scheduled appointment.I asked to change to a pedicure that would not take as long, because my moms appointment was taking much longer than scheduled and the OWNER told me that I could change to a different service, but I would still get charged the price for the more expensive service, however she gave me a coupon to come back and receive 15% off my next service.Well when I spoke to my mom about what happened, she told me that 5 minutes after I left, a lady came in without an appointment and they got her right in. She knew this because the lady kept praising (loudly) for fitting her in. Are you kidding me? I will never be back to this nail salon. I have been sure to tell all of my friends about my experience. I never post reviews, but I felt that this experience was so awful, that I wanted to be sure that others know what type of salon they are visiting before their appointment.My suggestion to the owner is to understand that good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately when customers receive bad customer service, a 15% discount on your next service is a freaking joke.

Had an amazing time with the ladies the did our toes. Loved their attention to detail. Good relaxing vibes. Can’t wait to visit Atlanta again for another trip to the Posh Spot!

I was blown away by how welcoming and calming everyone was. Im visiting from San Francisco so maybe Im just experiencing southern hospitality, but I dont think so because this experience was more than just the customer service. Yolanda is so talented and personable. My nails look incredible!! The vibe of the shop is warm and relaxing. I highly recommend Posh Spot!!

I have not experienced their services just yet but the location looks tranquil and comfy. The owner was also pleasant and informative of the training of the technicians and services they provided. Looking forward to my appoint!

Color is cute but the heel of my feet was the reason I went. Nice place but wouldn’t recommend for someone with dry heels. Heals feel the same as before I went

If I could do no stars, I would. SNS treatment was awful. Nails peeled off the day after. Paid for an hour facial and massage and only got 45 minutes, IF THAT. We had a group of 6 and their massage therapist was LATE and we werent even able to get the last person massaged. wouldnt recommend.

I was looking for ideas for my wife for her birthday and was referred to Dawn and her spa, The Posh Spot. Dawn helped me pick out a package that my wife would love. As a mom of three boys, she needs all the pampering she can get and she came back relaxed after her spa day at the Posh Spot. I will totally be back when I am in need of other gift ideas for my wife.

Despite the calming atmosphere and nice, professional staff, I will never come back to this establishment again.I went in to get a very simple gel manicure, which in my experience usually takes 45 minutes to an hour total. More than two hours later, I walked out $60 poorer (Im from the north, THIS is expensive for a GM) with atrocious nails that Ill probably have to pay to get fixed. I told my technician (I didnt catch her name but based on her lack of skills, Im guessing shes brand new) multiple times how I wanted my nails to look (square with rounded edges) but after the fifth time, she still did not get it. I approached Treva (who I understood to be the head nail technician) who told my technician for a sixth time what I wanted and physically showed her how to do it.At this point I shouldve just paid for services already rendered and walked out but I decided to give my technician one last chance; clearly that was a mistake. Theres polish where there shouldnt be and no polish where there should be (like on the tip of my nail???), my nails are still filed crookedly and way shorter than I ever wanted.A word of advice The Posh Spot: train your technicians on basic nail maintenance before you put them on the floor and allow them to take paying customers. I have never been more frustrated or disappointed in a nail job.

Nice spa experience. Massage therapist Prince, made me feel like a queen! The massage and treatment were very nice, professional, relaxing, therapeutic and most of all totally indulgent on a day that I really needed it all. All staff were great. I enjoy coming and will continue to come as often as I can.

My husband treated me to a Perfectly Posh signature manicure and pedicure as part of my birthday gift. I was very impressed with the level of service and also the ambiance of the salon. I overheard the total when he came back to pick me up and pay (Its definitely not inexpensive), but I think its a nice indulgence if you can afford it or are treated to the services as a gift, as in my case :)

I came on a Friday afternoon for a manicure. I was the only customer there. Receptionist was nice but woman who did my nails was almost rude. She made no attempt to help me find a color I was looking for and was visibly angry when I decided to change my color when she tested the color on one nail. Facility seems clean but choice of colors was very limited. There are much nicer nail salons nearby.

Im want to be unfair here and not tell you the name of my favorite esthetician but that would be a huge disservice! Her name is Venivia and she is amazing! I dont know how she does it but she remembers every detail Ive told her before.About the place - the waiting lobby is a little small in general but its VERY clean and fresh. Everyone is always so nice. The prices are a bit up there. Its Vinings - What do you expect? Overall, enjoy your experience here. Its worth it!

I’ve officially made my last visit. Used to be a great place to get a pedicure. The last 2 times I’ve been my pedicure was rushed, streaky and frankly as waste of time and money. You’ll be missed Dawn. The quality of the salon has taken a major nose dive. Goodbye posh spot!

My wife made an appointment for a massage and later asked to delay the appointment by a couple of hours. This was agreed. My wife then received a voice mail saying a mistake had been made and the appointment would need to be later than that agreed. I tried to telephone them but got the voice mail. Left message explaining that the new delayed time would not work and would therefore need to reschedule for another day. Received an email saying their policy was to charge 100% for a no show despite it being both their error and being informed in advance the new appointment time would not work. Totally unacceptable practice!

Everybody was super friendly and they took their time and wasn’t in a rush. Everything is clean and they have many services to choose from.

My husband treated me to a pre-Christmas treat at The Posh Spot. I received a massage and it was an excellent experience. I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant staff, warm and elegant ambiance and the owner! My massage therapist, Prince, was professional and well trained. I told him I had a lot of tension in my neck and upper back and he spent time to massage those areas. I felt so relaxed and it was honestly one of the best massages that Ive had. It was my first time there but will not be my last! I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend to anyone who wants the royal treatment in spa services! My aunt also received a fabulous pedicure and she agreed that the atmosphere was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed her services.

Just got my nails done by Tiffany this past weekend and it was by far the best mani/pedi I’ve ever received! They have amazing customer service and I’d highly recommend.

Ive been here 4 or 5 times over the past few years for pedicures and they are consistently very good. Today I tried my first massage service with them and it was excellent.

Lovely little gem in Vinings. Available services include manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and massage. As a man, Im very comfortable in the environment. The technicians / therapists are very good. I enjoyed an exceptional, deep tissue massage today.

I have been getting my nails done at the Posh Spot since 2009... it is a relaxing EXPERIENCE, no other nail place compares. When i want to treat myself i add a facial for some bonus me time! :)

My sister went to this establishment for a 5 hour $500+ spa day with her friend on Saturday 4/1/17 as shes getting married this weekend. The way she was treated was HORRIBLE. After leaving a poor review on YELP she was THREATENED by an employee of the spa who told her if she didnt immediately take down her bad review theyd release video footage of her public drunkenness on Facebook & Instagram. My sister had T.W.O. glasses of wine & was in no way, shape, or form wasted. I have added Screen Shots of the messages to Google. A lawyer has been contacted as management had nothing to say and no apology to offer when they were contacted. If you want to visit an establishment that threatens their clients then this is the place for you.

I have trouble skin at 24, and this is my go to place!! If i had a bad breakout, i have to see Vee, she puts on a peel and extracts all my gross bumps, she even gets the cystic ones with no scar! Amy is good too (she will let you leave with the peel on if you wish to sleep with it on, that didnt help myself personally but i see how it could help with tougher skin. Vee is the best and im very thankful to have found her. Layout is gorgeous and prices are about 100 to 150, but worth every penny!

The receptionist was terribly rude. I’d never consider this place again, given there are many quality nail and spa salons in the area.

I went to this place yesterday as my GF scheduled me an appointment for an oxygen mask, mani & a pedi.My oxygen mask was good. I forgot the name of the girl that did it but she did a great job . . After that I proceeded to get my mani pedi. Felicia had me pay $20.00 TO SOAK OFF 6 NAILS. 6 short nails that barely had any product left on them was $20.00 to soak off. Then she had an attitude because I needed a soak off and said she didnt have time to do that.

I am not in the habit of spewing negativity, but as a hairstylist with over 35yrs experience I was extremely disturbed by the way my friend and I were treated by management when there was a discrepancy about an appt wed made with The Posh Spot for my 60th birthday.Id purchased a deal on Travelzoo for either a massage w/mani-pedi or facial w/mani-pedi with a glass of wine, which was never offered or served, even when I asked for it.Upon arrival I learned that theyd not included the mani-pedi part of the deal on the schedule, AND they were booked! Now mind you, Im looking forward to ALL my services because Im turning SIXTY!! She was disrespectful rude and loud,,, she yelled at me!!! In front of of other guests and workers!!!Who yells at a guest who is here to spend over $300+tips in your place of business? Is that your management style?THE most worst mani-pedi experience Id ever had in my life, and I left with no polish, on my way to my 60th birthday dinner!!!! I was disgusted and hurt the whole weekend long!!!After the tired mani-pedi, I had a facial, which was great, and she gave me extra love due to the what she witnessed us going through with the manager upon arrival; but because the off scheduling, I couldnt get my nails polished. I was so disgusted I couldnt totally relax during my facial! Excuse me, but do we go to the spa to relax or what???I was just so uncomfortably pissed, and in turmoil with myself because I was trying to calm myself down which was causing a clash within my spirit on my 60th b-day.The manicurist rushed me (due to mgmt) to get to her next client and I got a wham bam mani-pedi!!! She polished my toes with my leopard sandals on and then proceeded to spray some fast dry concoction all over my toes,,,AND my SHOES,,,SMMH!!! Thats when I asked for a glass of wine,,,which I never received!!!Once it was time to pay, the manager didnt apologize for her outlandish ghetto behavior, but she did offer me a credit for free facial or a massage that would be there for me for whenever I choose to come back. But, when we got into the car, my friend explained to me that she was the one who went to the manager to let her know that her that basically she was wrong and her behavior would prompt my friend not to refer her many sorority sisters to the The Posh Spot for any of their services based on the way the manager treated me. My friend does know a lot of people here as a professional woman who travels here all the time, but she also has family here as well. My friend made it clear to the manager that shed be referring no one to The Posh Spot and that I deserved some kindness.But with me being in the beauty biz for over 35yrs, I myself knew that I was not being handled properly over THEIR mistake! I mean, if you put out a business promotion, would you not be aware of the services offered by that promotion, then proceed to short change the client of the promotions offered and be rude to boot? Hell no!!!So today I called to use the credit, lo and behold, who answers the phone? The manager, who then proceeds to get amnesia abut the credit for the massage or facial. She said her notes spoke of me receiving a credit for a mani-pedi! Ok,,,so do you really think Id be willing to go back there to get another 20min wham bam service and to get my shoes sprayed again???? NOOO!!!!! Thats why I know I wasnt promised a credit for a mani-pedi, I would have turned that down immediately on the spot in her face period!!! AND I would have never picked up my phone today to call that wratched place back for more ridiculousness!!!Her solution was to credit me the price of the mani-pedi towards a massage, but I was so turned off by flip flop change of terms! You see, Im not interested in giving them a dime of my money until its clear to me that the manager had a change of her evil heart. To tip my masseuse, no problem, but I could not consciously spend a dime there.I turned down the credit, she didnt offer to keep her word, she then dismissed me like a flea. Therefore this post

No room in waiting room for more than 3 people. The place is tiny. Never offered me a menu for pedicure options so I didnt get what I wanted and saw on their website. Pedicure chairs look cute but are terribly uncomfortable. Horrible attitudes... I told the lady working on me about my ingrown nails and she snorted and said what do you want me to do... I told her they hurt and to remove them and she replied... So you want me to perform surgery today? How unprofessional and sarcastic. The lady next to her with a LITTLE more class seemed to find her sarcasm amusing. I couldnt wait to leave. Never again and dont waste your money!! Overpriced and rude is something a mediocre salon cannot afford.

THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS SERVICING ME SHE LOOKED AS IF SHE DIDNT WANT TO DO IT HER ATTITUDE WAS VERY NASTY SHE DIDNT SAY MUCH TO ME AT ALL WHILE SERVICING ME IT WAS JUST AWFUL IF I EVER VISIT AGAIN I WILL NOT WANT THE GIRL WHO SERVICED ME AGAIN!! I THINK HER NAME WAS LESLIE IF IM NOT MISTAKEN! OH MY GOD I WAS SOO NOT SATISFIED MY POLISH EVEN SMEARED AND SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO FIX IT! #SOOPISSED
