Great WATERPARK FILLED will alot of things to do for all ages....I saw several social distancing tags along the park. I noticed the precautions along the wave pool with park goers standing in line to allow the next group in. There were signs about wearing a mask to be served at all concessions also. Upon entry there was a temperature reader you had to walk through and if your temperature was above a certain point you were asked to step aside. All park entries were with reservations that I set up online the night before. Keep in mind that you must reserve your parking or your parking attendant will not see you on their list,so you will have to continue to general parking further out. I did enjoy our day out at a picnic table that was shaded near the kiddie area that really helped with the heat. I used our park dinning pass to enjoy dipping dots, bought the slurpee cups as souvenirs for us all.The weight for the slurpee was a bit long but it worked out. Jbs is the only Turkey leg stand there so no you have to walk towards the back of the park, which was a.bit of a change from our last visits. I found the concessions were very fast , and lines were not as long like normal...kudos staff...you guys was rocking today. Guest service assisted me with a lost pass as my daughter lost it in the kiddie pool out her lanyard...that process was fast. I did find my app stating I needed to be in the park each time I tried to expedite our food by ordering through the new app I downloaded sad It didnt work. The app is very informative and is easy to navigate.

I give five stars, except many of the employees were rude ( probably due to Texas heat) . We only had one issue with an employee asking people to wear masks to walk into bathrooms, even though we take them off inside to use the shower. Im perfectly fine with following rules and have followed all of the silly mask rules at six flags with no issues ( except when my kids mask flew off on the ride, but we always bring backups. ) My kids and I were not the only ones I saw whom got yelled at for no mask going into the bathroom, yet I used a napkin and my hat to cover up. If we have to use the restroom while swimming, there isnt time to run back to the table to grab a proper medical mask. Whats funny, is when I tied a lace cloth around my face or wore a mask with holes punched in it, , it was fine to walk into the bathroom. They were more concerned with masks than actually cleaning the bathrooms. Hawiian falls doesnt ask for masks in the bathroom, but they do spray and wipe each toilet after each use, which to me, is safer than just wearing a mask. I guess hurricane harbor would rather have people pee in the pools or on themselves then go into the bathrooms without a mask that hooks around the ears or head. With that aside, my swimming experience with my family has been excellent! The employees at the rides are polite and tubes were sprayed after each ride. They followed safety guidelines for weight and height on rides pretty well .We also, love the cheese fries and nachos there. I did see many people having issues with ordering on the app.

We came here for the movie night where they show you a movie and you hang out on a tube in the wave pool (no waves). It was a unique and fun experience. The park itself is cool and has a lot of options for rides, slides, and a lazy river. You can rent a tube or bring your own here. Also, if you bring an empty water bottle, they will fill it for you at any of the concession stands which I thought was really nice. We have a membership so we will be back for sure.

Reservations ahead of time allowed for no wait time to enter the park. We visited on a Sunday so we expected a large crowd but every one for the most part respected the 6ft rule and allowed for personal space. I would recommend more misting/sprinkler stations on the way to the entrance/exit to the lazy river. Texas heat makes those concrete floors extremely hot and not everyone wears swim shoes or flip flops when moving from ride to ride. We learned the hard way to keep our shoes on. We spent most of our day in the kids area with the big tree house and pirate ship. We were disappointed that the big water bucket wasnt functioning and only 2 of the 4 slides were operating. This was our first and only visit of the season so I dont know if this was due to COVID19 adjustments.Tons of food options. It was a great day over all.

Kinda dumb to have to wear a mask to walk through the entry gate just to share water with everyone. Making a reservation for the time you will be there should stay tho. Less crowded, kiddos got to ride everything without waiting hours. Make a day out of it, well worth it

Great waterpark, short lines during the pandemic since reservations are required for the park. Ive lived in Texas all my life and never visited this park. My family enjoyed it very much and will be visiting on a regular. You can rent lockers for $15 to put your belongings in while you enjoy the park. Be sure to wear a mask and your swimming shoes because the ground is hot.

We enjoyed the water park so much. We went on a Friday and it was not that crowded. We appreciated the park people working hard so we could enjoy our day. We almost forgot we werehaving a pandemic in the world because people could walk around without a mask due to swimming. You only have to wear a mask if you go to the restroom or stand in a food line. We will definitely be back.

Crowded for a place supposedly limiting entries. Yes, you have to make an appointment and there are limited slots available. They have hand wash stations all across the park. You have to wear a mask when waiting in a line they dont make you wear a mask while swimming or walking in the park. The lazy river is limited to so many people so there is a huge line to get in not worth it. Rent a cabana well worth the $200 you can order food drinks and the best part no waiting in line! You raise a flag when you need anything and they come to you. Best part!

Well wearing a mask to engage is aquatic activities is really ridiculous. We encountered a team supervisor by the name of Tyrone who portrayed a character of a tyrant because you have to wear a mask in his line. It would have been different had he of asked me to put a mask on instead of demand. I bow to none other than our Lord Jesus. And for everybody that thinks the Covid is going anywhere, think again. It is like the flu or any other illness which DOESNT GO AWAY after being introduced. Overall the park was amazing even being our third time to be there. I rated this a four star and not anything lower because of Rae and the Hurricane Bay. Cool as a breeze and a TRUE people person. Thank you all for our great experience.

Despite Covid-19, Six Flags did a great job with their employees doing all they could to maintain social distancing. And they were all very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was how each restaurant handled mobile ordering for faster easier service. Also the map on the app is incorrect on naming each restaurant so ordering and picking up was a pain. Overall we had a GREAT time. Wish the operating hours were longer.

This is a great waterpark, and has an amazing amount of quantity and quality when it comes to their slides. Right now, with the extensive cleaning, it is actually pretty clean. Normally, a little less so. Right now it’s a five star review, but if they stop cleaning so well then that may drop to a four. Avoid weekends. And right now even Fridays aren’t too bad. Do the mobile ordering 100% of the time or your food will take forever, and if you are going for just one day, do the one day dining plan. And one last thing. Sometimes, the employees are clueless, and six flags doesn’t teach them well, but for the most part, not too bad.

Crowded, dirty, overpriced. Half-hour wait just for the wave pool, line for the lazy river was at least a block. Im glad we went on a season ticket bought for Six Flags back in spring, I would have felt ripped off of we had paid admission. I think theyre doing an awesome job with the social distancing and trying to keep visitors safe. I would rate them 5 stars but Im not happy with an incident that happened when we went. We are members and I completely understand that while getting a drink they wont take our member cups and put the drink in a paper cup but the whole thing is completely pointless when an employee is not wearing gloves and places a lid on top of the cup with bare hands all over it. I was very upset about that.

It was my first time visiting hurricane harbor. Honestly, all of my complaints are not the employees fault. There’s a person standing at the bathroom door who prevents people from entering if they do not have a mask on. You also cannot stand in line for food or drinks without a mask on. It’s just a little ridiculous, but definitely not the fault of the employees having to enforce those rules.

They had safety measure in place through out the place including social distancing, face masks in food lines and stores, hand sanitizer through out the park.In general, great park. Love water parks and this is a good one if you can make the trip. Some suggests before visiting though: mind your weight and those you plan to go with because tube rides have weight limits (both individual and combined), pack a towel for each person to use to shower off before leaving (if wishing to shower before leaving), have water sandals for one side of the park where its hard to get shade or water as the concrete is very hot (the side with the lazy river); the other side if the park may be okay but be mindful and most rides you need to take them off as well.Again great park, cant go too wrong with water parks.
