Rather have concrete pads for the RV. Staff is very nice and helpful. Residents are outgoing and friendly. Cable sucks.

Great place to vacation for the winter or even live full time. It is a 55 plus Rv park. Always doing up dates to stay current. Many activities to keep you busy and the staff and residents are very friendly.

Couldnt go to the pool, enjoy the resort like I should have. A big disappointment

Cannot say enough positive. Staff was so friendly and helpful. All facilities were super clean. And accuracy of everything was great - hours open, went to shower one day during cleaning time by mistake, and they hustled to let us in anyway. In park food very good and reasonably priced. We r not activities type folks, but based on how happy everyone looked doing them as we passed, they are great fun. Park is located just off Rte 60, a well maintained thoroughfare to all things Phoenix and surrounding mountains. Some towns are a distance, but traffic wasn’t bad. Stores are nearby. And it is quiet at night.

Nice park with a pretty good security set up at the front gate. Clean resort. Visiting friends and going to the Bingo there on some Sat. Pretty good bingo. Pots are not too bad. Way better than Mesa Regal . RV Resort. Plus you can also bring in your own food and beverage. This cant be done at Mesa Regal and the pots are very small. Although, the cost is very low as well.

I dont ever remember having this much fun every day. So many nice people. Staff was friendly and helpful. Disneyland for old people. LOL A ton of stuff to do!

Been here several times to provide entertainment and have always found a well maintained facility, easy to navigate, tidy and clean with a very helpful staff and community of folks from everywhere that are friendly and easy going making for a great overall experience. While I dont reside there I have been to many local winter resorts and this is one of the best.

This is a very nice 55+ RV park. We have breakfast on Monday mornings good food, better prices. This is market morning here, Lots of to see.

This is a wonderful place for winter visitors. The streets are named for famous actors and actresses. Its adorable. Gorgeous indoor and outdoor pool and outdoor seating. Grills and patio chairs and heaters for cooler weather. Fruit trees line the streets and there is plenty of activities for active seniors. Well maintained and gracious hosts available 24-7 to provide excellent service. Give them a call and reserve early. They have just renovated large sections to make it even more enjoyable.

What a great community of people! We entertained there last week and the people were so much fun and they were so receptive! They were dancing and enjoying the afternoon poolside! I would highly recommend it as a place to consider moving to because the people just seem so absolutely friendly and the staff and the entertainment director Kimberly is wonderful! They have special events and movies and the facilities were really nice.

I have personally known this owner for 15 to 20 years working on the farm that he manages. They really strive hard for entertainment and to keep the residents busy with the things that they love to do if you ever get a chance that you need a place to stay for the winter check this place out but you need to hurry they fill up fast

Excellent 55+ community. Warm, friendly, lots of activities. Indoor and outdoor pools, weight and exercise rooms, pool hall, and gymnasium. Staff is top notch.

It was pretty interesting, it has always been a pleasure to serve the people and detail their motorhomes, pull bumpers or fifthwheel. It feels good to be trusted on the care of their beautifull units. Thank you superstition Sunrise people.

I visited my brother and sister-in-law. Great facility, did outdoor water aerobics, smiling faces and beautiful mountains to look at. Super clean, friendly people, quiet and lots of activities. If you are looking for a place to live and I mean live during retirement this is the place.

Such a beautiful RV park. We enjoyed our stay. Our dog loved the dog park. Very clean, well taken care of. We will be back.

PROS:The residents are so friendly and nice.They residents volunteer to run almost all the activities.The park is clean and well guarded 24/7Strict pet policy so no one has to be bothered by pets outside the pet area of the park.CONS:Each year there are less and less activities because its all run by the residence and the Activities director only books the paid entertainment.They advertise Good Sam discounts, but refused to honor the discount when we got there.The sewer system has major problems: We couldnt play on the pickleball court because the sewer smell was so horrible! Even walking in the evenings is difficult on some days with sewer smell.Washers/dryers/rest rooms/showers have many MANY out of order signs and were not repaired all winter.The water is so bad throughout the park that each time you wash clothes they get dingier and dingier. The washers arent very good but the water is worse.The showers/dressing areas are tiny and the shower heads are a joke. Its more of a spritz than a shower. The ceilings are rotting and starting to come down in places - the shower doors dont fit and no rubber mats on the floor, so you have to stand in a puddle of water when you dress.

Nice retirement community. Good to see they have an area where they cater to dogs/pets and their people. Clean. Nice amenities. Friendly people.

Very nice snowbird park and the people here are welcoming and very friendly. The only reason for a missing star is the lot sizes are a bit close...which is typical for the area. Lots to do in this park with beautiful rec room and two pools. Never a reason to be bored. I would certainly come here again.

We live in AJ and came here to visit my parents that were camping. the campground is beautiful with terrific views of the superstition mountains. will recommend two people that want to camp in a nice area.

This is a 55+ community for RVs and Park Model homes. They always seem to have activities for their residents. Very active for shuffle board and they have an indoor and outdoor pool. The streets are named after movie stars, very fun!

March, 2014: A very nice park. Lots of snow birders but good amount of RVers as well. Lots of activities and very friendly residents. Some residents reported outside pool was green but we didnt visit. Hook ups are at rear of sites so bring longer hose and/or cords. Great off-leash, dark park but observe no pet areas. Strict 10MPH speed limit in park--many walkers and bikes. We checked in early Sat am and gate security attendant took us to our site, helped us pull through, and asked next site resident to move their car so we had a wide berth entrance. We really appreciated the 24 hr gate security. About 1/2 mile from Hwy 60 so easy access. Accepts Good Sam only on daily rate but weekly rate beats that. More spacious than another parks down the road and would definitely stay here again.

Being from Ohio, and traveling on my Ultra Limited to Mesa, via Wyoming it was time for an oil change. I called them and they told me they had an express lane. That I could come anytime but Mondays. I showed up on a Thursday morning. Took my info and oil change was done in less than 30 min. Even after I also gave them a few concerns that I had about the bike. They checked them also and repaired 1 on the spot.Giant selection new and really nice pre owned bikes. Parts selection if wild. Literally 98% of what Harley offers in the big book, is hanging on the walls.Really cool balcony that we hung out on.

Nice park, my husbands grandparents, then parents have spent winters here for over 25 years. We are considering purchasing a unit as well. The only thing keeping from 5 stars is the limited pet area and somewhat dated community area. The outdoor pool is nice, but is really a social area during the day. Dont expect to actually swim.

Good! But, they took long time for one drink! Appears machine needed refilled. NO Extra. Drink given!!!!

Im staying with a friend whos been here all winter for medical reasons. There are a LOT of units here, but many appear empty in early spring. There is a lot to do here if you are so inclined. Softball, pickleball, shuffle board. Indoor and outdoor pools, a big auditorium room that has many events and activities listed. All sorts of card groups, bands, on and on. Everyone seems very friendly as I encounter them on my morning walk. If I didnt love skiing and winter so much, Id consider moving here part time.

My grandma had visited there for winters for a long time before she moved there full time. It is a great place to live! I have visited 3 times, I think, great activities, great people, great place all in all! If you are looking into moving here, dont even think about it, just do it, you will enjoy it! :D

The resort is one of the best in the valley there are some small problems like staff that doesent follow the speed limits, stop signs, or one way streets.The BIG problem is the ever increasing annual lot rent. Very soon to expand beyond $6000.00 a year. When on a fixed income, these yearly increases will price many out of the park.

Mesa City band performed a Christmas experience it was wonderful my sister plays in the band and the people that live in the park were wonderful host... Thank you to all and have a happy holiday!!!

While taking a break from Auto Sales, I did In Park Mobile Home Sales. Nice clean 55 & over Resort Park. Many Amenities & Nice Landscape for Seniors. A very active park for the Young at Heart.

Excessive charges. Very dog unfriendly. If you have pets, this is not the place for you. Poor infrastructure, several partial days with no water due to burst pipes. Regardless of what they say, the wifi does not exist. Very nice pool and other facilities. Lots to do here.

Loved this place...my husband did a gig there (Exit 40 band) and the residents were friendly, respectful, polite and even helpful to me (in a wheelchair)!

Its really a mobile home park rather than an r.v park. The pool was warm though.

I have called Supersun my home for almost 30 years. My husband and I came here in 1986. We were full-time RV ers. We had stayed in Florida, Texas and several other RV parks. We felt nothing offered as much value as this resort. The indoor pool and hot tub is something very few Parks offer. There is so much to do here. The staff is always helpful. Love the Cabana at the outside pool for having lunch or snacks. My husband passed away a couple of years ago and it was my neighbors and friends here that help me get through this horrible time. Whether you want a place for a week, spend the winter, or looking for a place to make your permanent home, look no further.

Eye sore for the surrounding communities. We like it best in the summer, when the snow birds go home.

This is not an RV Resort.This is a VERY large mobile home community with extensive facilities....and a few spaces that they let RVs use.

We lived here for five years and enjoyed the community. Many events, shows and opportunities for sports and a variety of other activities.

The residents, security, and staff are friendly, the amenities are great, and overall, this seems to be the ideal place to retire, or at least to visit to avoid the snow.
