Quiet little park. Kind of clickish. Some folks have little to do except be on the lookout for non conformers.

The people that live here are fantastic people. I wish they would open the pool.

Laid back and clean

We moved there in May from WI. Sold a big 2 story house in WI and now rent a cute and cozy single wide trailer. The court only has about 20 people in the summer and about 200 I hear in the winter. Its quiet and clean and safe and has a great pool and jacuzzi also. Eventually want a double wide to get our things out of storage unit.

Very well maintained. Lots of activities to keep you busy. At the moment they have some units for rent. Close to amenities. Beautiful views of the mountains. Try to get a spot away from the main road- lots of motorcycle and atv traffic.

The park is fine. Careful who you rent from. We rented and the place was so dirty and full of their stuff in all closets.
