There is really no direction when you walk in on what you should so as far as signing wavers and things like that for first time visitors. Staff is hardly seen in the lobby/yogurt area. The jumping area itself is very small, not really what i was expecting for a big city like Dallas. The rules are hardly enforced. Kids run around with no socks on and of course the place smells like feet, but Id be more concerned about my kids having thicker socks or making sure theyre wearing some kind of anti fungus foot spray.

Everything was great!! Celebrated my sons 6th birthday party here onSunday March 15th. Everything from the reservation to the final checkout was hands down a breeze. making the reservation with Rachel over the phone was great, she was very detail-oriented and I felt comfortable knowing what I was signing up for. The day of the party check out was simple, we were greeted with a smile and the attendant went over our party package with us once again. We were introduced to our party host Lindsay and the children jumped until they couldnt jump anymore. During our party time at the table she facilitated everything in a timely manner we didnt feel rushed. This was my first time ever at flight Deck and by far Im a way bigger fan of this establishment compared to other trampoline parks. And my favorite part was the music was fantastic. Like I felt like I was at karaoke because they really played a mix of good music

Compared to most other trampoline parks this one leaves a lot to be desired. If you just want to jump around on a bunch of little trampolines and throw some balls around this one is fine. If you are looking for something more diverse and thrilling don’t waste your time. No foam pit, no jousting, no ball pit, no obstacle course. Literally just a bunch of little trampolines. My 5 year olds were bored after about 15 minutes...

I brought my 11 year old daughter to jump and my 8 month old to just crawl around, he can’t yet stand on his own (obviously he can’t actually jump.) I signed a waiver for him and they won’t even let him crawl and play with the balls in the kid area. They want me to pay full price for a baby to crawl around one square of a trampoline. This was our first visit. The space is smaller compared to other trampoline parks weve visited, however I liked it the most. Its perfect if you want to relax and let your kid go! There are attendants at each location. They rotate every 15 minutes to ensure the safety of guests. Its not over crowded as everyone has a time to jump (1 or 2 hours) identified by colored wrist bands and called every 15 min. (Its 1:00pm. If you have ____ colored wrist band, your jump time has expired.) You can extend your jump time at a discounted rate, but after 45 min to 1 hour of jumping, most kids will be ready to go. The facilities were very clean and they have a snack bar with an in house froyo station. Affordable, safe fun for the kids! We will definitely return.

Not impressed with the new manager. We’ve always been able to use our flight deck shirts to get two dollars off each ticket. I brought four kids up there and they said they don’t do that anymore. They’ve also stopped selling the bulk passes so it’s expensive to do it per hour. They were not very friendly or accommodating... Will keep my monthly pass at urban air!

This place isn’t nearly as big as most trampoline places which could be a negative or positive depending on your perspective. As a mom with 6 small kids, I much prefer this size as I can see all my kids from one spot. Definitely has some advantages. The prices are fair. Fairly clean. Birthday parties are fun. The employees handle bullying well & even gave my son a new pass to come back after a negative incident.

Update:Yes it wasn’t the locker here at this place, but it was your rude workers and managers. My nieces and nephew were in town so I brought them here. We had gotten them an all day pass which included snacks. They also had to get a locker for all their personal belongings. Mind you, when you’re jumping, you’re not gonna have a cellphone on you, they were literally 2 mins late to go to their locker and the manager made them felt like they were criminals trying to get to their belongings and made them pay for their locker an additional hour just to open it so they could get their things. The workers were extremely rude to them and this left a really bad taste in their mouth, especially being from a different state. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn’t trust my kids here.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Trampolines! Good for kids parties. Plenty of employee supervision.I visited there with my family and my wifes best friends family. Four adults and seven kids, ranging from 12 years old to 3 years old. To be honest, I was concerned about wrangling all those kids. When we got there, we checked the kids in. They each got a wristband and a pair of socks (with little grippy sections on the bottom) to wear into the trampoline area, I was amazed at the size of the place! There was an open area (trampoline floors, trampoline walls, padding between each trampoline, and building support beams that were padded and had areas the kids could jump onto, all padded) that was at least half the size of a football field! And then they had small specially areas, like the bounce dodgeball room (sectioned off my mesh netting), or the bounce basketball slam-dunk area (sectioned off the same way). There was also adequate padded seating for the spectators (parents), as well as a concession area to get drinks, popcorn, ice cream, etc.One thing that impressed me was the constant presence of trained staff. I watched one young man stand in his spot by the stairs monitoring things for almost our entire visit (which lasted for a few hours). I witnessed another young lady (employee) bounce over to a small child that had fallen, pick him up, and carry him to his parent.Over all, a great experience! The kids enjoyed the freedom and exhilaration that trampolines provide, the staff was always present and vigilant, and the accommodations for the parents/adults were first rate!

Had A party there which was okay but it was slammed and they really need to get someone on the microphone who can be understood. We couldnt understand anyone on the speakers and had to rely on 10 adults and 10 kids passing messages back and forth between ourselves to coordinate the jump time, games times, and party room time. Out of 12 separate announcements made in the 2 hrs we were there, we could only understand 1 the first time before asking for clarification.

This is a review of our recent birthday party experience for our 3 year old. Flight Deck Arlington was able to turn what would have been a 1-star rating into a 5-star by exemplifying excellent customer service. I write reviews sparingly, but felt compelled to do so after having my expectations so greatly exceeded. We had originally booked our party at the Fort Worth location. Less than 24 hours before our party time, one of the party coordinators at that location called to inform us that our party could no longer be accommodated as another group who was paying substantially more money (this was stressed several times) had booked prior to us and, due to a clerical error by a former employee, our reservation was booked on top of theirs. We were initially asked to pick another time that day (during prime nap time for toddlers) or another date (we had family in from out of state just for this party). Finally, we were given the option of relocating our party to the Flight Deck Arlington location - which ended up being the best possible outcome. When Diana, one of the coordinators at the Arlington location, was made aware of our issue, she was extremely accommodating. Without any pushback whatsoever, she honored the deep discount offered by the Fort Worth coordinator for the mix-up as well as the other concessions that were agreed to.On the day of the party, everyone at the Arlington facility had tremendous positive attitudes and were extremely helpful and very kind to us and our guests. They made the party completely hands-free so that we could enjoy the time with our son and our family and friends. Our party host was particularly excellent.Overall, there was a general consensus among the parents that the Arlington facility was much cleaner and nicer to than the Fort Worth location. We had been to the Fort Worth location several times before, but will now be giving our business to Arlington.Thank you again for turning what could have easily been a very stressful and unpleasant day into the exact party experience we were hoping for and then some.

We went to the flight deck on Arlington and I was disappointed in the enforcement of the toddler rules.  We were at the park early and when we got there there were less than 5 other kids in the park.  We were told that we had to stay in the toddler area.  I am not opposed to a toddler area, however, there is no staff to keep only toddlers in the toddler area.My 2 sons and I went to a dodge ball area and were the only 3 people in the area and we were told we had to leave the dodgeball area and go back to the toddler area.As it got later, more kids came and some older kids, not toddlers, were chasing each other and would run in and out of the toddler area.  One kid even ran between my toddler and I and crashed into my toddler knocking him down.  Luckily enough I was able to catch the larger kid who lost his balance when he crashed into my toddler and almost fell onto my toddler.I am not opposed to having a restricted toddler area, but it needs to be blocked off and access restricted to only toddlers and parents in the same way your staff are enforcing the no toddlers outside of the toddler area

When I first came to this place, my son loved it! I went to jump with him in the foam pit. What I disliked about it, it was very deep to where I couldnt get out. I expressed numerous times to the staff, I needed help getting out and the only thing that was said to me is, I needed to get out. Majority of the staff was teenagers, no management in site. I ended up tearing my knee forcing myself to get out the foam pit. Things happen with injuries, Im disappointed how the staff handled this situation. After I was helped out the pit, I had to do an injury report while I was in pain and I was wheeled out with a rolling chair. I ended up getting myself inside my car and a young man given me like 10 free passes to come back at another time which was a nice gesture but I ended up driving myself to the hospital myself. What I would suggest is provided socks like Altitude with the rubber bottoms.

I have the same complaint about the rule change. This will be our last time coming here. If youre going to separate the smaller kids then atleast have something more fun for them to do than just jump in one spot in the corner or play on a basketball goal full of kids bigger than him that has to fight older kids for the ball. Youre going to lose a lot of business.....

This used to be my kids favorite place until we go today and find out as of Nov 1 my 3 almost 4 year old has to stay in the baby section. That means one, she has to be separated from her brother and sister and two she cant even have fun because shes with a bunch of little babies that just started walking and the parents get mad if she jumps and the baby falls down. If im signing a waiver and jumping with her I should be responsible for her safety as I always have been since we first started coming when they opened. We will definitely be going to urban air from now on so my daughter can have fun like a big girl with her siblings.

My recommendation, go to Urban Air on Collins by the ballpark. Less expensive and soooo much more to do. have a new rule since they started selling their own food. You may not bring in any outside food or drink. You must either purchase their food/drink or drink from the water fountain that has warm water. My wife is diabetic. We were not aware of this new rule. An employee came over and let my wife know as she was snacking out of her purse to keep her sugar maintained. Ok she put it away. About 10 minutes later the manager came over to tell us that we need to remove all food that wasnt purchased from them from the property. Explained to both that she was diabetic. They copped an attitude. Said its a new rule been in place for 3 months. My recommendation, go to Urban Air on Collins by the ballpark. Less expensive and soooo much more to do. My son and I have always shared positive things about Flight Deck. We live in the Crowley area and drive right by House of Air to come jump at flight deck. We haven’t been here in a while and decided to come out today. I was aggressively greeted at the door to fill out the new waiver, which for liability purposes I can understand. Then when I arrived I was sold two pairs of socks for $10, which I was told were required. (I then got to the trampolines with my son to find that we could have just gone barefoot without the socks). After paying $22 (including cost of socks) for an hour of enjoyment with my son, I finally made it through the sign up process, and payment (way over priced now by the way) and got up to the trampolines where we began playing. I was chased down by two employees saying that I had on a “spectator” bracelet and could not jump on the trampolines. I was not informed of this at the front desk. I did not upgrade the pass because I didn’t want to make my son stop playing for me to go pay. Secondly, why would I need to purchase socks if I was only getting a spectator pass and was not allowed to jump?? This is senseless, and a waste of your customers money. Not to mention, of the several Flight deck employees working the floor, there was only one of them wearing socks with rubberized soles, making the whole requirement in itself very hypocritical.Needless to say, I watched my son play alone for an hour for a whopping $22. This could have been done for free in our backyard on our own trampoline for free, or at House of Air, for nearly half the price as well as distance alike. Also while jumping this morning, I spoke with two mothers who were also very disappointed in the new business practices/requirements and said they would no longer be returning to Flight Deck. I don’t foresee us returning anytime soon either given our experience today. I was honestly quite surprised to see an empty parking lot when we arrived, especially given that kids are out of school for the holiday this week, but it is plainly clear now why it is that way.We hope to return to flight deck one day, but for now our dollar and free time are better spent at other parks.

As we were watching our kids jump, I noticed that she was standing upstairs talking to him and he was not watching the kids but playing with the party host. The party itself was fantastic, but I think this company should take into consideration the safety of the kids if theyre allowing their employees to walk off and engage with other employees which seems distracting.
