I love it. I just discovered it since it’s near my apartment. It has place to gather with friends and path for walking and cycling with the beautiful sound of the stream.

Nice park for short walk and bike ride. The playground is also wonderful for the kids.

Excellent sports facility for baseball and soccer in South Arlington. The baseball fields are generally in good shape and the facilities are well-kept. The fields have lights, so games can be played at night. The community center there a gymnastics area as well as basketball.

Great sports complex that is well maintained and clean. We love coming here to play little league games. ️

Its very clean, 90% of the time. I just wish sports teams & their families would do a better job of picking up trash & belongings afterwards. The trails that pass through the woods in the back of this park are great! :)

Theres a great nature trail behind this park in the middle of Virginia.

The Barcroft Park was great, walked and got fresh air, living here walking distance, today was my first time since I moved here in 2016, loved it going to do it often.

Barcroft is one of the nicer parks around here.. inside, they have gymnastics and basketball , and outside, they have a big soccer field (with goals) and Baseball and softball fields, visit soon!

The playground was off in the corner but it was very nice, quiet, and clean.

There are a lot of things here-a gym, a soccer field, a baseball field, a softball field, batting cages, a path through the woods along a stream. All are well maintained.

Beautiful park! Almost completely shaded by gorgeous trees, and the creek is just the right adventure level for little ones. I want to have my sons third birthday here in the fall.

Who could ever believe that you can find such a gem within the city. Trails are well maintained by the city, the park is wonderful and when you are there you can imagine being in the forest instead of a major city.

Its a nice and convenient place to hang out. Plus the basketball court stays open until 11pm. Great for late night games during the summer.

It was awsome. Something for everyone to do. Had a few playgrounds for kids. Basketball court, tennis court, and a soccer field.

I live nearby. Its a great place to go for just about everything. The community center has a everything from a well-regarded gymnastics program to a well-stocked weight room. There are playgrounds with easy fun for the very small ones to a big climbing structure for the more adventurous children. The sports fields are constantly busy in the warmer months and I can hear the games with my windows open. Clearly people are having a good time.

Lovely little Park with narrow trunk trees and lots of shade. There is even a playground on both ends for little kids. Its not very big but big enough for the neighborhood.

We enjoyed the private Park area with covered seating area. Covered parking is free.

Our favorite Arlington park. A stream to throw rocks in? A shaded fun park with infant and big kid swings? Sunny and shaded trails? Bike trails? Frisbee golf? It has it all! We love it, and it is super convenient!

Always enough parking. Very well kept fields. Diverse groups without any issues. A great place to play sports organized or in pickup fashion.

Used pavilion for event. Park was great, and the pavilion we used as right next to a scenic creek. Felt like a getaway!

A cool place to explore. The river running through it is disgusting and polluted. Sad to see what we have done to this beautiful earth. I suspect the area is often visited by transients and gang members. I did see a Police officer patrolling the foot path on a motorcycle.

This is a great park for getting a dose of nature in the city. It has a magnolia bog on one side of the path and four mile run river (might be a creek) on the other side. Lots if tree cover in the path. Lots if wildlife too. Chipmunks, foxes, ducks, squirrels, and a variety of birds.

This place has everything and you could easily spend a whole day there. Sports fields, handball court, tennis courts, a beautiful hiking trail, playgrounds, picnic pavilions, and real bathrooms with running water. Its easy to find and theres plenty of parking.

My favorite place to walk and unwind with the kiddos the turtles and the fish are really cool to look at and feed.

Large park with a variety of spaces. Picnic tables, ball fields, shaded areas, recreational center on grounds ( and that is where the restrooms are). Rec Center was open when l visited the park on a Sunday!

Great place to hang out worth family and friends. The park is really clean and the community center is very nice. The soccer field is also very nice and many people go there. I really recommend this place to spend time and hang out.

Nice facility. Safe seats. Snack bar on site. Parking can be difficult to find when there is more than one game going on.

Theirs a Gym for yourself and gymnasium for your kids. If youre Arlington resident its really affordable. CHECK IT OUT.

Theres nothing like a walk in the park. This is the one place to do just that!

Fairly extensive gymnastics facility in addition to traditional gym equipment. But pretty sure you need supervision to use it. Observation galleries have comfortable folding seats. Interior is clean. Staff is engaged and courteous.

Nice grass on the baseball fields. Unfortunate that Arlington County cut off water to the group holding an event when the temperatures were 95-105 degrees.

Its a nice park specially for dog walkers. Then you have 7- eleven right across which is very convenient. Ample space for parking and a little small playground for kids.

Very accessible by bike, on foot and by car. Perfect for young kids. Clean and safe. Great picnic space for small and large groups. One of the best hidden gems for birding in Northern Virginia.

The sports fields are well maintained, but the other side of the stream (where I go) gets a bit swampy, and therefor buggy. The amount of parking available is a big plus, though.

Good for older kids and adults, but maybe not 3 and below.

Massive park with plenty of soccer (turf and grass), basketball and baseball fields. Most fields are reserved for teams on weekdays after school, so keep that in mind if youre trying to use the facilities outside of organized sports.

Great park for baseball - concessions are WAY overpriced but the park is nice!

Newer and clean. With a paved meandering bike/ run trail running next to the river, this is a great little park to drop into after a busy day.

This is a great place for family gatherings. However its challenging bringing euipment and food for large groups.

This is a very nice park. Not much shade in the summer, so come prepared with a hat or umbrella.

I love gymnastics so I take gymnastics there and theres also dance classes so I really love Barcroft
