DONT MOVE HERE !!! The will either not provide you with any rules ,lie and tell how great everything is or provide you with one set of rules and claim they will work with you to get you to move in then change everything on you once your trapped. Yup you could fight and may win with regards to that they cant change anything on you without a 30 day notice and new signed agreements but they will threaten and take you to court , and you will be forever watching your back because they will find a way to evict you while raising your rent and charging you for fees you never heard of or agreed to (the new random fees change all the time) with no notice and happily go back to court over and over maybe extending the changes by 1 month each time but they can and will get their way eventually. Buyer beware your buying as is and when you pay it off and have fixed everything they didnt disclose if they dont think you can afford to move your unit they will bully you and make excuses to evict you so they can file abandonment and resale your unit for free and do it all over again to someone else. The in park management isnt so bad but the turn over is ridiculous , 7 different managers in under 5 years some leaving because they refused to treat people as badly as they were being instructed to. The only way this place works out is if you manage to make it into the in crowd ,are retired with no kids ,no pet and are obsessed with keeping a perfect yard , oh also you only enjoy looking at a pool not swimming while the park neglects all their upkeep and only opens the pool maybe 3 months a year(we had hobos living in the jungle behind the park for 4 years because they wouldnt clean it but your lucky to get a 2 week notice before eviction if you allow weeds over 5-6 inches to sprout up . Oh yes, you need a monster truck or the speed bumps will wreck your car too on the way in and out.

Trailers are fixed up poorly by people that dont know what there doing. Trailers are sold off for too much money. Lot rent is crazy. But the neighborhood is not bad.

Its a really big and nice place I would love to go here again and just look around more

I wish I could zero stars. Dumbest policy for buying and selling a house there. They will rip you off any chance they get.

I used to love this family park. Everybody is so sweet. Its a safe place for kids to play. Management tends to be not as good as they could be. Management is completely useless now. Used to be a very nice place. Now they are hiding illegals in empty trailers and herassing everyone for stupid stuff.

Quiet family park with low down payments rent to own.

Alot of trails got closed off due to trash and littering !!! Pick up any trash in ur area..even if its not ur. We only get from the earth what we show appreciation for, earth gives us beauty, help it stay beauty by not littering and pick up any trash u take or around ur area no matter what!! For every one garbage bag u fill up...fill up one more.

Its a nice place to live. As long as you pay your rent and keep your area clean.

Under new management, this park as well as sister parks there is favortism, maintenence guy sucks, all managrment or at least majority of management is hispanic. Owner refuses to hire honest people to run property. Im willing to clean up the property and do whats needed. But Ill continue to upkeep my area and keep to myself. This trailer park is too dirty
