I went here a few weeks ago, and I will say as many mobile homes as there are, they do a good job keeping the place up and rent is reasonable given where you are. They were also very nice. I will be keeping an eye out on a mobile home here because I will be close to everything I need and on the bus line which is a big plus for me.

Very clean mobile home park. Glad they pit the street names on the board as soon as you pull in to help you find your way cause its bigger than it looks. I got confused the first time i went in there.

They have alot of stuff going on. The have a large trailer park with over 100 trailers. They also service any problems that may happen with your home like your plumbing or your electrical. They also will cut your grass if you pay monthly. They also have dumpsters for throwing away all the trash you build up, dont need to haul it off or carry your trash can to the end of the road just throw it in the dumpster. The guys who are over the trailers are nice and work with the people who live here. If you get behind on your payments they will work with you. The staff is really nice and helpful and will send you too places to get you some help if you need it. Its a great place to live where they keep things under control. So if your looking for a place to live check out moss enterprises.

Excellent price for the space! Some maintenance needed and the neighbors are questionable, but its still great by Asheville standards.
