Awesome Camp Site. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the rules. After 10PM they lock the gate and will not let you out. Do not show up before 4 because they will not let you in. However we had a great weekend. Very private sites, beautiful woods and lake.

Its flooded this time, even people did manage to get on to the pier.

Great for Kayak launch, but you will share this part of the lake with motor boats. Come early it gets crowded.

Good place for fishing if you don’t want to go further. The place is close to RTP community. There is a small parking lot besides the fishing deck, capacity around 15-20 cars. This is a public fishing deck which you don’t need pay for day use as the campground park did.

Had a great day at Jordan Lake. It was our first time here. Caught some crappie and sunnies

The fishing for crappie and bass its pretty good when you can find the school. But good catfishing on the other hand is rough. You would think being that the lake was over 40 maybe even 50 years old there be some decent sized catfish out there but the biggest thing you can catch is about for 5 lb channels and maybe the occasional 8 lb blue cat. Besides that and the trash people leave it is pretty good

I didnt do much besides catch fish and have goid conversation with decent people. Had a blast!!!

I had a beautiful day and time. The water was so relaxing and area was not crowded.

Jordan Lake was a good place, and a good day to fish. Until the snake came out of the water looking at me. I let it have my space!

Great place to take the kids to and enjoy the outdoors. Very well maintained, easy access and if you want to explore you can take a walk through the woods by the lake shore. Youll love it.

Fishing was good, 2 keeper channel cats in a couple hours. Filled a bag full of trash line and assorted junk. Whats wrong with people?

Usually this is an excellent place to go last night it was packed with people that were drinking to the point where there were beer cans lined on the dock. My fiancee tried to tell the park rangers theyre response was that it was under wildlife jurisdiction. It would have been nice if they said they would call them but we were told we had to call them

Nice relaxing environment to fish & relax !

Love this place! People are friendly. 24/7 public access. Lights are usually on when its dark. No restrooms, though, ladies.

Beautiful but full of water to the brim ..no driving to a dock.

First time visit and had no luck with fishing and not a very big public swimming area.
