We moved here when the original owners owned it and it was okay. The driveway is, and has always been, very steep and not well maintained. Once the new owner took over and hired a “manager.” It went downhill quickly. They don’t manage, they threaten to get what they want and they allow their adult family members to run amuck. They are absolutely awful. You also shouldn’t notify the owner. He lives in California and he absolutely doesn’t care other than collecting money.

Park manager allows her son and other residents to run wild, my home was repeatedly broken into my mail was stolen until the day we moved. her son threatened me w his wife and his sister i wouldnt recomend this park to anyone who expects to be treated fairly or expects managers to actually manage.

The hill goes straight down when you go in so I dont know how people get out of there in the winter. Its hard to get down and up that hill in regular weather. It wasnt well maintained either. It needs to be cleaned up.
