Let me first say that I do NOT live here. But were looking for a place to retire to. I read many of the 1 and 2 star reviews. It seems to me, that many of these people have a minor bone to pick and as a result, are badmouthing the owners. The owners seem to be responsive to even the most negative reviews. It also seems that they want their park to stay clean and quiet. That appeals to me. People seem to badmouth them for the most trivial things. Again, I dont know the owners, but I give them credit for being so professional in their responses. I dont think my responses would be so polite! Its almsot like some of you are purposely trying to ruin their reputation. Well, Im not falling for it. Theres ALWAYS a few people that try to ruin it for the rest of us. I just wanted to add my two cents.

I called and asked if he had any rentals available and I explained that I had two small dogs and two cats and all he said was Im sorry sir and then hung up. Real professional sir real professional. Didnt even give me a chance to explain myself or ask any information about myself. It was really rude and get if you dont allow pets but all you have to do is maybe give me a recommendation for somewhere else that does instead of just hanging up on me. I wouldnt want to live in your park anyway.Keep up the good work !

Be careful staying at this place if you have a RV. While staying here, the faulty wiring to the RV spots caused a massive surge and extensive damage to my RV. Owner denied any wiring issues. Be cautious.

When I need to visit a mobile home park, I chose this one. Seriously, Im not sure why it says I went here, but I suppose Ive driven by it a few times. Maybe theres a nearby stoplight that held me up for a few minutes, which led Google to think I had visited this place.

Too bad ZERO stars isnt an option bc thats what it would be. If you are a Professional with a Skilled craft in the construction industry steer clear of this place.. The owner says he tries to stay away from renting to construction workers bc of the problems they generally bring.. Second note I guess this jerk never has car trouble. I was backing out of my RV spot into the guest parking space headed into work on night shift and my driveshaft fell out of my truck. Since I was in a guest parking spot I left my truck parked there and rode my Motorcycle on to work. I called to schedule a tow truck to haul my truck back to a shop near home two hours away. Before the tow truck could ever get there the Do Boy Resident Manager places a note on my door that my truck had to be off the property immediately.. Thirdly I had a kid that is like a son to me come to visit. He explained his current situation and how he needed a job so I hired him to work nights. Figured Id help the kid get back on top of things by letting him stay with me until he drew his first check. One morning after work the kid was enjoying a cold beer by the river after a long night of work when he was approached by the owner of this rainbow coalition. He tells the kid he cant park in the guest parking places. My question what purpose do they hold if guest cant park there. Undoubtedly this Jack*** dont believe in helping people.. And treats his Trailer Park like its Trump Towers or something its a Trailer Park there Jack***!! Then low and behold heres the Ole Do Boy manager again leaving another note on the door stating I had to be off the property by noon..(Keep in mine my trucks still in the shop) my rent is paid up until the first. So I speak with our family attorney on the legalities of eviction with such short notice and the fact im having to now pay someone to move my RV.. stay tuned like episode of Paul Harvey for the rest of the story!! Until then Support your local 81 Red & White!! #REDANDWHITEDAYANDNIGHT181%

This place deserves ZERO stars. The owner is terrified of it actually being a trailer park because of the negative connotations that might come with. Because of this fear, he has created an environment that is uncomfortably sterile and, actually, kind of terrifying. No bicycles. No cats outside. God forbid you have something on your porch. Have a child? Probably best if they don’t play outside. He is fearful of his tenants having any character at all. He will single you out if you don’t fit into his ridiculous notions of what a tenant should be. Live here if you like staying inside a white box with the blinds closed. Live here if you like being micromanaged, criticized, and judged. But seriously—live ANYWHERE but here.

Unless you have perfect credit and a great income which excludes the disabled as we do not make enough for their acceptance to rent. Yea the disabled has yet again has no home.

The living space wasnt bad, but for what we were paying it wasnt worth it.The craigslist add also lied and said that water and internet were included.Internet is included but you can only access it on one computer, the network is terrible, and its a better value to just get cable internet installed. There were lots of problems with things breaking, and the vent above the oven let in cold air during the winter, driving up our electricity costs. Not really worth what you pay to live here.

If I could give a NO stars, I would!! The property owner who lives on site is a sexist pig and tries to enforce policies that arent even on the lease if he doesnt personally like you. He will also sabotage your place if he wants you out and then tries to force you to pay thousands of dollars over what the damage is worth. Also, the water bill is ridiculous! And the so-called wifi is bologna too. You can only have one device connected at a time, and the guy on Lot 7 who runs the internet for the property - well, save his number, - youll have to be in constant contact with him if you want to stay on the crappy connection.
