The Christmas lights were wonderful, however, Im upset that theyve taken my favorite ones away, and Im not sure if Ill be going back to see the lights. They only have a couple of lights still there that I do like, and I can see them from the road, anyways.The park itself has always been one of my favorite places, though, and I do intend on going back for a picnic once it warms back up.

A perfect night to walk around the park and look at the beautiful Christmas lights. Had a wonderful time with my family.

Ill sit here for hours and enjoy the sites and sounds of small town life. Also the best local pokestop central!

Ive always enjoyed visiting Central Park since I was a kid. So many great memories and now I can take my 3 children to the newly updated version which still has some of the older equipment that us parents and probably grand parents remember!! Lots of fun to be had and my kids are already asking when we can go back.

For decades central park has provided my entire family a place for family reunions. Also we travel as far as from Florida to see the Christmas lights. Ive been coming here for over 40 years.

Its great to go sit by the pond and feed the fish bread. They come up to the surface and some are small and some are huge! Lots of people go through walking or riding their bikes. They have a public restroom and they are well attended. They also have a ballpark for kids.

Good sized park. 200 squirrels in residence. Lol! Good quiet place to relax. Ill be back!

Dissapointing park. Dont get me wrong there are tons of playgrounds and lots of nature which is lovely, but the entire thing just isnt made for people to actually use. There are no dogs allowed anywhere in the park, even on leash. There are no bikes allowed in the park either, even on the wide paved path. There is only one walking path in the entire park. They managed to build a massive road right through the middle with hundreds of parking spots but obviously ran out of money before they built the paths, making for a miserable walking experience. They need to close off the through road connection in the middle so vehicles dont use it as a cut through, there are so many cars in this place it just ruins the nature.

The park needs new more modern restroom facilities.

The park is beautiful accept around Christmas it pretty then u just dont see anything pertaining to the true meaning of Christmas it all about fairy tells an myths so I dont go

In town for a few hours, but had read the reviews for this park and decided it would be a good place to let our 4 and 5 year old boys get rid of some energy. Great playground, lots of shade, not all sun. Decent public bathroom. Not disappointed!

The winter wonderland lights in central park were absolutely beautiful!! My mom and dad used to take me all the time when I was little and now Im happy to be able to take my little love!!

This is a good place to go for a picnic or to get fresh air. Lots of takes are available as well as multiple playgrounds for the kids.

Peaceful, plenty of shade , kids love feeding the squirrels and fish thats in the pond, and playing at the playground .

City workers try and mostly succeed at keeping very nice and maintained. I always enjoyed taking my kids there . They have new playgruonds since mine were little. Their always trying to make it better an safer.

I love this place. Always go there with grand daughter. She loves it. Gets her out to be active, out of the house and get fresh air. Theyre putting new equipment in. They have already decorated for the lights for Christmas!!!

Went to go see the Christmas lights on Christmas Day with my children and grandchildren! What a fun and lovely and magical way to finish a wonderful holiday! This Will definitely become a new tradition!!!

I absolutely fell in love with this park! It has lots of shade and a paved walking trail. There are plenty of places to park. There are lots of playground equipment scattered about for children of all ages. The smaller kids have their own play place. I will definitely be visiting here again.

Had a wedding here and they were great to help out with everything we needed. Excellent customer service and a beautiful venue.

Grew up here. Takes me back to youth, TSF&R days, my daughter Lisa playing there and building snowmen as a child. It is truly a treasure!

I came her as a kid and loved the play sets that were offered. I also love the fountain and how shaded the park is. The Christmas Lights in the winter are also fun to see.

We had a wonderful time walking around looking at the trees and the water.

Its a good sized park with plenty of playgrounds and picnic areas. The fountain is a nice place for pictures as well as just general sit and relax. They have been building/modifying the playgrounds. Theres tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and even an area for horseshoe. Theres a gazebo stage that has small musical acts perform there regularly on the weekends and its right next to the library.

Free to public sports areas, tennis, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. Can enjoy nature and wildlife, squirrels and birds are nearly everywhere inside park. Decorative fountains and small botanical garden towards the hospital side of the park, make for a peaceful place to take a break.

Its a nice quiet place. It has a kids play ground that Is fenced in. Picnic tables and grills to use. Has a nice pond. And bathrooms on property.

Love this place. It’s been here since before I was born & it’s still a great place to bring the Kidd, walk the dog, watch the people or the squirrels! Peaceful & clean!

Love all the remodeling they have done and are doing. The improvements have made the park more fun and safe for the kids especially the younger kids.

Love the park. Its got a calm and serene atmosphere great for relaxing but also a hearty energy on the basketball and tennis courts for those who want to get some exercise and fun!

One of the most beautiful parks that I have visited. I love that Ashland maintains such a wonderful spot to sit and have lunch, or walk around with friends and family or to take your kids to to play.

Its a very nice park, love walking through and taking my son. Downside injuries on faulty playground equipment, one parent sliced her hand on the climbing rope to the pirate ship the the wires were frayed with all protective tops coating off. With a little tlc things would look better. The donations and revenue funded the park playground equipment shouldnt be in disrepair.

Beautiful park. Beautiful pond with a couple fountains and huge goldfish. That was really cool to see. Lots of playground areas. A small homeless situation that may make you feel a bit uneasy to be here alone, but well worth checking out.

Its a little piece of nature in the middle of town

From Minnesota here visiting my children and grandchildren and took a side trip to Ashland central park to see the Christmas displays. Walked around the perimeter as a family about 7 pm and found the location very family friendly, beautifully decorated with the spirit of the season. Felt safe and inviting to us as visitors. All of the strangers we encountered were friends in no time! Thank you folks from the city of Ashland...

Great park and new equipment

Very peaceful and I love watching the kids enjoy themselves.

Its a nice place to walk with a pond that u can walk around as well it has fish in it. During the Christmas season they have it all decorated and play Christmas music and they have a Christmas train that you can ride and enjoy the lights around the park its a must during the Christmas season.

I’m always amazed at how clean this park is. It’s a park so there will be trash but considering the amount of people who visit there, it’s a nice place to visit or have lunch. My kid loves it. As a photographer I use this location pretty often but I can change this up and each client can have a unique experience because the location has several spots to choose from.

This is truly a beautiful park! I cant wait to go back in the next couple weeks. The trees are starting to bud and the fountains in the pond are just great! The trails are nice and meander all around. I absolutely loved it!

Great park with lots of options for things to do. Very safe and fun! I recommend the newer basketball courts through.
