Made an appointment to go on Etazoan caravan tour on 10/18/20 and they stood us up. Very disappointed. No good way to contact anyone. Hope they see this as we made very special trip to come see museum and tour.

Website said they were open but they weren’t. Had also called to verify but the call asked for some sort of code. Drove several hours out of our way to see this. Very irritating.

Love this Museum! Always so clean & well organized. The displays are changed frequently. Lots of organized activities and museum events, for ALL AGES! Something for everyone! Classes, Dinner & Dessert Theater Productions, with live talented actors/performers. A very nice place to shop for gifts and souvenirs.Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff. Always glad to assist you.

We stopped by today, I was a little disappointed. The exterior was in some disrepair. When we walked in it was dark and lifeless. Although there were many very kool artifacts. They were poorly lit and difficult to appreciate. It was clear that they werent ready for prime time. I love history, especially the local history, I wish it was better represented here.

This is the second time we have tried to stop by and both times it was closed, even though the hours posted on their own website clearly stated that it shouldve been open both times. Very frustrating.

Worthy of a visit. It’s about the OKLAHOMA land run and Arkansas City’s staging area. Plan at least an hour. Staff is friendly. #ArkCity
