A 5-star hotel, this luxury accommodation truly exemplifies that sought-after Four Seasons aesthetic. Spacious rooms feature marble bathrooms and giant beds, with beautiful carpets and seating areas. Some have balconies overlooking the city, too.A high-end health club, an indoor saline pool, and a sauna and steam room ensure you can keep active and pamper yourself equally. Staying here means starting your day with breakfast on the terrace overlooking the hotel’s atrium, and evenings spent in the stylish bar.Location: Situated in Midtown, this top Atlanta hotel is just half a mile from the High Museum of Art. Piedmont Park — complete with a running track, pond, and botanic garden — is under half a mile away.

My wife and I wanted to stay in Atlanta in the 4th of July and stay in a hotel with a view to see some fireworks. We chose the Four Seasons and we weren’t disappointed. The room was clean and quiet. We ordered room service from the onsite restaurant and it was delicious. The bed was super comfortable, and the water pressure was strong. We really enjoyed our stay!

Where do I even begin?? I got married there a few days ago and can honestly say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience! They are super attentive and professional and went out of their way to make sure that our day was fabulous! Marc Mansour and his team were amazing! He replied to every email, returned every call and answered every question that I had. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel and the superb service they provide. We will definitely be back and book them for further events. Five star for sure!!

My wife and I had a terrible experience with Four Seasons! We arrived on 10/23 after upgrading to the suite we knew that we would have a pleasant stay, wrong! Upon check in we were told that we would receive amenities for the Spa package, which we didnt receive until 10/24 after 11:00 at night. The next morning we went down for our spa treatment and ordered breakfast which was very nice! My wife and I decided to go out for the day to explore Atlanta, but when we returned to the hotel things took a turn for the worse! My wife informed the front desk staff about the breakfast table still being in the room, and they said they will send someone up to collect it. Upon getting on the elevator we were greeted by a staff member that told us that he was surprised that we were still here. This made my wife very upset because this was supposed to be our honeymoon weekend. Keep in mind this is our first trip since we got married in 2017. To help make my wifes stay a little more pleasant we decided to order in room dining, which took our dinner almost 2 hours to arrive. The hotel staff didnt give us a courtesy call or anything to inform us there was a delay. My wife had to go down stairs and complain with front desk staff before they delivered our dinner. It was not until 20 mins later that our dinner arrived (10:51 p.m.) and our breakfast table was removed from the room. My wife was in tears by this time. Shortly, after our dinner arrived our dell rang and it was a front desk staff member with our spa amenity and a card apologizing for the delay and asking if there was anything she can do to make our stay more comfortable. Keep in mind it is well after 11 p. m.. that she offered this. That same night my wife asked to speak with a manager, but was told that she will not return until Sunday morning. The following morning we ordered breakfast and asked again to speak with a manager. Shortly, after sitting down for breakfast the manager came in and my wife explained what happened over the course of our stay. The manager didnt seem to care very much about what was being said. However, she did ask what she can do to make our stay more enjoyable. I think she missed the fact this was 8:45 a.m. on the day we were to check out. I wrote this review to give a BIG Thanks to Four Seasons for ruining our honeymoon!! If you dont have celerity status or look like you have money this is not the place for regular people. Just a heads up its a waste of time to contact corporate, if management cant resolve your issue. My wife has tried reaching out to them and still have not heard back.

I give the four seasons five stars with caution. I will say that their service was spectacular my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We celebrated our one year anniversary and indeed the four seasons was a splendid staycation. Sometimes it just lies with the small things that make a huge difference. And there were a few small things that we found to be concerning. For for instance not having a hook on the back of the bathroom door to put things on also the refrigerator not having enough room to put necessary things in because all of it is filled with stuff that you have to purchase. How the outside balcony smelled a cigarette smoke smoke for half of our time. There were a few more little things but not worth mentioning. Nevertheless the service here was the light. The spa the sauna the pool and the overall service at the restaurant was exquisite. It is worth traveling to if you have not gone.

I chose this hotel so i could rest in a sanitary and peaceful environment after giving birth. My expectations were high because of the five diamond rating. I guess i was expecting perfection. The food was delicious, I love pancakes so i get them where ever i go. They did not disappoint. But i had to wait to eat them because they forgot the syrup. The portion size for $10 hashbrowns was a bit small but they were good. They lose a star because i had to wait an hour for breakfast the second day, and because their was no price list for the minibar. If I am charged for coffee, after the front desk said it was complimentary, i am going to be upset. I would DEFINITELY stay again.

This was my first stay at a Four Seasons and I was quite underwhelmed. We were celebrating our babymoon before our first childs arrival and I was very excited for a local staycation where I could feel pampered. Like many locals, we suffered a multi-day power outage following Hurricane Zeta but decided to make the best of it by seizing the opportunity to celebrate. The room description specifically stated a corner unit away from the elevator with sweeping city views. We were assigned 1108 - directly across from the elevators in the middle of the 11th floor.Im a light sleeper and asked for a quieter location, which the front desk kindly accommodated. We were moved to 707, still not a corner room, but it was further from the elevator and quieter. In my mind, there are four corner rooms per floor of the building. It seems this room type needs to be more accurately detailed online as its a specific price tier for a quiet corner room. The room was quite small for $650 a night. While the sheets were quite soft, the beds seemed small (being pregnant I sleep better in my own bed right now so we got two doubles), and the streaming options were rather dated - either a Chromecast which didnt work or MyAway app streaming compatible only with an iPhone/iOS device. I have a Google phone that runs on Android. Being cautious of the virus, we were planning to stay in and ended up streaming content from my small work laptop.I was a bit thrown off checking in when my card was taken to the back for verification without explanation. After about 10 minutes I was told the address was incorrect so I pulled up my bank statement to confirm there was an error. After another several minutes with my phone in the back, I was offered an apology and told I was correct. It was an embarrassing ~15 minutes standing and waiting, unsure of what was happening, only to learn they needed to verify I could afford the room. It was a bit insulting. I lived in a high end ski town where rooms were close to the same rate and that didnt happen to guests. Also, I was told itd be a 1 PM checkout but got a call at 12:20 informing us wed overstayed. I found that funny because the gentleman next to me at check-in was offered, unsolicited, either a 1:30 or 2 PM departure, and he elected for 2 PM. I remember thinking how lovely that was. The inconsistency was disappointing after being treated like I couldnt afford the room.If Im going to spend several hundred dollars to treat myself for another staycation Ill likely look at the St. Regis, or even The Whitley, a Marriott luxury brand where a SUITE is noticably less expensive. It seemed we were paying only for the brand. We opted to cancel our second night, three spa appointments, and Bar Margo reservation as our experience simply wasnt fitting. For reference, we were in a pinch the night prior and stayed at a nearby Aloft in Alpharetta to figure out next steps. That room was only $106, had larger beds and more updated technology, and the staff was extremely polite. The only difference we perceived in our experience was softer sheets, marble bathroom, and grander entrance/decor.

Not anti Covid-19 friendly.I took the elevator quite few times and I never saw anyone cleaning the buttons, nor there were protective measures in place, such as disposable tissues or anything to avoid direct interaction with the elevator, which is a major source of contamination. They only have Valet parking, and they did not allow me to self park my own car. This is very unhelpful to avoid getting Corona virus. In times such as this they should have prepared their garages for self contactless parking.I always stay at Four Seasons while traveling for business and they are always very luxurious and clean. The rooms here are luxurious, however not very clean, I found trash in my room from previous guests. This was the first time I was staying with my family on leisure, and that was disappointing

The irony, was reassured the rooms were extremely clean. Had to switch rooms. The first room was nasty, hair on the floor, grease and food stains on the dresser, hair on the bathroom floor, the pillows were dirty, so of course the bed sheets were not clean. With Cleanliness and Sanitation being a priority, it wasn’t this particular stay. Seems as if they were only assigning rooms on the second floor. Then the deal breaker....awaken in the middle of the night to find ants crawling and covering the night stand, in the bathroom sink. Called down to the front desk and no answer. Whatever you do, refuse the second floor!! BTW, check your credit card statements. Community Microwave is extremely unsanitary....Stay away!! As the guests walked away from the desk(which is a table 6ft away from the front desk), they were almost sprayed with disinfectant....I can’t make this up!!!

Enjoyed an amazing Detox massage on my birthday by massage therapist Mary. When I arrived at the front desk, Taylor was so welcoming. I was escorted to a relaxation area and from there to my massage room. My detox massage started off with a dry exfoliation and then Mary used therapeutic essentials oils to assist in detoxification. The essential oil blends used were aromatic and very soothing. I am an essential oil fanatic, so I was super excited to experience the detox massage. And it did not disappoint. Mary was phenomenal. I prefer medium pressure and she was right on point with the application of pressure. Happy that I chose this massage. Exceeded my expectations. At the conclusion of my massage, I returned to the relaxation lounge and enjoyed a glass of champagne and some snacks along with some citrus infused water. After relaxing for a bit, I decided to walk up to the private terrace and enjoy the beautiful day and relax for a bit more. My spa day was a very nice beginning to my birthday activities. 5 stars to Mary on the massage.
