Really nice mobile homes

They lie to your face about caring. After financial crisis we got 2 months behind but now have all monies and they want us out of park , losing home we pay morgage on. So many fair housing discrepancies we are dealifung with. Had email agreement on paying all fees with manager. Now they wont honor that. Treat residents all differently, some get promise to pay agreement, others they file court papers to evict. This is not over.

Very friendly people, great activities and over all great 55+ park to live in.

I live here, its home. Ive met the owners, they listened to our concerns. Its guiet, and very beautiful. Great neighbors and were getting new management soon. Welcome home! ! ! New management is on site now. Very nice folk.

El Dorado is a well equipped, well maintained and well run property. Quietly tucked away from City noise and still close to the City center and services it boasts majestic views of the Superstition Mountains and plentiful amenities including weight room, pool, activities center and multiple georgious water features. Every detail of the property is designed for a healthy outlook on your day.Bravo

I would say its one of the nicer looking cheapest home parks in the area. Its a 55 or older place has hot tub and heated pool, club laundry room plenty of places for sell. The only problem is sometimes theives come in and steal property out here but its not that bad considering where it is located. I live out here.

Management is efficient and made my moving transition from another state friendly and welcoming. I feel safe living in the park and the amenities are amazing. The interaction with residence on activities are always festive and i love my home..

The park resort has never looked better, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Dont misunderstand me, we are an active adult community. Amd they have really good security on site. Friendly, quiet, but always something to do. 5 stars!

Very nice park with many activities. Park is kept clean and neat. And the lot rental fees are very reasonable compared to the parks that are in the same area. We will definitely be back during the next winter season.

Management is friendly and helpful. Neighbors are nice. Park is clean and quiet . Its a great place to live.

Management doesnt care for many of us. They seem to be self centered and she is a little weird and seems kind spooky.

Peaceful, relaxing, friendly with bingo, awimming pool, hot tub and horse area plus much more.

Friendly park managers willing to help where they can.
