Well kept trail with variety: hilly dry deciduous forest, swamp, then meadow. Its one half of a loop with Bakers Meadow. Great for little kids but be prepared to share the trail with bikers. Theres an Easter egg for kids on the ridge. Parking on Reservation Rd. is limited, alternative is to park at the high school track & field area.
Nice place to go for a stroll. This river is a popular spot for fishing. The water is populated with fish every year by the town.
Indian Ridge has many nice areas for hiking, bicycling, and having picnics. When the weather is nice, there are spots for swimming as well. However, beware of teenagers who often hide out there for drinking and partying.
