Very clean theater and staff are helpful and courteous. They do a good job at helping keep patrons safe and properly distance during this pandemic.

Love it. Very clean and friendly staff. I go every weekend. I avoid downtown anchorage at every possibility. Love that this is close to my house and very quiet and safe.

By far Anchorages best theater. If it is a movie with a lot of cgi or it is a longer movie I will pay more for the RPX theater which is worth paying a bit more. I highly recommend this theater

About $20 per ticket. Staff is friendly and guided us to our viewing room. Seats were relatively easy to find, and pretty comfortable. Screen was awesome! And the sound quality was unmatched! Cant wait to come again!

This was a great theater to catch a movie in a whim. The Regal app works great to buy the ticket and I cruised right in to the theater with no delay. The concessions stand was well stocked and the employees were super friendly. The theater itself was very clean (no sticky floors!) And the seats were awesome.

The theater I was in was extremely loud, and I work around aircraft all day, but other than that it was a great experience

This theater is awesome! Its in the perfect location for dinner and a movie, as its in the Tikahtnu Commons area. Or you can grab an actual meal in the theater (i.e. burgers and fries, chicken strips with waffle fries, pizza, Doritos nachos, etc.)! They have a variety of popcorn as well, from your beloved movie popcorn, to cheesy cheetos popcorn. I love how the theaters are set up like stadiums and the chairs are very comfy. The arm rests also go up, which is great for cuddling on date night.

Christmas Day movies... they only had one popcorn machine running for 6 very full lines. I was late into the beginning pre-film shows because of the wait. In addition on all 4 drinks we ordered, WE HAD NO LIDS! So we had to very carefully walk the beverages to the theater. In addition to this... I purchased my tickets using an app to see a IMAX 3D... when we got to the front we said were seeing the IMAX 3D film. They handed us the wrong glasses! Luckily we went back and mentioned it. Practically everyone in the theater had to go get new ones. Wished for a better movie experience at this poorly managed theater, but I did enjoy the new Star Wars Film.

Nice theater, it was clean when we went. Popcorn was fresh, seats were comfy. Honestly not a bad price either!

The food and facilities are pretty good, our family enjoyed our time there. However, the kiosks didnt accept our gift card, making us lose the seats we wanted. Also the service is kind of slow. Much slower than Cinemark.

Service is usually quick and efficient. Popcorn and other snacks are on point, and seating areas always clean. My go-to place to watch all the new movies.

Got to the theatre 25 minutes early, it was a holiday. Box office wasn’t open. They were selling tickets in concessions. Finally got into the movie just as credits started. We couldn’t even give up on popcorn because we had to wait in line for tickets. Idiotic to not have box office open. If this happens again we will just switch to another theatre. To add insult to injury...the first 3 stalls I tried in bathroom had no paper.

Great theater! Sound in IMX was great! Glad to see they had more people working the concession stand. Bathrooms are clean and so is the theater. I always go here to watch the latest movies.

Went to see The Call of the Wild and the theater was absolutely disgusting! Trash and popcorn everywhere! I felt like I was sitting in a giant trash bin

Make sure you show up atleast an hour early, as they are always understaffed at concessions. Have fun waiting in line for 45 min. Makes you feel great about spending $40 on 2 tickets then $25 on concessions for them to take 10 minutes (on top of your 45 min line) to get you your $2 cheese for your pretzel. Now you get to walk into your $40 movie late, congratulations.

Nice, modern theater! There was vomit in the womens restroom that was pointed out to a worker before the movie started. After the movie ended, the vomit was still not cleaned up! A health hazard!

I enjoy coming here, but since they closed down box office, it seems like you might as well arrive for your movie 45 minutes to an hour early because theres usually one or two cashiers at a time and 50 people buying tickets, snacks and sometimes both so it takes longer. My advice would be to have one line for people buying tickets and two lines for buying snacks. There would at least be 3 people behind the snack bar. Thats just my opinion.

First there was no one at the ticket booth when we got there. Then after purchasing tickets, there were 6 lines at the concession. There were only one popcorn machine going. Luckily my family and I got there an hour earlier because otherwise we would have missed the beginning of the movie. I felt sorry for the people that didnt. Overall the movie was great, but unfortunately the long wait at the concession was ridiculous!

I signed up for $18. Unlimited movies for Tikahtnu, the first time I went to use it, there was a disagreement. Today I was going to old that I had to sign up for the $21. Per month for Tihautnu unlimited. I was given a website and s phone number. The paperwork had no information that indicates that different unlimited $ is for specified theTres only.Also I am ,73 yrs do there needs to be a seniors only rate.

Lines are long most of the time. They have most lanes open but the employees are slow, but they are just kids so you cant be too bad. Seats are nice and the bathrooms are clean.

Call of the Wild is a really up- lifting, feel good movie. We loved it.

Man I had a bad experience at this theater. Went in and the guy was not even around to scan our ticket and wait for him. I went in the concession line and the girl there was just very rude and looked like she hated her job. We got our stuff and went in the IMAX 3D movie for star wars and I noticed I didnt have glasses so i went back up and had to figure out which glasses i had to use because they were all in a box in middle of the lobby. The refill part was the worst like it took forever to get a refill as well and I missed a good chunk in the movie because of the slowness. Im done with this theater.

Worst customer service ever. The cashier looked like they dont want to be there. They served me exploding Icee and try to charge me double. They also threw my candy at me. Never had such a rude experience and even when the manager came over they were laughing and being rude while he said sorry insincere condescending way. I never seen such low class uncivilized workers before. The adacity these snack bar workers had they have no remorse.

Clean theater and good customer service. Lots of registers to get snacks and tickets. You do not usually have to wait a long time. I like this theater.

We had to to tell the staff twice that the lights in the theater were still on before it was addressed. The movie we were watching (The Lighthouse) is in black and white, but mostly dark grey, making it nearly impossible to see anything lights on. Unfortunately this also robbed us of the initial mood meant to be set by the movie.Setting this (hopefully) anomalous occurrence aside, this theater has fallen behind its rival in seat comfort, which makes it my second choice for seeing a movie.

Many issues with this theatre - mostly centered around staffing. Went to an 11:45am movie today. Arrived at 11:15 and stood in line for 20 minutes to get a coke. Ridiculously slow service, long lines and only 3 cashiers. Then go into the movie theatre - IMAX at 11:40am movie time. All the lights are off, nothing on the screen and no one can see to get to their seats. So we all had to use our cell phones to navigate. Sit there for 20 minutes and nothing changes. No lights, no previews and no movie. It’s now 12noon - 15 minutes after the movie is supposed to start and nothing. No explanation from employees... no lights, no sound. Went to inquire with staff and they just said ‘yeah we know - we are working on it’. Finally, at 12:10 previews started.

Movie theater isn’t exceptionally clean, cleaning staff seemed kind of lazy and were cleaning up only 15 minutes before the movie started. The pre-preview commercials were blacked out, so we got audio without the accompanying video to watch while we waited. Clean up better and before customers arrive, display the video that goes along with the audio before the film starts, and you get a 5

RPX theater has, assigned seating, and comfy seats. Its the same as IMAX but at a lower cost. Its higher than standard prices, but cheaper than IMAX. The only downside are the seats dont recline :( The food menu is amazing (for a movie theater). They offer hot food like burgers, poppers, nuggets, along with traditional movie foods. My favorite theater in town

Best theater in Anchorage. Friendly and happy people work there. IMAX is so great! But through the previews before the movie started and during the credits right at the end there was a light above the screen that made looking at the screen unpleasant. I wanted to ask an attendant or someone to turn it off so I could enjoy what I paid to see.

Im in love with Regal Entertainment! My son and I come here every once in a while and were never disappointed

Very nice movie theater typically has a great selection of movies but they don’t really have late movie times, it’s closer to base so it’s always busier than other theaters. This theater does not have recliner seats

They have awesome new theatres and the most amazingly comfortable chairs.. the food was actually warm and freshly made..their kitchen is awesome there is nothing worse then food from heat lamps. The photo boothe is awesome as well my kids love the mini arcade and the facilities..they are completely handicap friendly and wheel chair accessible as well as being helpful.

I got to see Godzilla omgosh I recommend anyone to hit this place up for high definition and crystal clear sound action movie no spoilers but most definitely go see Godzilla before it hits the flat screens because its way different in the theaters

Great Screening and Sound Quality, but slow on the concession stands. Usually only 1 or 2 workers, arrive early if you want popcorn or other good items, it could take awhile to get anything.

They have great theaters to watch movies, but I probably wont go here again unless I see evidence of security driving around especially at night. Last month I went to a movie with my son and we came out to find out the night would cost us nearly $500 (including the movie ticket prices) because of a break-in to my passenger side window that we had to get repaired. Like I said I would probably go to this theater again once I see and hear evidence of security patrolling the main parking lots and I will adjust my comments and rating accordingly.

Weve lived here for about a year now and always come to this theater. The staff is always friendly, the move theater food is always good. It is what it is, its not a gourmet meal its theater food. 9 times out of 10 the theaters have been cleaned were not worried about putting our stuff in the seats. Wait times for snacks are reasonable.

Although I’m not a fan of the stadium seating and they have reduced staff which makes the concession lines very very long it’s still a great place to waste hours watching greatMovies

The lines moved quickly, the people were polite and friendly, most things were clean. The trash was relatively empty, making it easy to dispose of our trash. The floors were rather sticky. I dont imagine they are easy to keep clean, but it is rather off putting to stick to the floor.

Best theater in the state. Adequately staffed at concessions. Always the latest flick available. Most of the theaters are easy access with comfortable (some reclining) seats. Movies with lower rankings can be in a smaller theater with only one stairwell access to seats.... meaning a lot of people have to stand up and spill popcorn to allow others in.

Regal lost my business. Will not tolerate policies where as you think you know whats best for me and my children. They have created a policy that no children under 6 can attend a rated R movie. I will not argue that they should not see a rated R movie. But really, age 6? Age 6 is okay, but under 6 not okay? They say it is for benefit of other adults, but not seeing much adults on a Sunday night, or anyone at all hardly. Furthermore, Regal, do you not think parents will allow their children to watch rated R movies at home? You are not stoping nothing, but some parents from going to the movies. Ones like myself that had a 2 year old with no nap today. She was off to sleep as soon as we hit that theater. Do not pretend to know what is best for parents and do not lie via using “its to benefit other adults,” BS...Cinemark has a better policy. If I could post a review just for Regal, I would. Will post on every other review page I can find. Dang people who think they know whats best for others!

My husband and I love going to the movies, and went all the time last year. Since regal was bought out though, we have noticed 2 things:1) the sound is turned up WAY too loud. It makes it difficult to enjoy movies when we it is so loud your ears are litterally ringing the entire time.And2) We live in ALASKA, who turns down the heat low enough that you can see your breath IN the freaking movie theater?!Now, we get it, sometimes there is just a newbie at the wheel of a company turn over; so we have given this theater multiple chances and it has been the same regardless of which theater you are in.So long Regal These Diamond members are done.

This place is expensive for a movie but the staff is amazing. I ordered too much food to carry (I thought they would have trays) so the kid behind the counter carried my food with me to the movie.

THIS PLACE NEEDS CLEANING! I walked in (haven’t been there for 2 years now) and the place was just nasty! The people there didn’t have time to restock cups or clean the food area. I sat down and NOTICED MY SEAT WAS STICKY! very nasty and greasy.

Went late afternoon on a sunday and theater was pretty quiet. However there was a line at concessions. Seems something was slowing down several orders, but once it was cleared, things moved along well. The layout for concessions should be updated. A single line would keep the flow and keep it moving fifo. Last couple visits when one line is slow, people move and get ahead of others which can be frustrating.Clean bathroom, clean theater. Movie was 3d and was good. Experience was good.staff has always been very helpful. Including fixing a billing issue and a ticketing issue at the customer service desk.Good selection of movies and viewing options, and additional options at concessions makes this a great theater.

There were only 3 concessions lines open on a friday night, it took almost half an hour to get pop corn, and the employees looked hagard due to working so hard to move customers through.

Like the screens.. but me and other people think The concession stand service is very slow and number to only one who thinks that will be like 2 people ahead of us and it will literally take like 20 minutes other than that I like the theater. so if you can get the service faster that would be good. I bought four tickets for almost $50. I got sick in the beginning of the movie and went to the bathroom for a long while in hopes to get better. Soon after my family stayed in the hallway waiting for me.I decided it would not be right to any other customers for me to stay if I were sick and contagious. I went to the front counter to see about getting tickets for another day. I was told they don’t do that and there is nothing they can do. Rip off and complete disappointment. Never coming here again. They do not put customers first.

I dknt come here often because I live clear across town. But it is a very nice experience. I love how clean everything was and new. I think it is worth to start going out of my way to visit this theater.

Wait two or three weeks to see the latest movie if you like your personal space because their theaters get crazy packed. And concession stand lines can be a long wait.

Its clean and staff is always nice when i rarely go. I like the self check out for tickets even though the computer and menu is unintuitive its faster then the ticket counter which is rarely staffed. Leather seats are nice with an attempt at ergonomics but often the AC makes it really cold so bring a jacket.Same as any theater its over priced and i dont enjoy the 3D because it hurts my eyes and the IMAX is so loud it hurts my ears and I cant hear well for 24 hours so I only go to standard showings.

Location is very bad and sometimes dangerous.The seats are not great. The price is high for this type of cinema.Pop corn and drinks are overpriced.

Ive been twice this week to see Mary Poppins Returns (judge me, but it was awesome!) The first time, it took us nearly an hour to get popcorn. Its not like it was even that busy... It was just that the 4 people working concession were slow and when you finally got up there, they were rude!The second time, it was okay. Only about a 20 minute wait for snacks and the girl at the register was polite... But the theater was dirty. Cup lids, popcorn and napkins all over the floor. Not awful experience, but if the movie hadnt been fabulous, Id probably be leaving a one star review because Id have felt like it was a waste of time and money... :P

Best way to have a small birthday party. Staff was very helpful the kids got to play games in the hallway. I also rented the room for a very reasonable price. The staff worked with me even when my party grew to over 20 rsvps.
