Its a nice quite.,little moblie home park that now allows children back when I was a kid we were not Allowed ,But times change maybe Jim Plue doesnt own that property anymore anythings possible Nice ground clean beautiful pool and jacucci .They also have arecroom with pool tables and basketball court on side yard near pool area and you can have partys in the rec room !!!Over all in person ark cant help with knowledge on cost but nice and guite!!

Management is great, clean environment, no issues with neighbors, lovely club house used for events specifically for the tenants

Nice and quiet neighborhood
