Clean and nice place

Management is biased and does not care about anyone. They will find the smallest things to convict you about. If you plan on doing something in the front like adding a plant that they dont like, they will tell you to take it out. If youre planning to go to the pool. Better not enjoy yourself with family or friends because they will ban you. Neighbors get mad when youre driving 5 miles per hour. 5!!! Neighbors are always suspicious about each other and will report you if you do something that they suspect is wrong. If you plan on making this your home, its on you. You will be controlled by management whom wont answer your calls and wont ever be around. If you dont believe me, look at what other people say. This place is garbage.

It looks like a nice, quiet place to call home. At least thats what I think every time I drive passed it.

There is rarely little to no parking. I am visiting a friend almost everyday and It is rare that I find a visitor parking spot near the house I am visiting. I am always having to park by the pool on the opposite end of the park

Kinda ghetto. Nice neighborhood just watch out for all the speed bumps. And old ppl get mad for driving past 5 miles an hr.

Lot rent is raised as high as they legally can be every year. You will get increases EVERY YEAR! They put in solar power and tore up the back yards of residents. When asked to fix the yards they just laughed at them. No discount is given on the electricity because of the solar power. Meters are not read every month. This can lead to really high bills the next month. For elder fixed income people this can hurt bad.Parking is really bad. You will get towed if you offend the management. This place has a lot of sketchy bikers types. Expect to see trashed out mobile homes with 3 wheel choppers and Harleys parked about.I am told this place is owned by a group of lawyers. The management hides from the residents. They never respond or return phone calls. The only time you see them is when they raise your lot rent or there is an issue with your lot rent and they want money.Across the street and down a few steps is a mini mall that the homeless use to sleep at night. At Beach blvd and Ball the prostitutes and drug dealers hang out. It is not uncommon to hear and see helicopters over the mobile home park. Vehicle break-ins, bike and other things being stolen are very common. The security company does a very poor job and can not be relied on.Think twice before you move in here.

Its a very tranquil community.

I agree with Raechel young..everything she said is spot on. Management is very rude and controlling. I once used the rec. room and someone from management was there the entire time checking the fridge for alcohol..walking up to my guests telling them they smelled of alcohol..and there was no alcohol to speak of at this baby shower. It was very embarrassing.
