We walked in on a whim. My wife and I were treated well and greeted quickly. The escape room was Christmas themed and very fun. Sam was our facilitator and was very helpful especially went we accidentally brute forced a puzzle. We were required to wear masks and gloves so we felt completely safe. Would absolutely do this again. 10 out of 10

My fiancé and I did the High Noon in the Old West escape room last night and we have an incredible time! All staff followed proper health procedures related to COVID (e.g., staff wore masks, provided masks & hand sanitizer). Jarol was our intercom guide and was excellent! He allowed us to figure things out on our own, but would also provide tips here and there to help us along. Although we did not solve this room, we had an exceptional time and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! :)

Abbey was quite possibly one of the best game masters that we have ever had. My husband and I played The Grand Zepplin at the downtown location. From the moment we walked in the door (actually before, since we got lost and had to call) Abbey was extraordinarily nice, professional, upbeat, and had a great attitude. We have only played two or three games with live actors, but she made it exciting from the very beginning. She was engaging, very good at being able to read us as players, and kept in character so well I think it was hard for her to break out of it when the game was over.Because we loved Abbey so much, we played two more rooms at Time to Escape before heading home to Kansas City. Thank goodness we did because The Launch was our last game in Atlanta and Ben made it clear that good game masters are a common thing here! Even though we came for the last booking of the night (10:45pm), Ben was still just as excited to have us there and made it a really good experience. We had a few technical issues during the Launch but Ben was on top of it. While keeping in character, he would immediately let us know if he thought something was wrong and corrected it so we didnt miss out on anything. Game masters who watch that diligently are unfortunately not too common, but Ben handled every curve ball that came up extremely well.On top of great employees, the rooms themselves were great! Puzzles were unique and fit to the theme, the set design was very good, and the plots flowed very well. I would highly recommend this company to any new player or enthusiast that makes their way to Atlanta.

Great experience! We had a group of 6 coworkers, price was reasonable as well as time allotted. With regards to COVID, masks and gloves are required the entire time. Which wasn’t bad at all, sort of added to the mystery experience! Abbey was amazing! She kept our group laughing and engaged from the moment we came in. Definitely would recommend as well as request Abbey for our next group visit.

I loved the place because its perfect for social distancing. You can just wear your masks in the rooms with your party if youre suspicious of their health. Each party has their own room. If you are in need of help the attendant can see you from the desk and offer assistance through the intercom no need to talk face to face. Great brain tease game.

The Downtown Atlanta Time To Escape was a great experience. Our host and actress Parker did a great job setting up, acting out, and guiding us through the grand zeppelin room. I would return to any escape room led by her again. TALLY HO!

It was awesome! I came with family and friends. Its kids friendly and my 1 year old enjoyed herself. They have very nice workers. Mask are required and its very clean.

I came with 2 YouTube stars Jhai Flow and Jimmygotsoullll. We had a blast. This is the place to come if you need something fun to do. I actually found some clues.

Friendly staff and enjoyable puzzle experience. We were able to complete on the rooms within time with just 2 players. Some of the physical components were showing some wear and tear, though not enough to impact the experience too much.

Super fun! It was just my son and I doing Al Capone’s Speakeasy. First interactive escape room we’ve done and we loved it. Alex was awesome as the bartender and the rest of the staff were all friendly.

This is my first time doing a room (actor’s room), it was a lot of fun. Abbey had great personality. I definitely recommend to try a room at least once. I’m hooked for sure.

The escape room was pretty good. The room was a challenge but reasonable. The best part was the employee Parker. She was so much fun to have as “part” of the game. 10/10 would recommend again because of her.

I invited a group of friends to this experience to help celebrate my birthday on a Saturday night. Our Co-Pilot, Hannah, was very helpful and did a great job. My advice on how to conquer these experiences, especially like The Grand Zeppelin, is if you have a group of people, then split up. This way you save more time and will also have a better chance at getting all the clues. My group did not complete the experience in the 60 minutes allotted, but if we had 5 more minutes, then we would have. Regardless, everyone had a great time and said they would try another experience, which is great. The only complaint is the fact the A/C was off and the main room was a bit hot. So, it would be nice if management would turn on the A/C on the weekends since the space is a bit confined. Besides, this, if youre interested and want to try it, then I say go for it.

For our son’s 8th birthday, we did the Grand Zeppelin with Andrew. He effortlessly hosted our party of six loud and excited boys and four adults through this adventure. He was very patient with the kids while managing to stay in character.I found the game play to be challenging, but not impossible. The decor and set dressing were well thought out, with multiple layers that helped sell the scene. There were some fun gadgets and unexpected surprises that provided a rewarding payoff.After the Grand Zeppelin, we retired to a party room which the staff had set up for us, complete with tables and tablecloths for both serving and sitting, chairs, balloons, decor, and the necessary trash can. We brought in pizzas, cupcakes, and some other snacks. The kids had fun and we wrapped up and headed out once they started popping all the balloons.My son and his friends enjoyed the room and party. It was a rare kid’s party where the parents can actually participate. The staff took care of all our needs and gracefully accommodated our rowdy crew of second graders. I would recommend this as a kids’ party destination, and I’d like to return without the kids to try the room again.

Parker was one of my actor’s for the event. Great attitude and stayed in character. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which she conducted herself and made the entire experience pleasurable.

We were staying in the downtown area while visiting family and always try and do an escape room wherever were traveling to. Time to Escape definitely lives up to the great reviews - so much so that we decided to do two of the rooms in the same day! The Grand Zeppelin and The Launch were both phenomenal rooms - both in how well they were designed and decorated, and in how interactive, interesting, and infuriating (in a good way) all puzzles were! Jaryl was our in-room actor and our helpful robot arm for both rooms and made it so we had an absolute blast. The added element of playing a character in the room makes them even more fun.Would definitely recommend Time to Escape for anyone who loves escape rooms or someone whos looking for a place to start - these rooms are some of the best weve ever played and we wish we had more time in town to do their other rooms!

I talked my friends into going to an escape room during our birthday vacation. We happened upon Time to Escape while walking around The Hub. We picked an easy option since some of us had not been to an escape room before. Derek walked us through the signing up process and helped us get started. He was very friendly and professional. He even took our photo when we saved Christmas. We would definitely come back during another trip to Atlanta.

Well this being my first time ever going to an escape room, I really dont have anything to compare it to to say if it was good or bad. I can this though. We had a great time. At first it was kind of hard to get started as we were all unsure really where to start. But once we started getting more and more clues it all started making sense.Unfortunately we ran out of time and didnt escape our room. But definitely thinking about going back and trying again.The staff was great. Friendly and helpful when we needed them. The place was cool looking and very well built and realistic and well kept. Everything worked!!

We have never done an escape room. We did the Saving Santa room, we had 2 adults, a 12, 9 and 6 year old. It took us a bit to get rolling but thanks to Santa Evan we got the hang of things.Overall it was a great family experience! The staff was great Santa Evan deserves a Christmas bonus. ;) The facility was clean and safe. The kids are already asking when we can go back for other adventures.

Andrew ensured our group of nine year old girls had a blast in the Grand Zeppelin Escape room. All of the girls thought it was a great party and want to go back. Best of all, the party was easy to plan and implement! Highly recommend!

We had some friends come into town for the long weekend and we found a Groupon for this place for all 6 of us ... we did the space themed room (rated medium-hard) and Derek was our mission control for the hour. The technology and little details of the escape room blew any other one we had done out of the water. It was awesome! And most of all Derek was very fun and helpful prior to going in and during our mission. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an out of this world experience.

I haven’t done a lot of escape rooms but I have never done one with a “co-pilot” to help us along the journey. Hannah or “Wel” was amazing. She stayed in character the whole time. And I loved her accent. She was very friendly.Things did feel a little chaotic with a larger group. I think I prefer a smaller group escape room. It’s easier to keep up with what’s going on. But that was not of any fault of Hannah’s. Just my preference.

We did two rooms while in Atlanta for Christmas. Four team members had done one escape room experience before and it was the first time for the other four team members. We tackled the Grand Zeppelin first and High Noon second. The moderator was better (more on top of getting us our clues and more in character) for the Grand Zeppelin, which helped the experience. The High Noon was a little more frustrating (due to late clues or sensors not activating correctly), but still a lot of fun. We took along a toddler and a baby and they did great - especially in the Grand Zeppelin room. The family is definitely hooked on the whole escape room experience.

Lots of fun but that depends on who you take. There are different levels of difficulty and 4 themed escape rooms that typically take about an hour. You can choose competitive level or causal which determines the number of clues staff can provide. Although all of us made it out, not everyone does. Overall good way to spend some time.

The Zeppelin was my favorite room!... and Ive done the Launch and Saving Xmas before. This one includes a live actor, which made the experience even more fun, and Jaryl did a great job as co-pilot. I wanted to do something together as a family with my kids and this was the perfect choice. My 13-year-old had such a great time that he cant wait to come back!

This is one of the best rooms we have ever done (and we have done many). The staff were super friendly. The room was different from what we have done in the past, but definitely challenging. We got out with 4.16 minutes to spare. We will be back to try the others.

My boyfriend’s nieces never haven’t been to escape rooms and this room (Great Zeppelin) was the BEST for them, the younger one enjoined so much. Our game host Evans was amazing. We all pass an amazing time and a funny experience. Totally recommended.

Ok, this Escape Room was absolutely CRAZY FUN! I had never done an Escape Room before and was hesitant at first but my friends kept telling me I should do it as they have done them in the past and enjoyed it. I thought $30 was a lot at first but as I began the game, It was worth every penny! The guy who led our Escape Room was so in Character, he spoke in an accent even before the game started and I thought he was legit from Britain, but then he broke character afterwards and I was SHOCKED! He was astounding at his job and was in character before and after the Escape Room. 100/10 recommend

So.much.FUN as a team-building experience! Jaryl (William) was an awesome co-pilot. We completed our mission...sort of, kind of. I’d definitely go back with my family.

We were in town for DragonCon and had the chance to try out the Grand Zeppelin room. Every aspect of the room was great! The theme was complete and carried through every puzzle, and there was enough to do that we didn’t have people tripping over each other or feel like we just couldn’t get past one point. Our Co-pilot Evan was fantastic! He stayed in character the whole time and kept up with our crazy group rather well. I would strongly recommend Time to Escape to anyone! Having done several escape rooms I can easily say this is one of the best!

Loved it!!! The Christmas themed “easy” escape was a blast! My daughter and I did it alone and was a highlight of our trip to Atlanta! Shout out to Evan who gave us just the right hints when needed!!! We’d definitely go back!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Awesome place. We did the Launch escape room and everything was really well thought out. The puzzles and codes were a lot harder than at other places which we all appreciated, as many escape rooms kind of make you feel like youre being spoon-fed the answers. Also, the aesthetic was awesome and its clear that a lot of time and effort went into this place. Would definitely recommend for any group or family.

Phil was our co-pilot and he was great. He has a wonderful attitude, funny, and his British accent makes the experience better for some strange reason. I was in town for my birthday, I tried to do as many things with my friends who also flew into Atlanta. Thank you Phil for the great experience, it was my first time doing an escape room and I loved it.

Had a great time doing the Mars themed escape room with family. We made it out with seconds to spare! If you need help, theyre happy to give it via loudspeaker. I do wish they had a few chairs in the lobby so you can sit and wait to sign the waivers or for your scheduled time to come. Derek was very helpful!

The room me(13), my mom and my dad went into(Zeppelin) and it was amazing. Our actor, Jarold, was extremely funny and helped us soooo much. I would recommend this to anyone! I loved it! It was so interactive and the puzzles were difficult but they all made sense. I would gladly do another one!

Well designed room with lots of fun puzzles. They pay great attention to detail. We did the Launch room. It’s nonlinear with each “crew member” performing their own tasks to achieve liftoff with help from the others. I’m eager to try the blimp one.

Last minute booking with friends and we had a fantastic time!! First time doing an escape room, and it was lots of fun. Friendly staff who gave us good instructions, but then it was on us. And we escaped!!

While we did not actually escape, we had a blast (even with a baby and 5-yo in tow!). They advised us well and helped us navigate the schedule of experiences. It was particularly hot in that room with not much ventilation - I recommend dressing lightly! Overall: very positive.

We had a fantastic time here! We had our 6 and 3 year old kids with us. Our host Emily(?) was great with directing our 6 year old to puzzles or tasks that were at her level. We all enjoyed the first room so much that we stayed for a second room!The in-room actor was also a great experience. We will be back when they have new rooms!

Charlie!! He was AWESOME! We were a group of 3 adults and 3 kids, ice breaker situation. My family is from PA and we will be going home talking about the Grand Zepplin escape room. The kids were so engaged! Kudos on the theme and the use of Charlies role. He really did a fantastic job.

I brought my two kids aged 10 and 12 for their first ever Escape Room experience, and Time to Escape did not disappoint!! Phil was a fantastic host and was so accommodating. My children loved it SO much they wanted to do a 2nd Escape Room the same night, and Phil made it happen! The rooms were great and had some tricky but fun clues. Next time were in town, well do The Grand Zeppelin, which sounds very unique. This place is a little tough to find as it is an underground mall but worth finding it.

This was a lot of fun, and a very different experience from other escape rooms Ive done. It was very cool to have an actor in there with us (Phil was awesome!) - he helped guide us and kept us in character and in the moment. Very fun, Id definitely do it again.

With 40+ rooms completed, this wasnt my favorite room. Our group of 4 (all of which who have completed 40+ rooms each) found that the puzzles were long and tedious in The Launch. Granted, it was rated medium-hard difficulty and perhaps our group of 4 was too little to get the tasks accomplished in time. What we found frustrating is that 1 it took a while to get our clues and 2 some puzzles did not work correctly. I do appreciate how the puzzles progressed and how they worked together. Ill do an update if come back for another room.

Just went there today for a friends birthday. They were super understanding of us being pretty late because we were caught up in a car accident. Gerald was really good at acting as our copilot in The Grand Zeppelin. We all had a really great time!
