Very nice and quiet park. The park rangers were all over the park cleaning up and maintaining it, keeping it clean and safe. There are about a dozen peacocks around the area and we even saw babies. They had about 4 playgrounds and a ton of places to have a picnic. We camped here and the camping area was clean and the lots were good sized and we had privacy and space between us and our neighbors. The bathrooms were clean as well. We felt safe the entire time and we saw a lot of families camping here. They do allow dogs and we saw many people with dogs. If you are camping here they have 30 and 50 plug ins for electricity as well as 2 places for hoses. There is a dump station next to the exit of the campground as well. We will definitely be back for a few more days next time as there is a huge lake with lots of paths to explore next door to the park.

Wow! I love this park its gorgeous and its on the east end of Lake Apopka so be prepared for breath taking sunsets. Very well maintained and the park staff is super friendly, informative and helpful I cant wait to go back. Only thing I dont like is the restrictions on how long you can stay.

Camped here for 4 nights. Nice large, quiet, level campsites, the majority of which are fairly private. Not a lot to do in the park but conveniently located for excursions. Great place to just chill!

Pretty nice little park here. Theres a decent circuit around the park that can be used for walking, and a nice water feature toward the center of the park. The real attraction though is the peacocks. Theres quite a few of them on a good day, and if youre cleaver, you can get really up close and personal with them!

Lots of space, a nice lake, several play areas, theres even a large population of peacocks. The only negative is theres tons, literally tons of fire ant mounds everywhere. I want to stress I realize how ridiculous it sounds to remark about ants outside, but that should highlight just how many fire ant mounds there are. The main reason I bring this up is every time we go my 3 year old gets bitten all over.

This park is situated as a major trail head, so if you wanted to have a park day with the family, Magnolia Park has a generous number of grills and picnic tables, playgrounds, majestic old oaks and roaming peacocks. This park is also situated beside Lake Apopka, which is huge! Nature lovers and hikers will enjoy the nature trail. A splendid park experience!

This park is very nice, clean and shady. Good for families because it has picnic shelters and a playground. We walked around the short road to find the peacocks. Found one and after a while he did fan out his feathers. Very beautiful to see and he even did a bit of a turn and modeling move so we could get the full view.

It was an interesting journey. Thanks to my friends for invited me. I like it around. The lack across the streets is awesome.Even it was really hot. With the presence of the trees we felt really cool.I cant forget the sound of the peacocks.I miss the basketball hoops. Covid brings to many surprises. We are losing friends. We are missing our time together.Hope everything will get back to normal soon.I have a question though ? Any of you remember how do the peacock sound named?

Great view, like how the pavilions are spaced apart. There was a lot of people but so much open land that each party was comfortable. The only thing the bathrooms could be updated and add at least one extra stall in the ladies room on the one side. Fun park for kids too. Great playground for kids to get energy out.

Nice park and camping area on the east side of Lake Apopka. Staff at the visitor’s center were very friendly and eager to help me find other interesting sites in the area. The peacocks are afraid of no one, and one walked right up to me (and then let out a surprisingly loud call) while I was taking pictures. :D

Well kept grounds, pavilions, bathrooms, and playgrounds. There are plenty of benches, water spigots/fountains, and different spots to park. We didnt use the campgrounds, but passing by they looked as well maintained as the rest of the park. The playgrounds were all surrounded by shade trees, so even close to noon, the equipment was not too hot for our little one to play on. There were park staff members about tending to the grounds. Bonus, there was a peacock and plenty of other birds out and about for our son to see.
