Perfect place for a more intimate experience with the artists and crowd. Food is insanely expensive but thats just how they make extra money. Best is to go to lunch or dinner right before this place. Bring a hat and shades, the seating is in the open sun.

The show was AWESOME. The venue was average at best. The tricked us into paying more for a table seat, which when we arrived, was the same seat as the rest, with a dirty, rickety folding table, blocking the aisle way... it was ridiculous, and likely a fire hazard. The food and drinks were horrifying. A $4 tiny bag of horribly stale popcorn, a $7 “jumbo” hot dog, which was a regular store bought 25 cent dog on a soggy bun. Absolute rip-off, but other bring in good shows.

Love this amphitheater at Chastain Park. Easy to get to and easy to get out. Parking runs $20-$30. Its also nice that for most shows you can bring your own food and beverage. Ive seen Alice Cooper and Adam Sandler there. The seats are a little tough, suggest bringing a seat pad. The lawn is has some stadium seating structure instead of the typical slanted lawns at most amphitheaters. Bring your blankets. Shows typically dont start on time as they open gates 1 hour before the show is scheduled, not leaving much time for people to get in, get concessions, bathroom, and visit the merchandise booth. While you can bring in food/drink most of the time, it might not be feasible on week night shows with people coming from work. One show started over 30 mins late and they were still trying to urge people to get in their seats because the place looked so empty to the artists performing. Food and drink prices are decent, comparable to most venues.

I always enjoy shows here, even though they seem to have to end before 11 PM. I get why, it is nestled in the apparent middle of several subdivisions and nice houses, so noise ordinances will be strict. Its a little tough to navigate the roads surrounding the area, so early arrival and late departure is suggested (or the patience to sit for a bit in traffic)

This is my second time to come to this venue. 10 months ago I saw the Revolution 3 Tour, with Stone Temple Pilots, Bush and The Cult. I really like the venue, with the exception of the restrooms by Gate 1. They are not air conditioned. Later, I found another set that are, but just a heads up. There was great sound and you feel really close to the performers. I even got to TOUCH one of the singers I came to see. Jeff Gutt of Stone Temple Pilots. He came out into the Audience and Gavin Rossdale did as well ! It was Amazing.

Great venue...pretty much any seat in the house will have at least a decent view; sound is of high quality. Seats are not the most comfortable so recommend bringing some type of cushion that you can get for concerts/games or a blanket for padding (if you intend to sit for most of the show). Some shows allow you to bring outside food and drinks, definitely check beforehand as it is very much worth it! Free parking is available if you go all the way to the venue entrance!! There is a ton of paid parking further out that I think people see first and end up utilizing.

Excellent seating arrangement, not a bad seat in the house. We had great box seats. Parking was $25 for a few hours is a bit on the expensive side but worth it for me as we were able to quickly leave. I would recommend 2 major upgrades that can easily be applied: 1) Add bigger screens- at least 5 times bigger and 2) Need a covering, awning or canopy over the amphitheater for rain and sun protection, even if it is retractable. If these are done, you will see every event sold out and satisfied patrons! They can really afford to this this. Otherwise, it is worth a return revisit!

The show I attended here was great but as far as the staff goes I believe that I had a very different experience compared to some of the other reviews. The staff was extremely rude and hostile. When I walked in I was greeted by a fairly kind staff member who told me that I could take pictures in the venue before the show started but that I couldn’t take pictures during the show. Once I got to my seat I decided to take a picture of the EMPTY stage but as soon as I pointed my phone I was yelled at by an old lady who said that we were not allowed to take pictures. I agreed even though I was still confused because the first staff member told me I could take pictures before the show. A couple of minutes later the person that I attended the show with went to get a drink but was gone for a very long time so I decided to text her to ask where she was but as soon I pulled my phone out the lady came up and yelled that had she already told me that I couldn’t have my phone out (she did not. What she said was I couldn’t take pictures) and said if she saw my phone again that I was going to be kicked out. It is also important to notes that at this time there was zero signs around the venue stating that we could not have our phones out before OR during the show and the sign stating that we couldn’t have our phones out during the performance did not pop up until 15 minutes after I was yelled at. Almost everyone around me had the exact same experience with the lady after I did most likely due to being given inaccurate information by the employee at the entrance and the lack of signs. I think everyone there shared in my uneasy feeling throughout the whole show because we felt that if they even saw a peak of our phone that we were going to be kicked out. I will never be attended a show here again.

Venue is horrible, lack of adequate parking to accommodate all customers who have purchased tickets at the venue. The worst part is the concert I attended was not even sold out and some people came by uber. Despite all of this, traffic was backed up getting to the venue just to find parking. If you arrive on time youll miss nearly the entire concert in traffic just to find a parking spot. The only options available are literally parking on the street or parking a mile away and walking to the venue. In addition, once you make it to the venue entrance there is no organization at all, so be prepared for yet another wait. Also, they require you to open your purse and any bags to check for security and scan your entire body with a detector for weapons. Ive never experienced anything of this magnitude going to a concert, I felt like I was getting booked into prison, with the exception of not having to give fingerprints.Lastly, the audio is horrible in this place and the biggest disappointment was they didnt even have the side projectors on displaying the stage/show so that anyone not within 20 feet could actually see the concert. On a positive note, the few moments we did manage to catch of the concert the artist we saw was incredible, just raw talent.
